Voicemail and automated call option?! No customer service at all?! Ordered and received half an order with no way to speak to the restaurant, absolutely ridiculous

Pathetic stinking and stale food, avoid like plague, they have fake reviews on just eat. Check out the photo for green curry ffs, it was stinking aswell. The council should shut down this &h°th0e, It is shocking that such eateries are out there selling food.

The Chicken fried rice is so far the best that I've tasted in London✨

Accidentally cancelled my order on just eat, and tried to call the restaurant, got put through to answerphone straight away!! Out of pocket and hungry 😭😰

Order arrived at 21:00. The ETA was given as 20:10. Driver called me at 20:40 to tell me he was nearby and not to call the shop. At 20:52 the driver called me saying he couldn’t find my address and asked me to walk up the road to find him. Even after giving him directions he struggled to find me. At 21:00 he finally arrived and told me to call the shop to tell them he had arrived. I told him I would update it on the Uber app. When he arrived he had a passenger in the car also, no idea who it was? The food was not hot when it arrived and the Pad Thai was of poor quality with no more than 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken. I tried to call the shop to complain but was unable to get through. Wouldn’t order from here again, I have requested a refund and am awaiting a response.

Food was delicious- and so affordable! Delivery was quick and driver was lovely and friendly! I would definitely recommend Paya to friends and family!
