Patty's in Newcastle-under-Lyme

My daughter chose to come here for her 13th birthday and she loved it. The kids loved the food and service was great, atmosphere good with music playing, nice and clean too. Thank you!

Such a wonderful spot, the girl serving at the counter was so kind and answered any questions me or my partner had. I got the cheese burger and cheesy loaded fries (can you tell I love cheese?) and both were fabulous! Great value for your money, I highly recommend it.

My son has been to Pattys before and requested to return as he loved it so much. It’s a very friendly , relaxed place (ideal for a family with 3 young children) and we all really enjoyed the tasty food. My husband and I finished with a Dream Cake Original dessert which was heavenly!

Just want to say a massive thankyou for the amazing service I received during my visit at Pattys. The gentleman Akeel provided the most amazing service by getting my dad a personalised drink despite it not being on the menu. Thankyou again.

Been meaning to try this place for while now based on recommendations. Glad I took the time out to visit here today. As you walk in you will notice the high level of cleanliness. Service was brilliant, almost each item I ordered had a special instruction, and they all came as expected. I was told by a few people that the prices were a bit expensive, but I think I would disagree. Fairly priced based on the local competition and even on par with similar joints elsewhere. Adequate free parking around the back if you park on the car park to the right. All forms of payment accepted as well which is convenient. Overall very satisfied, will definitely be recommending to others and returning myself

Been to Pattys 3 times and the food has always been good but the staff absolutely ruin this place they are so rude two young girls they never smile never speak it spoils the whole experience the young lady brought our food never looked at us or spoke plonked the food & drinks down and walked off its such a shame as a smile & hi would make such a difference to this place maybe this is why there is never many that eat in. Let's hope the Manager gets some happy staff!

We ate in here recently and the food was pretty good. It was a simple smash burger and fries for a good price. The front desk person was quite distracted with her phone, as our food sat waiting to be severed for about 8-10 mins while she was talking on/texting on her phone. The food itself was good, so we will eat here again in the future if we want a simple burger.

Food and service especially from the manager was really beautiful and lovely to see, nicely presented food, and all very tasty, I recommend this to anybody who likes reviewing places and would definitely visit again, the manager and his Delivery driver were kind enough to lend us some jump leads to give us a jump with their car as our car broke down, currently writing this Full Bellied, and well fed, once again, very kind and obliging people, also very good for people with Learning disabilites and autism the lights and colours are very beautiful, big love to all the Pattys crew 💙😀🙌

I recently tried a takeaway in Newcastle called Patty's, and I was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious and incredibly fresh. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and you could tell that the ingredients were of high quality. The service was quick and friendly, making the whole experience even better. If you're in Newcastle and looking for a great meal, I highly recommend giving Patty's a try!

Ask for their Strawberry milkshake with extra fresh Strawberries it is the best in stoke. I just go there for it all the time. The sitting area is very nice and comfortable.

After issues with delivery.. the food finally arrived still warm which was awesome and they food was amazing..the burgers were so delicious.. highly recommend having The cheesy one with cheese sauce..and the bacon loaded fries..OMG!!!. The Terry's chocolate orange waffles were a wonderful finale to an epic take out! Will definitely be going for a dine in experience. A massive thank you to the manager for handling my issue.

SHE SERVED THE TEENAGERS BEFORE US EVEN THO WE WAS IN THE QUEUE 1ST. THIS IS THE MILKSHAKE LADY MADE US WAIT 20 MIN MISSED 2 BUSES AND WE HAVE 2 KIDS AND THE RESTAURANT IS COLD. it was not that busy even with takeaway order for the service to take that long. Done

I’d like to think I’m somewhat of a regular at Pattys. Came with two of my friends a couple of weeks ago and ordered the loaded fries, when they came they weren’t up to the standard that I remembered them to be. We spoke to boss man about it and he was so accommodating - we, collectively, can say that we haven’t received such good hospitality. The manager had our food remade, lo and behold it was as I remembered. Must have been a batch issue but the manager was so sweet to do this for us and even gave us complimentary dessert. He handled the situation extremely well and the three of us left as very happy customers

Great milkshakes, very nice and clean place to dine in with friends and family. Had the shawarma on fries they were banging! All staff very kind and friendly. Good music playing too! Would definitely recommend, they do student discount too.

Went today on a Saturday was really busy but were still seated as quicky as possible, waiting time for food wasn't too long which was good. The food did not disappoint, first time coming and will deffo be back. Staff very kind and generous to my family, very nice place to come with family. Kids enjoyed it, especially recieving free sweets and ice-cream from the boss man. Reasonable prices too.

Me and my 8 year old boy ate here tonight for the first time. We have often walked past and said we will have to try so tonight after his swimming lesson we went in for our tea and really enjoyed our experience. It's a very welcoming environment.Very colourful,bright and modern. I had donner meat stir fry on chips and my son had the phat boy burger followed by an oreo waffle for him and a Ferrero rocher milkshake for myself.Very tasty but too thick to drink through a straw so I ate it like a sundae with a spoon. We really enjoyed our food and we shall definately done here again and there is so much choice on the menu.😋

Lovely place, amazing decor, a really nice place to bring family or friends and have great food. All the staff are lovely except one waitress. The desserts are lovely too and try the mocktails they're definitely worth it! I've been asked to update my review by Google, so my update is that the waitress (the manager) is still there, and like all the other 1* reviews say, she's really miserable but obviously Patty's doesn't care otherwise they'd have told her, idk maybe it's nepotism lol. Just don't take it personally because she does it to everyone, unless she's doing promo for wingz cartel she doesn't smile so it's not you babes, it's her x Anyway the food is banging so it's still worth going, after all you go places for food and not the people so just don't expect good service just expect good food 🙌. Also, it's open a loooot longer than most places which is really great as there's somewhere to go for lunch.

Nice and bright when you walk in. Friendly staff, Great value and very tasty burgers and loaded fries. My boy is picky when it comes to burgers..He loves his and said it was better than the golden arches!!!!

Overall, Patty’s delivers great comfort food with a welcoming atmosphere. It’s a spot I’d definitely visit again for a satisfying and casual bite.

This is what we got delivered as " chicken tenders " and lamb shawarma when ordering from uber eats. The chips were just as stale. would never use again.

2nd review after getting milkshakes from here a few times- Terrible service and the manager is ignorant as I made a complaint and he didn’t have decency to call back! We had family over and i wasn’t impressed with the takeaway service. They charge £4.95 for a brownie mash up takeaway, which they put in a similar £2 pot of ice cream pot! And they think £4.95 is ok to charge for half filled milkshakes! You dont get what you pay for, very overpriced! Wont be going here anymore and also wont be recommending. 1st time review: Tried this place on recommendation and was disappointed to be honest. Its over rated and expensive. Firstly you pay for the car park, that puts you off as you just want to park & walk into a diner. The entrance had a horrible gutter smell as you approached it! The service was poor & slow dont like how you have to go order at the till. No waiter service. £6 for a burger?! not a meal?? The chick burger had no mayo was dry and no sauces or salt on tables?? Not a great menu choice and portions were not big. only good thing was ice cream. The layout was nice but far too bright in there with light up signs. Wont be recommending.

At first glance, this café catches the eye with its vibrant, colorful decor, adorned with bright flowers and charming accessories that seem to warmly invite you inside. The menu, too, is quite extensive and offers a wide variety of tempting options, which initially raised our hopes for a delightful experience. However, it was when we placed our order that the issues began to emerge. Unfortunately, we noticed a distressing dynamic among the staff. The manager appeared to be quite harsh, speaking to the young, seemingly inexperienced team members in a manner that was unnecessarily stern. This behavior created an uncomfortable atmosphere that was evident to guests and detracted from what should have been a pleasant visit. Additionally, parking was another challenge. There are no nearby free parking spaces, and the only option available was a paid parking lot. Given the overall experience, paying extra just to enjoy a sweet treat here did not seem worthwhile. We ordered waffles, expecting a generous portion, but what we received was disappointing. The waffle was undercooked, with very few toppings, and the size was surprisingly small, despite ordering the largest option available. Neither the taste nor the presentation lived up to our expectations, especially considering the price. While the café’s lively appearance may draw you in, we found it to be an experience that fell short on many fronts. We decided to give it a try based on its attractive exterior, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a disappointment. We sincerely hope that the management takes steps to improve both the service and the quality of the food, as the café certainly has potential.

The food was delicious!! The young lady serving us called Zafira was so sweet and helpful, wonderful experience.

Absolutely loved going there tonight. Very nice restaurant and they had decorated it for Halloween which the kids enjoyed, the manager was very friendly. She gave the kids Halloween bags filled with sweets which was a very nice touch. Service was very good!

Appetising, fairly portioned food and the owner was friendly. The music was a bit loud but it was nothing that stopped us from having a nice meal - enjoyed it!

Probably the best smash burgers I've had for a fraction of the price of a Five Guys! Very tasty and great selection of toppings and options, and a big dessert and drink selection too. The vegetarian smash burger is a hit too, and the waffle fries are our favourite!

Went to patty’s , as soon as we walked in we went to the counter to ask for menus and the girl said ‘yeah on the table ‘ really rudely, , so we ordered our food waited and they just put it on the table and went off no smiles , then the same girl constantly speaking on the phone in-front of customers behind the counter and not doing the job properly, no smiles nothing again, ,our experience was not nice, the staff do not care about the business and the place has gone downhill due to the rude staff that they have.

Amazing food, food came out quick, fresh and hot! Very clean and well kept. Staff were absolutely lovely made my experience so great and definitely will be back. Hard working ladies, working well under pressure as it was a busy Saturday night. Lady at the front was very attentive and so polite. Prices are reasonable

Immature and disrespectful servers - 2 young girls- from the minute we walked in felt uncomfortable. Owner needs to employ people who have basic manners. Food wasn’t anything special, will not be visiting again.

Great place to dine in with family and friends. Really enjoyed my experience would like to thank all staff for making it such a good one. Food was absolutely amazing. Place was spotless very rare to find places this clean. We come nearly every weekend as a treat for the family, and it never disappoints. It’s always busy but that just creates the atmosphere along side the good music which is played at a reasonable volume and kid friendly. The young girl at the front is always working everytime we go there she seems very put together and knows how to manage the kitchen staff; we forgot to customise one of our burgers and she got it remade with no issues... She was very nice to my kids and gave them sweets and ice cream which was a very nice touch along side her kindness and great service. All staff were very pleasant and look like a very good team.

Absolutely amazing food, beautiful place would highly recommend. Staff are very helpful and attentive, definitely would recommend the lamb shawarma and milkshakes. Didn’t really know any places to eat and just went around with friends, this place looked outstanding from the outside, it really captured my eyes and I just felt like I had to go, came in and it was super clean and the atmosphere was great in general. Ordered food with no issue and it came so much faster than expected especially considering the capacity that we ordered in as I was with quite a few friends. The food did not disappoint. Price was just as good as the food and I enjoyed every last bite. Would definitely recommend!
