Pazzo in Bristol, City of

Nuestro primer intento de este miembro de la familia Bianchis y no decepcionó. La comida era excelente. Teníamos los buñuelos de bacalao salado y las vieiras con trufa y percorino para empezar, seguidos de la carbonara 'loco' y lasaña quarto formaggio con calamares crujientes. Todo estaba delicioso y perfectamente cocinado... Las vieiras se derritieron en tu boca, el huevo escalfado con la carbonara era perfecto y el calamar tenía la textura perfecta. De postre los dos tuvimos un simple affogato ya que estábamos demasiado llenos para cualquier otra cosa, pero de nuevo esto fue fantástico, el café era tan encantador y amargo con el helado encantador y cremoso - perfecto! El servicio fue inmediato, no dominante, pero brillantemente atento y divertido. La carta de vinos era genial. Relación calidad-precio. Recomendamos para todos!

Definitely the best Italian cuisine in Bristol I’ve had so far. The risotto melted in my mouth, and the carbonara, even though it wasn’t made with the traditional recipe, tasted much better than in other restaurants! The staff was incredibly friendly! The prices match the quality! I can't wait to try other dishes! 🫶🏼

First time I’ve been here since it was opened but have been to restaurants owned by the same company. The atmosphere and interior is very nice, relaxed and with an upmarket feel. The food was mostly excellent, the drinks took far too long to arrive and the choice of beers were just two alcoholic options a pilsner and an ipa. The jerk chicken starter was delicious, but the pork belly main was not cooked enough to caramelise the fat and the lentils (think they were lentils) were bland and lacked any seasoning or flavour. Puddings were excellent, staff were ok except for forgetting some drinks. Personally wouldn’t come back again because the menu wasn’t extensive enough that I’d want to come back to try other options.

Wow! Pazzo has become my new favorite Italian restaurant in Bristol, hands down. The food was absolutely spectacular - the most flavorful and honest fusion Italian I've had since Pasta Loco. It was clear the ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the chefs knew exactly how to create a symphony of tastes on the plate. But Pazzo isn't just about the food (though that's definitely a star!). The atmosphere was fantastic, with a great ambience that set the mood for a lovely evening. The staff truly impressed me -specially Dom - the legend - their customer service was second to none. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making my dining experience exceptional. I honestly can't wait to return to Pazzo. I absolutely loved every moment of my visit, and I left feeling happy and satisfied. In my opinion, it's the best Italian restaurant in Bristol!

We went with a small group of work colleagues . Initially I thought the menu choices were a bit limiting but the limited choice was more than offset by the quality of the food choices I am not sure how often the menu changes but we had a different choice to website sample menu but a similar type of menu I had cuttlefish with pasta and it was delicious - a good choice of wines All served in a very customer friendly manner - recommend

Friendly staff and the restaurant had a good vibe. Enjoyed the wine list but thought that food portions were small, over-priced and under-seasoned.
