Really peeved that we wasted our money and loyalty points. Inability to communicate with anyone just completely sucks. Hate leaving negative feedback, but… not cheap and not good enough either.

Loved it, delicious food. Dawn was so friendly and chef Adam cooked amazing burgers and truffle fries. Had a great time fresh and tasty, lovely atmosphere.

Came down on a quiet Tuesday, friendly staff brilliant food , staff introduced themselves Paige dawn and Liam were all fantastic

Waited an hour and a half for our food. Had said 30 min delivery time when ordered. When it did arrive it was cold and portion sizes were much smaller than when in the restaurant. First time ordering delivery from there, and don’t think we will be doing it again. It’s a Shame as quality and service in restaurant is normally excellent.

Happen to go into Patty Guy last Wednesday evening. Place was heaving!. Zo and Dawn kept me informed as to wait time and explained about the influx of customers from a local event. But worth the wait, vegan faux chicken burger was great and will be returning soon.

Me and my family stopped to have lunch here and It was well worth it! Customer service provided by Dawn and Julian was top notch + friendly. Food was amazing! It was a clean and well presented restaurant with a good atmosphere. We would 100% come again next time we are in the area and would recommend it to everyone. 👍

Food was good but not amazing. Not hot which is not necessarily the fault of the restaurant. Bit pricy for what it is but the food was tasty enough. Fries are disappointing as noted elsewhere.

What I received was nice… which was French fries and a side. Not a burger in sight unfortunately, wont be ordering again. The timer for delivery kept going up and up and up and then my actual main meal wasn’t in the bag. Not a happy bunny at all.

Chip portions were so tiny it was a joke. No sauce was delivered with the order despite sauce options being selected as part of the meal and the burgers were ok. Disappointed to be honest.

I always order from here, the foid is reasly good but i wont anymore, £3.95 for fries the bag is practically empty, very disappointed. Please do better!

Tried this place for the first time today. When you understand quality and how it is done right, The pricing is not bad and on this occasion I would say was definitely value for money. We will be back. The cheeseburger loaded fries are amazing just like the burgers. Cooked to perfection, Hot and Fresh.

Waited over an hour for two meals, food is over cooked and stone cold.

Food was ok but you get way less fries etc than when you go and eat at the restaurant, it’s a shame many places do this.

I asked the driver why, he said he had another delivery to do, which would of taken him 5 minutes, he lied about the times he picked up, I called the restaurant, they told me he collected the food 40 minutes ago, the food was cold when delivered

Ordered on. Saturday night, turned up an hour and a half late. Spoke to staff who had no idea what to do. Finally said we could possibly get a refund when they spoke to the owner! And then to top it all I HAD CHEESE ON MY FR ES WHEN I HAVE A DAIRY INTOLERANCE! absolutely the worst thing you could do an establishment.

We were really disappointed with Patty guy. We have ordered previously and really enjoyed our meals, however on this occasion we ordered at 6.18pm and it arrived at 7.30pm. The order tracker kept changing from 20 minutes to 10 to 15 back to 20, it ended up being 22 minutes late. Food was cold, burgers were very bland, expensive chips that were not worth the £6+. Garlic chips, literally are chips with some garlic sauce on them, the meat ones are chips with a pinch of meat bits. Never again.

Quaily and quantity of dishes has gone down. Burger bap used to be brioche. Used to be crunchier, less crumbly tatta tots and there used to be more cheese sauce.

The food was not up to the normal standards The burger buns were soggy and the tater tots had no jalapeños on or bacon and we’re not as crispy as normal, I’m very disappointed with my meal last night considered I ordered from here a lot and really enjoy it.

It is always a 5⭐️ from me but on this occasion burgers were cold whilst the chips were still hot, which made me think that they’ve sent the order without the chips and the courier had to return as it took way longer for the order to be delivered. Considering I live a very short distance from the restaurant, they always delivered the order earlier. Whilst this is understandable to some extent, it was disappointing for both myself and my son to have a cold dinner.

I always get patty guy and it never disappoints, until today. Ordered my usual and when it arrived it was drenched in oil. So much oil it was dripping off the package.. burgers and chips were soggy and very greasy, had to chuck it all away. Makes me wary of ordering again even though it’s been perfect every other time. Not sure if they changed the packaging or chefs but whatever they did please go back to the original. The food was disgusting today. and I won’t be ordering again any time soon. If the food was cheap I’d understand but if I’m paying £20 for 2 basic hamburgers and 1 chips I’d at least hope they aren’t drenched in oil, greasy and soggy. All other times I’ve ordered it’s been perfect but this time was deeply disappointing and a waste of money.

Food absolutely amazing. All fresh Ingredients and fresh oil. Temperature of food very nice. The waitress was excellent above and beyond to make sure we got amazing service. The burgers were out of this world. Beautiful delicious and served to us really speedy. Atmosphere absolutely non existent though.

Paying an extra £2 for some small drizzles of sauce on a very small portion of fries is disappointing. You’d expect there to be enough to share if the fries are £6 especially if they’re topped with stuff. Wouldn’t buy fries again here.

Chicken burgers are quite nice. Had them delivered so probably better in person, but the breading could be thicker. The fries were incredibly poor value - £5.95 for fries with a bit of sauce on compared to £3.95 for plain. For the extra price you’d expect loaded fries. Tiny portion for the price. Looking at other peoples pictures it seems you get a bigger portion in the restaurant for the same price which is a shame, maybe they don’t pay as much attention to takeaways hoping you won’t notice.

It was delivered on time and with care by a very polite delivery person but unfortunately the burgers were tepid, and the French fries were cold. The tots were warm, surprisingly as the rest of the food was not.

Have ordered a couple times from here and it’s usually amazing and so worth the price! Unfortunately this time wasn’t so great, the food was cold, the truffle fries were missing the crispy onions and had barely any of the sauce, such a shame because the previous times we’ve ordered the foods been nice and hot on arrival! Great tasting food but considering the price, tiny portions!

The delivery driver was verbally abusive towards my father. The food was cold and not worth the price. The delivery driver ignored my father 4 times when he asked about the food then started shouting. Unacceptable

Food is very nice, however avoid ordering takeaway! The last 3 takeaways have turned up cold. When contacting they take no responsibility of delivery as it done by a 3rd party. Will not order a takeaway from them again.

JustEat delivered the wrong order, after lodging complaint through the app, driver appeared 20 minutes later, gave us our stone cold rained on order, took the wrong order back and retied it I hope he wasn’t going yo deliver it after we’d opened it. Our burgers were cold and weather damaged. Customer services failed to help in anyway. Will never use JustEat again.

Patty guy has become our favourite burger delivery spot in Hastings. Burgers are tasty and generous, fries arrive crunchy and hot. Highly recommend. 👍🍔🍟

Honestly pretty disappointing. Took over an hour to arrive, and was stone cold. I get that Uber is a 3rd party company so I don't blame the restaurant. However when the order did arrive 2 items were missing, and 1 item had been swapped with something else. Spoke to the manager on the phone who was really apologetic but also tried to blame the driver for the cold food. I live 15 minutes or so a way. To be fair he offered a free meal if we ever came in to the restaurant, but after this experience I'll leave it. I don't have the time, and this was meant to be a pick me up after a long day at work. This cost me over 50 pound, and it really isn't worth that.

what a dreadful experience - I literally ordered just a bacon cheeseburger and a cheese burger and chips for just over £21. Was told 20 minute wait and then over 1 hour later I gave up and asked for a refund. Guess what? No money yet and I’m on Rustico for a takeaway Pizza instead. Avoid Patty Guy as the service and treatment was totally rubbish. Patty Guy I want my money back Or i definitely won’t EVER be back and I normally come once a week so that’s over £1400 a year you have Lost … sorry appalling service

Been looking at the menu for sometime. Today home alone thought I would treat myself. Sadly left very disappointed. Arrived cold. There’s no way I got the correct burgar. To be honest no way I would try a second time. £30.09 for that experience aswell

3rd time ordering takeaway from here, all previous orders were very nice, this time, no. I would suggest you needing to do a oil change on your fryers more often, chips tasted nasty and dark in colour very disappointing as they were the highlight in the last couple meals
