Usually decent but the vegetables tonight were raw. Obviously over committed and didn’t have time to cook them which considering there was a 75 minute wait time they should have been able to cook them.

Two hour wait for food.Arrived at 8.15pm.We did offer to cancel the order but they said it would arrive sooner. It didn't. The length you have to wait here for a delivery is terrible and happens all the time over the years we've ordered from here. Sadly last night was the final time. Nice food, terrible service

82 Newbiggin RdI ordered for delivery. When it arrived we realised half the order was missing. I rang them back but the person who answered the phone didn't have a basic grasp of English. We were overcharged considerably but she wasn't "getting it". We'll use a different chinese from now on! Thanks but no thanks!.
