First time here amazing food, food reasonable price. staff were amazing. Highly recommend. My daughter is very fussy but ate everything will defo be returning.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Took an hour and a half to arrive—not exactly ideal. I ordered the spicy mac and cheese, tater tots, and a side of three spicy chicken tenders. The mac and cheese had decent flavour, but it arrived cold—and instead of a proper, creamy mix, it was just a layer of cheese sitting on top of plain pasta. A solid portion, sure, but the lazy execution and temperature killed it. The tater tots were a real letdown: cold, soggy, and not even a generous portion. £5 for about 10 limp tots in a tiny box? Not a good look. The chicken tenders had good flavour, I’ll give them that—but again, they were cold. And small. Like, chicken nugget small. Definitely not worth £5 for three of them. I called up to give some feedback. The woman on the phone did apologise and asked if the rest of the food was okay, which was fair—I hadn’t tried most of it yet. But when I asked if anything could be done to resolve the situation, she just went silent. No response, no apology, no effort. The call just… died. Overall? Cold food, overpriced portions, and a service experience that didn’t feel like anyone really cared. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I won’t be ordering again.

Tasty food with different toppings. Would particularly recommend the loaded fries! Friendly service from Jap, looking forward to coming back :)

Really nice place. Well presented. Good food. Could have been a 5 if there was more salt and pepper on the burger pate. the meat was too bland. The drink wasn't cold cold either. Just a few minor tweaks then it would be a 5. Try this place!

This place is a must visit. It is a very family oriented restaurant, very clean place excellent customer service. Staff are very friendly the owner is down to earth and most of all the food is extremely tasteful and they take pride in what they serve. Highly recommend

Burgers are amazing. I had "the smokey one" and will definitely be having it again. Chicken tenders are great as well. What really makes this place worth a visit is the staff, especially the owner/manager who is really friendly and generous, he is great with our children when we visit.

Wonderful food and service. Ordered the hot chicken burger and it was one of the best spicy burgers I've had on holiday. I also got the steak loaded fries which were brilliant and I would recommend this place to anyone in Stoke.

Another fantastic visit to Pattys. The kids favourite place to go. The food was lovely and the staff were so attentive. There was a big group of us celebrating my sons birthday and nothing was too much trouble. The kids were given a free milkshake each and even left with an easter egg. Thank you Pattys for making my sons birthday extra special 👍🏻

Such a lovely experience at Patty's! Our servers (Saba, Noor and Usman) were super attentive and courteous. They gave us free dessert (chocolate cake + custard, milk cake and chocolate mousse). The choccie cake was esepcially a hit with our group! Would certainly recommend Patty's as a halal friendly place to eat. We also got to read maghrib on premises which was a nice touch!

Overall, slightly above average, but nothing special. Clean and bright, but slow and plodding service. Meals, drinks trickle out whenever they seem to be ready, rather than in any sort of coordinated fashion. The kids like it.

Tried place an order over the phone the girl who answered is rude as hell. Zuzu I found out her name was. All the staff haven’t got an idea what they’re doing and shouldn’t be left un supervised. Place has gone downhill. Food has gone so bad seriously wouldn’t recommend at all.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. - Cleanliness 0/10 Toilets are dirty, no soap. Bins are full of sanitary pads. Seats are dirty with old ice cream and spillages. If you’re sat by the window there is insects and dead ants. Someone’s obviously not cleaning properly it’s off putting from your food. The bin it self stinks, it’s like it’s not been cleaned out for weeks! - Food 3/10 Ate inside food was okay, came fast. When ordered for takeaway and took the food back home. The burger was cold, the Cheesy one. The cheese wasn’t even melted the bun was cold and there was mould on the bun! - Service 0/10 You pay £1 for sauce pots that won’t even cover a few chips. They’re so stingy, if you ask for any extra sauces or cutlery the staff just look at you like you offended them. - Staff 0/10 They’re all teens with no training whatsoever, first job or whatever but training needs to be put in place I guarantee no one has any actual certificates as the people in the kitchen clearly have no sense of health and safety or hygiene. Staff are on the phones in the kitchen whilst making food and some of them just sat in the window on the chairs gawping at the customers. Wouldn’t call that a great atmosphere! There’s no further assistance from front of house they just serve you with no smiles and attitude. The place has gone so downhill I used to come here a lot and the last team they had working last summer were bang on! There was more men that used to work before but I think was a lot better as they just used to get on with the job and the food was spot on. Maybe it’s cheaper to hire young girls who are clueless on customer service. I don’t know if there’s been new management or owners but it needs to be sorted out fast! They will lose a lot of customers. So please if the owner is reading this fix up you’re new staff cos it’s not the same as what it used to be.

Average food - awful service! We visited for a birthday and although the food was ok when we eventually got it, I can't say it was worth the shoddy service that we received while TRYING to order! After the girls had finished their gossip, one did decide to take our order. We found the member of staff to be quite rude and unhelpful when we were asking about ingredients etc. As stated above, the food was average/ok but the unprofessional, unfriendly, dismissive and rude nature of the some of the staff would put me off visiting again! ☹️

Ordered food and an ice cream for takeaway. Got home and realized they left out the ice cream. Went back, only for the girl who served me to claim I had to order ice cream from a different place—something she conveniently failed to mention when I was paying. Why didn’t she say anything at checkout? Why didn’t she tell me I had to collect it separately? Instead, she let me leave knowing full well there was no ice cream in my order. When I pointed it out, she wasn’t even apologetic—just rude, as if it were my fault. I really liked the sweet potato fries, but I won’t be back. Absolutely terrible customer service.

We went as a family 8 tonight and everything was outstanding, Lovely staff very approachable and helpful. Came here for food as staying in stoke for the weekend, perfect food and really tasty. Prices are also really good for what you get. Also the vibes inside and the staff are really good. I must recommend the burgers and dirty fries they were just great!! Go here if you can’t decide what to eat even if you’re a vegetarian like my partner!

Well..ordered on their website site and received email that said food arrival would be 822. Rang them at 9ish to see where food is. She said it hadn’t left the store and no driver had been to pick it up. She then said it might be 20 minutes. 30 minutes later and no sign of food. Think I’m going to get something out of the freezer. I ordered using their website. Maybe the drivers are more reliable if I ordered from Uber? I don’t have much luck with the other apps..they often don’t turn up. Maybe because it’s Saturday evening they are busy but I ordered at 745-750pm and it’s now 925pm. I’m guessing if the food had arrived, it would have been cold. I won’t be using this lot again for delivery. The lady on the phone seemed pretty disinterested.

I really hate doing reviews like this.. This was our first visit here, and I was disappointed with the service. All of the female staff looked like they were being forced to be there. They denied having an allergy menu (my BIL has a severe allergy but he has eaten here before where he was given an allergy menu!). It took about 40 minutes for our drinks to be brought over, 3 of us had Pepsi Max and they'd ran out of the syrup so they were serving cans - not only were we not told, the cans were considerably smaller than the cups so we were being over charged - the manager did recifty this though. It must've taken well over an hour for the food to come, where the young girl said 'is everything there?' (surely it's her job to check? I worked at McDonald's for 6 years and never asked a customer that question😂 and also my wife's meal wasn't there so we'd almost finished by the time she was eating). The music was SO loud, and with the noise from other customers, we found ourselves shouting at each other. And dare I mention I was stood outside the toilet and an employee emerged from it and not once did I hear the tap running or the hand dryer on. I'm gutted really because the food was fantastic, but overall the experience was awful.

As always the food was great and service was amazing. Not over priced when you compare quality to other fast food restaurants. We will revisit. Thanks again.

Recently visited Patty’s for a quick bit of food. Shop is really clean and tidy, nice atmosphere with music. The chicken wrap and tenders were cooked perfectly. Would definitely recommend

I recently visited Patty's and was blown away by their signature smash burger and chips with chicken! The food was not only delicious but also incredibly tasty. I loved the atmosphere of the place, it's a great spot to grab a bite and enjoy some quality food.

I don’t recommend this place at all food is well below what’s expected. Fries refried so many times they become inedible. Called the store to try and sort out only to be told she had personally checked the order and there was nothing wrong with it. They don’t take into consideration of dietary requirements when you advise them of this

The food took quite long but the Chicken sub was so flavourful, the bun was very soft too.

Ordered food on the just eat app, the food arrived on time The food was cold and a missing hot dog, rang thr restaurant just to be told "till just eat they will refund you, and the order was completed when it left the restaurant" no offer to replace the food and missing item This will be the last time we use this place please take note and stay clear of Pattys

Absolutely amazing food would 100% recommend!!!! The hot chick burger and the spicy chicken Mac were phenomenal!! The service was amazing everyone was lovely and the atmosphere was great. There was so much to choose from off the menu there is something for everyone!! The kinder milk cake was delicious would definitely recommend trying it. The owner is amazing making you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door and helping us decide off the menu and recommending things we should try.
