£2.90 for a Double Expresso? Come on!!! Is it worthy? Just for a tiny sip of Coffee? I feel ripped off specially when we know that the cost price for a Coffee is roughly £0.20... Are we money making machines? 😒😒😒

Pas aimable du tout!!! Nonchalance absolu du serveur qui jette le ticket aux pieds de ses collègues, pas de bonjour rien! Une honte pour les touristes.

I'm not disputing the quality of the products and the friendly staff, just that I think it's outrageous to oblige people to pays for small purchases with credit cards. Usually an international train station or airport is precisemy the place where people wish to spend their remaining change before departing, and now this is impossible. Incredibly high service charges and bad exchange rates when the transaction appears on your bank balance. Cash payments should me made mandatory.

Excellent start to our trip. Paul have a good reputation and deservedly so. Very fresh Ham & Cheese Baguette. Totally excellent double Macciato. Counter man said, "help yourself to Water", which did not seem to exist. However a Raducanu lookalike Waitress offered to both get 2 glasses and deliver them to our window table! Talk about service. Turquoise had just opened. They've done a fabulous job in redecorating the old Cafe Rouge. Brightly coloured, it's warm and welcoming and the food is very good. I've only eaten there once with a friend, but we both really enjoyed our lunches. I had garlic prawns; she had lamb chops and both were delicious. In the centre of Highgate Village, it's a lovely place to pop in for coffee, which I have also done.

Got in, wouldn’t get served for about 15 minutes. Finally got their attention and got a super rude response. Asked for gluten free bread, first lady said they had it. Then she left and a guy came over. He said they didn’t have any so I replied ‘ok never mind’. Left to find something else to eat as my mum was eating here already. Got back and had a plate put down in front of me. Same meal as my mum just without bread, which i did NOT ask for. Very confused and customer service was disgustingly awful. Very strange looks from the waiters and rude personalities

I regularly buy mixte sandwiches from the Hampstead branch - today I bought three for my family. The bread was so stale and hard that is inedible which is most unusual. When I called very politely to discuss rather complain the response was “sorry all gone -sold out” and the call was terminated (by Paul staff) - not a great retail experience
