Peck Peck in Hackney

Hice una orden para llevar después de un largo turno en el trabajo. Faltaba comida y envié un correo electrónico para un reembolso y para avisarles y ellos lo ignoraron. Han pasado 5 días, sin disculpas, nada. Deja un sabor amargo. El servicio al cliente es muy importante.

Comida muy promedio, el servicio era pobre, ya que el personal estaba trabajando muy duro, ya que eran muy escasos de personal, particularmente debido a la cantidad de comida para llevar que se recoge, lo que no ayudó fue el gerente / propietario estaba al frente alcanzando a sus compañeros! Dejando a los dos / tres jóvenes empleados corriendo como pollos sin cabeza (disculpe el juego de palabras)

Amazing food fresh and hot and crispy the staff are great helpful and happy atmosphere to be in thanks guys for great hospitality well worth the two hour drive

Came for a quick meal before going to see a show at the Hackney Empire. Could not have been more impressed. Food was delicious. Partner had the special burger, I had the wings. Wide variety of delicious sauces. We shared chips, coleslaw and macaroni cheese. Food can take a little while to come because of how extremely popular the place is, so if you are in a rush ask how long it will take before you order. We’ll definitely be back.

this place was horid the servis was so bad i had to wait 1 hour to get my food when i got and it was rawwwwwwwwwwww there was no flavour no sauces

I asked for the peri peri wrap with cheese - they forgot my cheese and the chicken was fatty and discoloured. Hope I don’t get ill from this

All the food is excellent and very tasty, I had fried chicken which I enjoy very much, there chicken burgers is very very tasty also customer services is excellent l can’t fault them 😊

I had chicken thighs & fries. Chicken was fresh & tasty. Chips not great as they tasted greasy. Friendly staff.

Popped in today for a 1/4 chicken chips and drink £7 thought it was a fairish price for lunch as everything else was around the £12 mark once you add chips and drink but when it arrived it was a chicken thigh with chips and a tiny bottle of water the food was nice and well cooked but will never come back as it’s completely over priced for what it is, which is fried chicken, it’s a shame they’ve gone down the route of all style and no substance instead of focusing on price and portions because as a business model for an already saturated market it will have a short shelf life

Fried chicken is a street staple in Hackney, and as tasty as it is, I’m always put off thinking about the beyond-miserable lives of factory farmed poultry. Peck Peck sells 100% Free Range British chicken - and apart from my hunger, that was the draw! The empty shop (admittedly only 7pm) and slightly frosty staff had me worried - but I’ve been pleasantly surprised, as the Peri Peri grilled chicken and salad deal was EXCELLENT! 3 well-cooked pieces of spicy grilled chicken (I chose ‘Mild’ but still broke out into a sweat - so be warned!) with copious crunchy, fresh and cooling salad in a yummy dressing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Enjoy

To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect and thought the food would be like any other chicken shop, but boy was I wrong. If you’re in Hackney I would recommend visiting Peck peck 😋
