Pauline's Little Café in Fife

Amazin food very delicious and delivered on time and very friendly and very polite And very friendly on the phone

As a regular customer who was visiting here weekly, and when I stayed close I was there pretty much every day there pancakes are usually really good. But when something goes wrong the staff become rude, abusive and cheeky. I received my order after an hour and a half wait time (already phoned up to see where my food was as it was half an hour late) to where a polite lady answered the phone. I then phone up and explain that I’ve jsut received my order covered in ice cream where I get told I’ll be transferred to the owner. The owner was polite untill I said I received my order covered in ice cream to where I got accused of lying and being abusive. Apparently asking someone to stop talking so I can get a word in is abusive. Pauline then hangs the phone up on me. Where I phone back and the First Lady who answer screams down the phone “WE DONT TAKE ABUSE” where I asked fo I jsut come in for my refund? Before she hung up the phone. When sending photo proof some rude person decided to get cheeky over messenger and then accused me of threatening her simply for saying shall I come in and get my refund. Honestly avoid this place at all costs the food isn’t even the best can tell it’s cheap meat ect used. I only use this place due to there pancakes but won’t be anymore. Still don’t have my food or refund sbd the staff are to hostile to approach. I have learning disabilities and social anxiety this cafe has left me feeling really uneasy after being screamed at by 2 different employees including Pauline herself (who’s usually lovely may I add). Paulines little cafe is disgusting with customer service if you would like good customer service and food that arrives the way it should I highly recommended cafe fresh when a order goes wrong they’ll be right at your door to fix it!

Pauline is always so bubbly and welcoming, knows all her regulars by name which is always good to see. Staff are all cheery and helpful, good choice on the menu so something for everyone. Also do takeaway and delivery for those who can’t get in to the cafe. Lovely community cafe and highly recommended.

Staff always very friendly, efficient, polite, clean, can never do enough for you. As for food always great service and decent portion sizes. I'm a definite regular 🙌 they'd be a great hit if they could extend opening times further☝☝

Have been going here since it first opened. A family run cafe with a lot of friendly faces and smiles. Food amazing. The staff amazing and the prices are amazing as well. All in all a great wee eater place.

Had a delivery and collected in last week Pauline and her sons go above and beyond for you nothing is too much even with covid 19 they still offer full menu

Had great big breakfast on a few occasions now, (square sausage fantastic). Free refill on coffee as well. Fantastic value.

It's a little caffee shop runed by a family. We felt like at home since the first time we went there. All the members of the family (the staff) were absolutely responsable, friendly and helpful. We are happy to know where we can go for a good breakfasts or meal in the future. Thanks for everything from Barcelona.

Love this wee Place, brilliant breakfast, Mahoosive Mug of Tea! Just an after thought, but I would never drive by this place to get a braw breakfast! It's not posh, the lovely Pauline is as welcoming as a welcome thing, and such a lovely Lady! Like they advertise, they are providing not only a catering service but also it's there for the community. I haven't had anything more than a Breakfast, but I would definitely pop in for a Tea.....The Macaroni Cheese and Chips is making my mouth water! Take folk as you find them and you too will keep going back! Excellent value for the pennies! And, you leave smiling xx
