10/10 - went the extra step to find the property.

the beef was great , the sauce was bitter and ruined the burgers . chips were great . I almost gave this two stars , but feel they just need to taste test their sauce , it truly ruined what could have been a great burger

Really amazing, hot non soggy chips which almost never happens with takeout. And the burger was exceptional will 100% be ordering from Patty guy again

Ordered using Uber eats many times. Normally good but today NO! The food arrived cold soggy wet and late. Burger and chips box even had condensation dripping all over the food. Refused a refund because it was within delivery times (15 mins late). I'm disappointed won't be ordering again

The potato tots portion size ridiculous, I counted 7 tots in the big container they came in? Phat buns loads up bags with potato tots for £3/4 I think. I think 3.50 for 7 tots is a rip off. The mac daddy burger was awful. The beef tasted too over seasoned with kebab spices, it was dry and had hard fatty pieces in which I had to spit out. No juice came out of these burgers so I think you should use a different cut of meat or different mince, as it’s way too dry. I won’t be coming back here again

We've been sending students to The Patty Guy since June, and honestly, they ALL LOVE it! The fries are so good and super tasty! The vegan burger is delicious, even the non-vegans are into it. The staff is always super friendly and the service is on point. Everyone leaves happy! Highly recommend!

Wish I could post photos . Ordered at 5.30 food up near 8. Washington freezing cold . Driver was on a pushbike and went all round the houses . Everything was ruined sauce was everywhere even over the carpet as was dripping out the bag . Don’t accept orders if you can’t accept them . Atleast have a phone number . The driver bless him should t be doing that job . He didn’t understand a word I said . I asked him to call and he didn’t no what. I ment . avoid

Chips were good, burger patties were pretty dry and the bun was stale so I ditched that. 15quid for burger n chips too, pretty steep with all things considered. Was buzzing to try it but shame the food was a let down.

My order arrived very late and the delivery person did wait around either. They left my food on the door step, probably because they were late and the food had gone cold.

Such yummy delicious food. I got the truffle shuffle chicken burger, fries and tater tots. Not only was the food so tasty, the portions are very generous. Definitely will be coming back, 10/10 would recommend!

These are fantastic burgers. And somewhere a bit different to the normal. It's a burger joint, not a fancy restaurant, and it's serves its purpose perfectly.

Popped in for lunch on a Tuesday, despite being empty the service was great, really friendly, fast and accommodating to a request. Really surprised to find there are no lunch specials, which probably explained why it was empty. There were so many people walking by on the prom but it felt like there was nothing to draw them down to the restaurants which were all empty at about 12.30/1pm. Easy to park at Carlisle Parade underground, and the stairs at the end bring you to pretty much the entrance of the Courtyard.

Great burgers.. like that they do have regular special burgers as well as their normal menu… the El Gringo burger is amazing. The vibe in the courtyard and the restaurant are great as well

The presentation of the food looked great... Unfortunately my burger came with the wrong sauce and was also so badly burnt in places, that I thought it was initially plastic in my food and as a result was unable to finish it. Fries were nice/crispy and you get a massive portion but they we're absolutely doused in salt, so mostly inedible. Chicken burger was decent/moist (But please make people aware that it's not chicken breast meat as my partner couldn't eat it.) The Mc Daddy burger was pretty tasty though. Overall disappointed & genuinely concerned about the rubbery/burnt parts of burger I ended up eating before noticing, as I actually feel a little ill now. Sorry but that's just unacceptable I'm afraid.

What a terrible experience. I have ordered from here several times in the past and I am normally happy with the food and delivery. This time it was an hour and a half late and cold and soggy on arrival. Why did they accept an order that they could not fulfil? To make it worse there was no way to contact them to find out where my food was, JustEat tell you to contact the restaurant but there is only an email address and no phone number. The email address said to contact JustEat! Awful!

Excellent food delivered on time best burgers around unbeatable

Still poor quality. I ate from here when it first opened and gave a 1* review. Many months later, the restaurant replied to the review with a copy & paste message which showed they hadn’t even bothered to read my review (they mentioned contacting my delivery platform, which the review was very clear that I’d eaten in the restaurant, if they had actually bothered to read it.) Anyway - wanted to give them a second chance given they’ve now been open for over a year. This time did order via an app. The burgers were equally as poor as last time - low quality, barely cooked, cold. For the price tag it was honestly a mickey-take compared to what I could have got from other burger restaurants or fast food options in town. This honestly was even lower quality than McDonalds still, but at about 3x the price. Will this review actually be read…?

Really enjoyed this tonight as a takeaway! Delivery time was fairly quick and food was hot. I had a vegetarian burger in a brioche bun, all cooked well and nice, wouldn’t have the truffle mayo again because it wasn’t to my taste but was just trying it. The CHEESE FRIES where sooo good and easily my favourite thing now 🍟 The veggie nuggets are also nice Just need some good milkshakes on the menu now 👌

The buffalo sauce pot had open in transit and had dripped all over the bag. All of it. The truffle sauce pot had melted and opened, half of it gone too. Packed without care, it seems. Pity. Otherwise, the food is great.

Lidl style burger and tater tots that cost £18. I'm winning to bet that's where they buy their patties and other ingredients from. What a joke. Absolutely not ok. Do not order from here, even McDonald's is better quality. I'll never order from here again

Never turned up !!! No contact number to call on no response from messenger ,just eat say email in few days : ordered at 7pm watching the estimate arrival of food driver is at venue waiting and then at 9pm delivered well it wasn’t to us ,

Incredible! I ordered, among other things, a cheeseburger. Immersed in the conversation, I bite into the burger without looking... and am surprised: there is no cheese on it! I get up and go to the counter with the half-eaten burger. The three employees accuse each other, somewhat unmotivatedly: "Hey, it's a cheeseburger and there should be cheese on it!" Wow well combined. An employee then pragmatically opens the refrigerator and slaps a half-frozen slice of cheese onto the already cooled burger! Oh nooo! Completely disgusting! There wasn't even an excuse! What a shame! It's such a great location, a cool concept within the BMX and skate complex. Well... Luckily my son was happy with his burger - but I can't recommend eating here.

Waited over a hour for cold fries a Bread ROLL not bun so much bread and the mince meat used for spag bowl could be tasted and fell apart the bacon was fatty and slapped in oil thought try for a birthday treat but me and my partner are very much disappointed and will not return Will point out the delivery lady was so polite and I know it is no fault of hers that the food was wrong she was lovely and waited half an hour extra in the restraunt for the food so thank you to her.

Ordered a hamburger with extra bacon, received a 1/4 of a slice of bacon. The patty, well let’s just say McDs has better. The restaurant is going to the gutter.

Proper little burger joint, matching anything that London has to offer. Food was fab, service was great and they sell beer. Can’t really ask for more to be honest!

Not happy . Ordered here a few times now . Kept being pushed back . Saw on the app the food had been delivered it was just on the door step outside my gate ! How hard is it to ring the doorbell ? £26 on food that is absolutely freezing cold and can’t be eaten due to a lazy driver . Not happy . Hoping just eat can refund me . No phone number to ring the place either . Won’t be using again now . May aswell thrown that money out the window . No idea how long it was sitting on the concrete floor !

Meat was such bad quality today. We order from here regularly and I've never experienced anything like it. The burger had so much inedible gristle, I couldn't eat it. So disappointing and not worth the money.

I ordered for 20.15 but the time kept getting pushed back. Eventually it got dispatched and I followed the driver on the app. It then said delivered….but to where???!?!? It certainly wasn’t to my door and I’ve never had anyone say they’ve had issues finding my house! Won’t be ordering again….luckily Just Eat have issued a refund, but thanks for a spoiled evening

This fast food restaurant has the WORST burgers and chips you can ever put in your mouth. The chips taste like straight up petrol including the burgers. The food is also way over priced for a place that give you burgers and chips that taste like straight petrol. TAKE CAUTION WHEN YOU EAT HERE, YOU MIGHT END UP IN THE BATHROOM FOR HOURS

Their slogan should be "Fast Good"

Ordered using deliveroo items never arrived resturant was not helpful and deliveroo was blaming restaurant first time i have ever ordered from here will be the last its now 9pm no food and still hungry avoid this place

Waiter showed special care to our young family (checked to see if he should leave salt off chips for the young kids and asked especially about sauces that are standard inclusions but they might not want). Very impressed.

Ordered through Deliveroo , food tastes great and great prices, but all of it was cold. Very confusing as the delivery came very quickly. Other than that I would order again.

Had a Green Chilli Cheesburger today. Was absolutely perfect. Filling and full of flavour. Was served by a guy called Jagen, who was polite and friendly, but I could hear the other staff on shift also, Wayne and Georgie, and they were all very happy and relaxed, and their moods all just added to the atmosphere in a really positive way. Will definitely be returning 🌟

Had a lovely lunch here today. Ideally located on Hastings seafront and with outdoor seating it’s perfect when heading out to the beach or the town. The burgers are simply delicious, well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Jay served us and was attentive and polite. Will be back!

Great service down here In the courtyard today, for the LETS GET TOGETHER festival. We chose Patty Guy with their classic dinner experience and theme, very happy with the food I got the green chilli cheese with the suggestion from Jay, which was AMAZING. Will definitely be coming here again

Fantastic vibes down here today in the courtyard and patty guys, felt very welcomed into the restaurant with some fantastic service from a tall bald manger. He directed us through the menu wonderfully describing it to my friend and I, the burger was great and hit the spot. Very happy with my pick at patty guys tonight definitely recommend!! Great service! was served by a man called jay and he was very polite. Service was quick don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes the restaurant was clean and organised. I asked about coffee and was directed to a lovely shack upstairs. Coffee was amazing too. Overall great experience and lovely food.

Great food, shame about the missing Dip!

Second time I've ordered from here. Didn't realise it was the same place I ordered over a year ago otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. Amazingly they are still atrocious at fulfilling an order. First time I lost out over £40 because they delivered half the order. This time it was just the fries they left out. Can't phone them up though. Oh no, they don't have a number, presumably it would be off the hook with complaints. Also tried to send them an email but that address was not found. So we'll done Patty guy. You've taken enough of my money and not given anything in return. Oh and the food was warm and didn't taste that fantastic either.

Twice I've ordered from here. twice they haven't fulfilled the order. I only ordered the 2nd time because I forgot they took my money last time and didn't deliver the order. food wasn't that good either. Onion were rings soft and warm. Burger buns were chewy. The warm chips we did recieve were smothered in too much sauce. The warm burger meat tasted ok after I'd scraped most of the sauce from that also. This time I'll definitely remember how bad they are and not go back.

Burgers were apparently really good but I got the truffle hotdog and it was really disappointing. Small, chewy and couldn’t taste truffle. For £8.50 I’d expect more. Was really hungry after. So I would definitely stick to the patties because they looked delicious. I tried contacting restaurant but no number and email doesn’t work so leaving this review instead.
