Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful and engaging and made some great local recommendation.Any golfers looking for a cheaper quality option with a 5 min way to the old course then this is the spot to go to.

We recently watched an American pair come here on YouTube for breakfast trying to spend £100 in a day at St Andrews so thought we would give it a try. Very clean, and warm welcome on arrival, with lots of choice and clear pricing. Food was served hot and the portions were very good. the shop takes cash & Card payments. We had a lovely conversation with the owner regarding the area and the shop it’s self and he was very friendly and gave us some great advise about our visit and we’re to go for evening meals. We brought some Baguettes for after our round of golf and he kind wrapped them up in Clean film which was a nice gesture. If your ever nearby this spot Is 100% recommend and won’t be beaten on price. I always say it’s best to go Local than go big corporate company’s. Your always get value for money. Thanks again Munch.

Was expecting better due to the reviews, but wasn't bad at all. Had a very decent egg and cheese roll (bit disappointed that they used grated cheese that was very very dry and wasn't melted on the egg) and a nice hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was made from cadbury hot chocolate powder so nothing fancy but it was well mixed and tasted good - I'd rather a classic than a badly done fancy type honestly so it's good to know i can come back here for a reliable hot chocolate another time too! Nice to sit outside in the sun. Shame about all the cars.

Nice place, two ladies behind the counter are so nice and friendly. Unfortunately, my morning roll had a burnt bacon :/ I guess better luck next time. (After five more visits, I can confirm they don't know how to cook bacon without burning it)

Very friendly, happy, chatty and professional staff. I had a Double Espresso and Mars Bar Cake, a perfect pairing. The coffee was well prepared and, like the cake, quite delicious! I highly recommend Munch of St. Andrews. 10/10 A1+

Considering its St Andrews, the food etc is very cheap but really good.

We had the Big Breakfast Rolls and they were fantastic. Our friend also had the vegetarian option and it was really good. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. You can tell why it’s so popular with the locals.

I found Munch on day 1 and proceeded to get their big breakfast sandwich with either haggis or black pudding for the next 6 days straight. Highly recommend this little place.

no gluten free options- not sure how to reply to the comment but friends and I have asked multiple times! Always told there are no GF options. I look forward to seeing the GF options next semester!

What an amazing experience!! My wife and I had the chicken Tikka and the sweet chili chicken! We had the baguettes. The food was amazing and came out fresh and fast. The staff was friendly and always smiling! Will go back again soon.

Spent a recent week in St Andrews and used Munch a few times. Brillaint rolls very genorous fillings ie 2 of everything. Cheap prices friendly staff cheaper than cooking your own breakfast give them a try.

Great breakfast no matter what you choose and the coffee fab too. The service is second to none.

When a local tells you a place does the best breakfast rolls, always trust where locals reccomend. Lorne Sausage, tatti scone and haggis was a must for this Englishman to try all on the same roll.. Add also the bacon and egg and oh my...I would travel the 8 hours just to sample that again. Reasonably priced, great coffee, lovely staff and a selection of great food on the menu this place is a must. #visitscotland #visitstandrews

Lovely Paninis. Nice greeting and she spotted we were going to share 2 and cut them and split them between 2 boxes. Great.

Conseguimos 2 baguettes para nuestro picnic y quedamos impresionados por la calidad y el tamaño de las porciones. Uno relleno con mayonesa de atún y el otro con jamón y ensalada por alrededor de 6 para los 2. Tan frescos y sabrosos que apenas pudimos terminarlos, estaban tan rellenos. Damas amables también. Recomendado.

Llegando a los cines cerca de ti. . . Con toda seriedad, no recomendaría este establecimiento ya que me dieron un servicio terrible y no he vuelto desde entonces. Las mujeres de Munch fueron muy groseras cuando pedí un bocadillo simple con suspiros interminables e incluso la ballena de la caja hizo un comentario descarado. Si hacer un sándwich es demasiado difícil para estas mujeres, entonces no deberían estar trabajando para comer. Ningún cliente debería aceptar este abuso y no recomendaría ir a comer. Tal vez si los hombres nos estuvieran sirviendo y las mujeres estuvieran en la cocina, obtendríamos un mejor servicio y rollos.

Llegó a desayunar después de pasar la semana en la calle Andrews. Anuncian el "Mejor rollo de tocino del mundo". Para ser sincero, podría mejorar yo mismo, muy decepcionante. No hay salchichas cuadradas disponibles, lo cual era extraño. Tampoco venden Lattes, que para una cafetería en 2019 le faltaba un truco. Solo tenían café filtro. Asientos decentes afuera en el Sunshine fue lo único positivo. Mucho mejor alternativas en la calle Andrews, debe esforzarse más.

Sintiéndome hambriento después de llegar a la ciudad me encontré con esta pequeña comida para llevar. Tenía asientos al frente, lo que pensé que sería útil en la cálida mañana de mi visita.Pedí el panini 'francés'. Eso significaba un relleno de brie, jamón y arándano. No era pan de panini, era una baguette a la parrilla. La baguette era de un tamaño decente.Tuve mi taza reutilizable llena de té, un poco de autoservicio después de agregar el agua caliente (un poco como Greggs).Mientras salía, recibí una advertencia sobre las gaviotas. . . .Me senté y cuando mi sándwich (doble envuelto en bolsas de papel) se colocó sobre la mesa, no tomó un minuto para que un monstruo con plumas se abalanzara. Y al caminar por la carretera noté que otros lugares con asientos al aire libre no parecían tener ninguna molestia con las aves de la calle Andrews.De todos modos, mi baguette / panini cuesta 3. 80 y el té era 1. 30. Hubo algunos tentadores dulces de bandeja en el mostrador, pero no participé en esta ocasión.

Munch en South Street Street Andrews es un lugar fantástico para tomar ese bollo matutino y café / té para comenzar el día. Hago tarde en mi trabajo en la calle. Andrews por lo que mi descanso es generalmente alrededor de 3 ish. Munch se cierra a las 4. La mujer que trabaja aquí claramente piensa que debería cerrarse antes. . Como cada vez que entro después de las 3 en punto (siempre antes de las 3:30), es muy obvio lo molestos que me tienen que servir después de las 3 en punto y los clientes que están al frente. Una vez entré y pedí una ensalada simple, la mujer estaba muy molesta y seguía suspirando porque tenía que tomar el papel de las ensaladas para servirme, otra mujer de la parte de atrás vino y apagó las luces mientras estaba en el ¡tienda! ! También entré el otro día y pedí una papa al horno. . Una vez más, esto era claramente una molestia para ellos. La mujer que antes había apagado las luces salió por la parte de atrás y apagó el televisor que anunciaba la papa horneada que había pedido y luego se acercó y apagó la lámpara de calor donde están las papas. . Ella me dio una mirada directa. Siempre son muy groseros, contundentes y no educados. Este tipo de mujer no debe trabajar con clientes con este tipo de actitud. Si la tienda cierra a las 4, ¡deberían estar dispuestas a atender a las personas hasta las 5 o 4! ! !

Deliciosos rollos de desayuno, ya sea tocino, salchicha o huevo frito, todos se destacan perfectamente en nuestra estancia. El filtro de café era excelente también.Nos preparó perfectamente para el día siguiente y un precio muy razonable para arrancar. Lee los comentarios de Trip Advisor y decidí probarlo, GUAU, maravilloso rollo de desayuno. Rollitos blandos frescos rellenos y me refiero LLENO con tocino, huevo, salchichas y tattie. Tan bueno que volvimos para un sándwich para el té y conseguimos una baguette rebosante del mejor pollo dulce de chile que he probado y un rollo relleno hasta el borde con jamón fresco y ensalada. El desayuno incluye un té y un café y cuesta 7, sándwiches cuesta 5. 60, no necesitaba almorzar, así que comimos por 12. 60 por 2. Mañana volveremos, no vale la pena comprar comida y cocinarla tú mismo. El personal es encantador también.

Lovely tasting bacon rolls and beautifully fresh fried egg rolls nice coffee and tea all reasonably priced. I can highly recommend a visit to this cafe we will be back the next time we are in St Andrews

The breakfast box for only 3.5 has all the breakfast meat and a delicious egg. Definitely worth it .

Stopped on the way to play golf. A breakfast roll (with haggis) for £3.50 and you'll be pretty well set up for the day. Simple food done well.

Munch en la calle Andrews también tiene una mesa con algunas sillas para sentarse.

Lo que no debe amar: panecillos recién horneados con su elección de productos escoceses tradicionales para el desayuno: huevos, tocino, salchichas, bollos de patata, morcilla, salsas. Estos son ingredientes de calidad y preparados con cuidado. Y todo muy bien, para un poco más de 5 tuvimos un rollo de bacon, un desayuno escocés en rollo y dos cafés.

I was staying in a caravan and could not be bothered cooking. Just drove into town and get a breakfast with no frills and very tasty. We went back the next day and had excellent brakfast rolls and very cheap.
