This is what we got delivered as " chicken tenders " and lamb shawarma when ordering from uber eats. The chips were just as stale. would never use again.

2nd review after getting milkshakes from here a few times- Terrible service and the manager is ignorant as I made a complaint and he didn’t have decency to call back! We had family over and i wasn’t impressed with the takeaway service. They charge £4.95 for a brownie mash up takeaway, which they put in a similar £2 pot of ice cream pot! And they think £4.95 is ok to charge for half filled milkshakes! You dont get what you pay for, very overpriced! Wont be going here anymore and also wont be recommending. 1st time review: Tried this place on recommendation and was disappointed to be honest. Its over rated and expensive. Firstly you pay for the car park, that puts you off as you just want to park & walk into a diner. The entrance had a horrible gutter smell as you approached it! The service was poor & slow dont like how you have to go order at the till. No waiter service. £6 for a burger?! not a meal?? The chick burger had no mayo was dry and no sauces or salt on tables?? Not a great menu choice and portions were not big. only good thing was ice cream. The layout was nice but far too bright in there with light up signs. Wont be recommending.

Brilliant service from the waiter, & nice food

At first glance, this café catches the eye with its vibrant, colorful decor, adorned with bright flowers and charming accessories that seem to warmly invite you inside. The menu, too, is quite extensive and offers a wide variety of tempting options, which initially raised our hopes for a delightful experience. However, it was when we placed our order that the issues began to emerge. Unfortunately, we noticed a distressing dynamic among the staff. The manager appeared to be quite harsh, speaking to the young, seemingly inexperienced team members in a manner that was unnecessarily stern. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere that was evident to guests and detracted from what should have been a pleasant visit. Additionally, parking was another challenge. There are no nearby free parking spaces, and the only option available was a paid parking lot. Given the overall experience, paying extra just to enjoy a sweet treat here did not seem worthwhile. We ordered waffles, expecting a generous portion, but what we received was disappointing. The waffle was undercooked, with very few toppings, and the size was surprisingly small, despite ordering the largest option available. Neither the taste nor the presentation lived up to our expectations, especially considering the price. While the café’s lively appearance may draw you in, we found it to be an experience that fell short on many fronts. We decided to give it a try based on its attractive exterior, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. We sincerely hope that the management takes steps to improve both the service and the quality of the food, as the café certainly has potential.

The food was delicious!! The young lady serving us called Zafira was so sweet and helpful, wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved going there tonight. Very nice restaurant and they had decorated it for Halloween which the kids enjoyed, the manager was very friendly. She gave the kids Halloween bags filled with sweets which was a very nice touch. Service was very good!

I couldn’t recommend somewhere better than this place. Staff very welcoming and happy. The decor and atmosphere is immense. Food was top notch. You can’t beat the bbq chicken loaded fries. Yum yum. Will be returning again. 👌

Probably the best smash burgers I've had for a fraction of the price of a Five Guys! Very tasty and great selection of toppings and options, and a big dessert and drink selection too. The vegetarian smash burger is a hit too, and the waffle fries are our favourite!

Appetising, fairly portioned food and the owner was friendly. The music was a bit loud but it was nothing that stopped us from having a nice meal - enjoyed it!

Immature and disrespectful servers - 2 young girls- from the minute we walked in felt uncomfortable. Owner needs to employ people who have basic manners. Food wasn’t anything special, will not be visiting again.

Great place to dine in with family and friends. Really enjoyed my experience would like to thank all staff for making it such a good one. Food was absolutely amazing. Place was spotless very rare to find places this clean. We come nearly every weekend as a treat for the family, and it never disappoints. It’s always busy but that just creates the atmosphere along side the good music which is played at a reasonable volume and kid friendly. The young girl at the front is always working everytime we go there she seems very put together and knows how to manage the kitchen staff; we forgot to customise one of our burgers and she got it remade with no issues... She was very nice to my kids and gave them sweets and ice cream which was a very nice touch along side her kindness and great service. All staff were very pleasant and look like a very good team.

Went to patty’s , as soon as we walked in we went to the counter to ask for menus and the girl said ‘yeah on the table ‘ really rudely, , so we ordered our food waited and they just put it on the table and went off no smiles , then the same girl constantly speaking on the phone in-front of customers behind the counter and not doing the job properly, no smiles nothing again, ,our experience was not nice, the staff do not care about the business and the place has gone downhill due to the rude staff that they have.

Amazing food, food came out quick, fresh and hot! Very clean and well kept. Staff were absolutely lovely made my experience so great and definitely will be back. Hard working ladies, working well under pressure as it was a busy Saturday night. Lady at the front was very attentive and so polite. Prices are reasonable

Didn’t really know any places to eat and just went around with friends, this place looked outstanding from the outside, it really captured my eyes and I just felt like I had to go, came in and it was super clean and the atmosphere was great in general. Ordered food with no issue and it came so much faster than expected especially considering the capacity that we ordered in as I was with quite a few friends. The food did not disappoint. Price was just as good as the food and I enjoyed every last bite. Would definitely recommend!

My part of the order was missing so had nothing to eat. Had it refunded but paid a bunch of fees not to have anything to eat. Really disappointed.

Love this place! Service top tier, and the steak sub is the best things I’ve ever had. Has a lot of sauce and not dry. The ice cream is really nice too. The place has retro vibes!

Such a terrible mid experience the food was not all that spectacular. The music was horrible and too loud whoever thought of the idea of a dj playing loud music blasting the customers ears out needs to be sacked. We also ordered a lotus biscoff milkshake to share and found loads of plastic in the bottom when drinking it. Would not recommend anyone to come here I certainly won’t be coming back again.

An American style burger bar serving all the usuals. Only 2 items for kids meals - chicken nuggets or burger. Food came quickly and of good standard. Staff attentive and although not the cheapest was worth the trip out of the way

Delicious smash burgers. Had The Cheesy One with extra cheese sauce. Was so tasty. The bbq wings are proper saucey and meaty.. had a Berry Blast drink which tasted just like Vimto. For dessert I had the Red Velvet Cookie Dough and it come with ice-cream too. Was so yummy. Overall it was great on value, the service and quality is amazing. Thank you guys 👍

Our first time at Patty’s and what a brilliant experience. The food was fresh and cooked well. The service was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly attentive and helpful. The kids loved the atmosphere, we will definitely be coming again.

Very tasty food. The Burgers - cooked just right, Juicy without being greasy. Overall a great burger. Steak sub - nice cut of steak, again cooked nice, rich flavour. Cheese fries were good, right amount of jalapenos. Very good price per burger/sub. Considering how good the food tasted, I would have expected to pay a few pounds more per item. Staff are friendly and happy. Nice atmosphere. Overall a great dinning experience. Very happy!

The food here is pretty nice but what ruined it for me was the waitress. On arrival there was no smile or welcome when you went to order the food it was as if you were an inconvenience to her. Later on I also asked for additional forks and she seemed put out by the request. I appreciate she is fairly young but when you visit a restaurant some basic customer service wouldn't go amiss.
