Got in, wouldn’t get served for about 15 minutes. Finally got their attention and got a super rude response. Asked for gluten free bread, first lady said they had it. Then she left and a guy came over. He said they didn’t have any so I replied ‘ok never mind’. Left to find something else to eat as my mum was eating here already. Got back and had a plate put down in front of me. Same meal as my mum just without bread, which i did NOT ask for. Very confused and customer service was disgustingly awful. Very strange looks from the waiters and rude personalities

I didn't write anything for 6 years but LPQ oddly replied, 6 years later, to my 1 star rating... so I felt the need to explain why a 1 star rating, with actual words. Here we go. I have a problem with this place everywhere I go, basically. There seem to be just... the wrong people hired to manage it. Every time, everywhere, in every country they open up shop. They somehow manage to make me feel unwanted and there's some serious cringe about the place. Like with everything in life, it all starts from the top. When a basic-level employee is not interested in doing a simple job well, like helping a client with a napkin and a smile, or making some decent coffee, it's because no care is involved. And because the place smells of Fear rather than Coffee. Fear of the manager, who is afraid of his manager, so on, all they way up to the CEO. It's all about management, in life, in business, and at LPQ. The Daily Pain. As I prefer to call it.

Absolutely delicious and beautifully presented food! The toast with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, ricotta, and pesto was a perfect mix of savory and creamy flavors. The smoked salmon toast with fresh cucumber, radish, and a poached egg was light, refreshing, and full of texture. The hot chocolate was beautifully made with a rich, velvety foam. The rustic plating and cozy wooden table setting added to the overall experience. Highly recommend for a great brunch spot! Will definitely be coming back.

Extremely rude staff. My order was delayed, and when I wanted to ask about it, they just handed me the check for food I haven't received. Never apologized.

Friendly efficient staff, but over priced and over rated. Had a cup of tea and a slice of carrot cake. Tea was ok, but a bit perfumed (meant to be English breakfast, but more like Earl grey). The carrot cake was pretty awful. More like a dry fruit cake. Just sweet with no flavour (and not a hint of carrot), why..?

Lucio was attentive and prompt with our orders. He was pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed his service, and the food was delicious.

Been at St. Pancras unit earlier today, around 6:30am and was very well served by Filip - at least on the bill ticket that's the name. A young blonde lad who was awaiting tables by himself and doing a great job. Seating new customers, taking orders, delivering food and drinks, taking payments...veeeeeery efficient! I used to work as a waiter a few hears ago and I know the struggle. Is nice to see someone do a really great job! 👏

We had a very decent dinner served with efficiency and extreme kindness. Following a health incident, all staff demonstrated immediate responsiveness by providing all the necessary care with great attention.

Very nice smoked chicken and mozzarella tartine. The team were great, service was swift and friendly. They worked like a well oiled machine and were pleasant to everyone. Just what you want

This is a really nice place! I would say that it is among the best places to eat. No matter how busy they are, the staff members are always incredibly kind and knowledgeable especially Attila. P. He (Attila) has served me a few times, and each time he has demonstrated exceptional customer service skills.. I would love to go here at this place every time.

I recently sat in here with my Nan for a quick coffee and orange juice before our Eurostar train. Both were overpriced for what it was, but we expected that for the location. What we did not expect was the poor service. Up until we had to pay, service wasn’t out of the ordinary. It was all we expected, we placed an order and got our drinks - nothing special. So when I asked to not pay the additional discretionary £2 service fee (because it was already £10 for a small coffee and juice, plus service was nothing other than what you’d expect from a busy cafe) our waiter seemed put off and said he couldn’t change the price on the digital Eftpos machine (although we saw him type in the price, and I myself have used one before and know you can just cancel it and put in a new price very easily) and that he had to go get his manager to take the service fee off. This was fine as I understand needing to grab your manager, he could’ve been new or untrained in that particular part. What we weren’t impressed by was when he said he’d go find his manager we saw him just roam around the back of the restaurant in a circle and start cleaning other tables/organising menus. Not trying to find his employer. He then completely ignored us and moved into serving new people and what seemed to be finding anything else to do but serve us. He ignored us for the next 10 minutes as we watched him circle around aimlessly trying to find something to keep him busy, not speaking to any other employees. He then came up to us and said he tried but can’t find his manager so we will have to pay the service fee. We ended up having to pay it as we needed to get to security for our trip. I know it’s only an extra £2 but it’s the principle of not wanting to pay for service like that. Am not in any rush to go back.

We went for dessert. We had the fruit cheesecake and the panna cotta tart. Both delicious. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Lucio. He was alert and let us know to keep our awareness on onlookers trying to steal our luggage. A nice gentleman serving in the early morning breakfast. Will visit here again. Food is great too !

there is a racist guy working there. i got ghosted by him, for example not giving me a menu nor guiding me to a table, but others were nice. still payed the service fee for other workers, but well, hope this doesn't happen to others.

The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their sandwiches, so flavorful and beautifully served and their pastries are amazing too. Pair it with a cappuccino or a fresh juice, and it’s just perfect. The staff are brilliant—friendly, quick, and attentive, even when it’s busy.

Used to be a regular when travelling into London. Popped in on a Saturday morning and the experience was starkly different. Porridge was served cold, avo toast had an awful bitter taste. The serrvice was poor, bordering on rude. Their card machine also did not work properly. Won't be visiting again.

Staff seemed fed up. Flat white was very bitter and the mozzarella, pesto and tomato toastie was very bland, not impressed for £8.95!

Frankly, I have never been welcomed this way in an establishment! I wondered if I was being asked if I was on a hidden camera.

I visited the St. Pancras location to have coffee with a family member on 31st December 2024 at around 2 PM. The service was average, but what felt disappointing was the racism. The guy at the door who was showing people their seats wished all the Caucasian visitors a very happy New Year, but when I paid and was leaving he purposely ignored us and didn't wish us since we were South Asian. It was deliberate. Felt like a blow, especially since we even paid a service charge for average coffee and hot chocolate. I won't be returning to this cafe. I have mentioned the date and time so that maybe the management can take action against the employee. Racism should never be encouraged.

Geez?! These people here are just lousy, when, it comes to making English Breakfast Tea?!!! Once, I had it, which, was lukewarm for £4.45p?!!! And, left like I was about to throw up?!!! This is not good at all?! Especially, at the heart of St. Pancras Station. And, the staff members manners 😒🙄 little to desired, for paying customers?! The tea was just 🤮

Lovely place for breakfast before taking the subway or train. If you sit outside in the hall, you will hear people playing the public piano as well. Their scrambled eggs are amazing.

Visité aquí para una copa rápida de vino con amigos mientras esperan nuestros trenes. Dije que tomaríamos una copa, y expliqué que teníamos un poco de prisa. Tardaron un poco en venir a nuestra mesa (aunque no estaba nada ocupado) y luego trajeron menús. Todos tenemos lo mismo: una copa de vino cada uno. Cuando llegó la factura, nos habían cobrado 87 centavos más cada uno. Cuando pregunté este cargo, el camarero dijo que era para el servicio. Dije que no quería pagarlo. Sentí que no había hecho nada, excepto echar vino en nuestras copas. Estábamos sentados junto a la zona donde había hecho esto. Lo que realmente me molestó fue que me preguntaron por qué no quería pagarlo. Le expliqué que no se había aclarado que se nos cobraría un extra por una copa de vino que ya tenía un precio algo superior. Ezz delivered exceptional service. He went above and beyond for my order, and was extremely attentive and friendly. I would definitely come here again because of his service.

Lovely place, centrally located in Saint Pancras. Freshly squeezed juices are delicious, I had the Glow Up, nice and fresh! I also ordered the flatbread with bean spread with avocado and portobello on the side. The topped flatbread was delicious, the avocado and portobello lacked some seasoning and were served 'neat'. I like that there is a lot of choice for vegans and vegetarians! The calories are also listed everywhere, useful for those of us who track our macros. Service was less, not unfriendly, but not really service-oriented either. The lady who served us also looked a bit unkempt and had stains on her clothes. A service charge of 12.5% ​​is also invoiced as standard, which is somewhat unusual (perhaps because I'm not used to it in Belgium?)…

The food was really tasty! We had to wait a little bit longer than usual for our food, but it was all forgiven when the waitress called Sonya gave us 50% discount! Thanks again Sonya, you the best. Greets from Belgium!

Don’t bother talking to the manager, because they won’t listen or care.

Lovely service, very fast from orders to food arriving. Delicious food, wide range of breakfast and lunch options that suited all of our dietary requirements, and they quite easily removed or substituted what we asked for.

Good: Service excellent. If you want a quick sit-down early morning breakfast, this is the place to choose. No fluff, get in, get served, get the bill, be on your city-style way. Their breakfast shown in the picture was great, and I took the pain a chocolat as takeaway, and it was a perfect later afternoon snack. They have a range of flavourful spreads of hazelnut, apricot and the usual jams to choose from. Bad: The coffee was basically water, and I'm not one to enjoy strong coffee, so for me to say it was weak is saying something. I was most looking forward to the baguette and although it was perfect texture it was lacking flavour/salt. If you arrive past 8am, expect a queue from larger tourist groups.

7am on a cold Monday morning. The restaurant is half empty but you are not allowed to sit at half the tables because they are “not serving in that area”. So everyone is crowded at one end. Why do restaurants do this?

We enjoyed a beautiful brunch at St Pancras for my partner’s birthday. The food was delicious with large portions and gorgeous coffees! A big thank you to Ezz, our waiter, for making it a cosy and lovely start to our day.

Wonderful combination of responsive staff, lots of room (so there's always a table), really good food, open early, and the staff has been working together for enough time to be able to anticipate one another's movements, so everything dances together, and when they're busy (which is almost always), works smoothly. Some places just have a very nice vibe, as well as being good at what they do, and this is one of them. Very much worth a try, especially in the early morning when you appreciate something great.

I eat here whenever I travel on the Eurostar because it is a good place to sit and eat and enjoy a good coffee while I wait for my train. I have found the quality of the food has declined steadily over the past two years. Today I ordered an English breakfast which arrived cold. The bacon was so hard it was inedible and the toast had been sitting out for a while and tasted stale. I used to forgive the food issues because the coffee was so good, but today not so much. It arrived tepid. Just not my day?

We ate here a couple of times during our stay near St Pancras station. It was convenient and accessible. It has a large menu with a variety of breakfast/lunch options. We were happy to see that they could accommodate our son's gluten-free diet (celiac) and the food was good and safe for him. The service is good given that this is a very busy place in a very busy train station. We never had to wait for a table.
