Charley's Bar in Fife

Food was great . Stir-fry is a favourite of mine and my parents get great value with the seniors menu. They never manage to clear their plates.

First problem is the glasses were still a bit dirty but the waitress was nice, and food / drinks were brought out quickly. Ordered macaroni cheese with a salad and chips, the macaroni was stinking with vinegar and tasted off and undone, my grans vegetables were still raw and she could not even bite into them, only okay thing was the chips. All in all very mediocre and probably will not return.

Had our 40th wedding anniversary at Charleys. Was a great night made more special by Charley and his staff. Food for over 40 people was excellent and I have to say great value. Everyone said how good the venue,food and staff were. I would recommend Charleys to anyone,even if it's just a bar lunch.

Food was excellent and great value,staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place for good food and value . Don't think you would get better or cheaper in Kirkcaldy if not Fife.

A great local family run bar for a lovely home cooked lunch with attentive waitress and won't break the bank let alone the amazing pensioner deal.

Charley’s is the best place for a bar lunch in Kirkcaldy. Food is great value and amazing portions. The Steak pie is to die for. Unlike some other pubs it doesnt have exploding pastry and a couple of chunks of meat underneath, this is decent pub grub. Also the prices here are probably the best in the town especially in relation to the size of the portions. They also do two courses for pensioners for under £6.

Was in for a bar lunch with family food was really good and excellent value for money.the only thing to remember it's cash only pub

We had a lovely meal. Plenty of choice with the menu starters main and dessert. Coffee or tea. Staff very friendly nothing was to much trouble .Bar prices were average.

Amazing atmosphere food is brilliant we go here regularly with family and friends for lunch had my sister baby shower here as well. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Was aloud to decorate the hall to how I wanted it. No problems what do ever. Thanks Charley.

Been to Charleys on many occasions, the food is great. Never once have we had a bad meal. And the prices are good, it's a must try.

Decor all right. Service poor could not supply either a cup of tea or an apple juice for one of the guests

We had our engagement party Charlie was very friendly and gave us the option to pay up before the party he sorted the buffet and organised the dj too who was excellent everyone had a great time and would definitely use again

Couldn't come across a nicer bunch of people!! Charley's bar is a lovely local to visit for a great night out. Pool table, darts, sports, live bands, big function hall for hire!! Great for kids too. Highly recommend.

Food is good. Seak Pie, fish and lasangue all good only £5.50 for OAP menu would recomend taking mother or grandmother
