This used to be a great place. However, our meal tonight was not good, it was just OK. Cartons half full, a small amount of duck on top of loads of vegetables, and pineapple fritters that were ordered, were banana instead, and VERY GREASY.

Ordered from here for the first time last night was a decent takeaway one of the best iv tired in Colchester as this town don’t seem to have a great Chinese restaurant but this one is about the best and would return again for a average takeaway staff friendly place clean but cash only

Got a Chinese here tonight for the first time, the cooking and delivery was super speedy and came just 10 minutes after I placed my order! Customer service also good and friendly 🙂 One slight irritation is it's cash only but that wouldn't put me off and I'll definitely be using them again.

having been going to tthe peking palace for many years i was very dissapointed at the most recent meal. it was Xmas eve so we pre booked and got told a collection time However upon arrival i waited and waited and waited and waited. overall it was around 50 minutes late. apolgise were given but no compensation and not even a cheeky can of 7up poor really, however the food was to their normal high standards

had a lovely takeaway meal here for four. all cooked nice and hot. sesame toast was nice in fact they do a supreme starter which saves a lot of thinking. easy parking.

Thought we would treat ourselves to a Chinese take away as getting fed up of cooking every night since we can't go out ! SO glad we chose this take away, the sweet and sour king prawn balls were absolutely delicious, as was the special fried chow main and the chicken Singapore rice noodles. So much chicken in both dishes, unable to eat it all in one sitting ! Will DEF be ordering from here again.

Booked for delivery at 8pm.... rang at 8.45pm to see where it was.... told it was "just being packaged".... ...rang again at 9.30pm to be told again that i"ts just being packaged".. so been told a load of blatant lies.... it never arrived. SH*T service....have used this Chinese regularly for years but I detest being lied to.... Will not use again and I will tell everyone about this too

A good chinese is always had here, i wish they done something with a little more kick. the chicken satay is very good and the hunan chicken also. remember it is cash only hmmm

This is one of the better Chinese restaurants I have got takeaway from. service is always great and I always enjoy all of their dishes. Lemon chicken has some good flavour too! certainly recommend.

We haven’t ordered from here for a few years, but thought we’d give it another try. Worst mistake ever, the driver & bag of food delivered to us absolutely stunk of cigarette smoke. It was so bad, we didn’t want to eat the food received. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
