The staff are so great and made us welcome. Food was so good, came super fast considering there was a big group of us and good value for price too.

Recently visited Patty’s for a quick bit of food. Shop is really clean and tidy, nice atmosphere with music. The chicken wrap and tenders were cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend

I recently visited Patty's and was blown away by their signature smash burger and chips with chicken! The food was not only delicious but also incredibly tasty. I loved the atmosphere of the place, it's a great spot to grab a bite and enjoy some quality food.

Good atmosphere and the food is amazing as usual, only reason it is a three star is because I was waiting over 45 minutes for a mocktail drink for myself. I ate the meal before I got the drink. Apart from that the food is pretty good waffles are the best

I don’t recommend this place at all food is well below what’s expected. Fries refried so many times they become inedible. Called the store to try and sort out only to be told she had personally checked the order and there was nothing wrong with it. They don’t take into consideration of dietary requirements when you advise them of this

Epic burgers, loaded fries and desserts! The best in the area by far. Lots of other delicious options on the menu too. Great service, spotlessly clean and very friendly staff.

Absolutely amazing food would 100% recommend!!!! The hot chick burger and the spicy chicken Mac were phenomenal!! The service was amazing everyone was lovely and the atmosphere was great. There was so much to choose from off the menu there is something for everyone!! The kinder milk cake was delicious would definitely recommend trying it. The owner is amazing making you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and helping us decide off the menu and recommending things we should try. I will 100% be returning best place I’ve been in stoke!!!

What can I say went to patties today with family and as soon as I walked in we were greeted with smiles shown to our table straight away, they were entraining our 3 year old as soon as we walked through the door so was on a winner from as soon as we arrived, the kids menu is amazing and they even said what ever is there they could change or be spoke it for him, down to the food what can I say absolutely brilliant proper good food the burgers are out of this world the loaded fries also I’ve never had anything like it the Mrs really enjoyed it to and our son was loving it feasting on his and ours🤣 Once we finished then it was desserts and the dessert side of the restaurant is just made for kids ours was in his element so much to choose from again I’ve never had anything like it in my life. Absolutely would I recommend and I will be going back. Well done patties and thank you for making our son feel so special…

A friend recommended Patty’s to me, and I’m so glad they did! We ordered the chicken loaded fries, and it was absolutely worth it packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with tender, juicy chicken. Every bite was just perfect. I’ll definitely be returning with more friends next time. If you haven’t tried Patty’s yet, you’re missing out.

We have been back here for a second time this evening and absolutely can not fault the food, drinks, and desserts The patties in the burger was so delicious and melt in the mouth. The loaded fries and mac n cheese was amazing so tasty and fresh, and the new puddings we tried were heavenly, great service very friendly staff, and good value for money !! They even take blue light card 🫶🏼

Such a wonderful spot, the girl serving at the counter was so kind and answered any questions me or my partner had. I got the cheese burger and cheesy loaded fries (can you tell I love cheese?) and both were fabulous! Great value for your money, I highly recommend it.

My son has been to Pattys before and requested to return as he loved it so much. It’s a very friendly , relaxed place (ideal for a family with 3 young children) and we all really enjoyed the tasty food. My husband and I finished with a Dream Cake Original dessert which was heavenly!

Been meaning to try this place for while now based on recommendations. Glad I took the time out to visit here today. As you walk in you will notice the high level of cleanliness. Service was brilliant, almost each item I ordered had a special instruction, and they all came as expected. I was told by a few people that the prices were a bit expensive, but I think I would disagree. Fairly priced based on the local competition and even on par with similar joints elsewhere. Adequate free parking around the back if you park on the car park to the right. All forms of payment accepted as well which is convenient. Overall very satisfied, will definitely be recommending to others and returning myself

Been to Pattys 3 times and the food has always been good but the staff absolutely ruin this place they are so rude two young girls they never smile never speak it spoils the whole experience the young lady brought our food never looked at us or spoke plonked the food & drinks down and walked off its such a shame as a smile & hi would make such a difference to this place maybe this is why there is never many that eat in. Let's hope the Manager gets some happy staff!

We ate in here recently and the food was pretty good. It was a simple smash burger and fries for a good price. The front desk person was quite distracted with her phone, as our food sat waiting to be severed for about 8-10 mins while she was talking on/texting on her phone. The food itself was good, so we will eat here again in the future if we want a simple burger.

Food and service especially from the manager was really beautiful and lovely to see, nicely presented food, and all very tasty, I recommend this to anybody who likes reviewing places and would definitely visit again, the manager and his Delivery driver were kind enough to lend us some jump leads to give us a jump with their car as our car broke down, currently writing this Full Bellied, and well fed, once again, very kind and obliging people, also very good for people with Learning disabilites and autism the lights and colours are very beautiful, big love to all the Pattys crew 💙😀🙌
