This family run business is an absolute gem. Fantastic home cooked Turkish food made with fresh produce from the equally brilliant grocers run by the same family, which sits like an open treasure chest nextdoor. They offer all the favourites, from gozleme to borek and delicious homemade soups, as well as speciality patisserie with recipes from their home city in the south east of Turkey. Not only does it do excellent food at a really reasonable price, but it contributes to a sense of community and bustle that ailing high streets so desperately need. We're really lucky to have such a fantastic place in Brighton.

I frequently get our lunch on Saturday and also had lunch in the week. The owners are a lovely family who are always pleased to help. Food is freshly made with love. Coffee ☕️ very good too. Would highly recommend a visit.

Today the ladies pulled out all the stops… and produced a DURUM (Turkish wrap) that makes you smile… happy stomach happy me!! This was my 3rd go at a DURUM and every time is better than the time before.. one veggie one lamb and today a mix of both and I’m bowled over by flavours and textures… crispy on the outside stuffed with delicious delights on the inside… come try one… or two!!!!!

We stopped in here on our way home from dinner. At first we thought it was a regular bakery, if you’ve ever been to Brighton you know there are many, however we were very wrong. We both had the Oreo cake and it was DELICIOUS. A really tasty cake that wasn’t too sweet and was the perfect after dinner dessert. The only down side is that there isn’t a Dolce Vita in my home town haha!

Loved this cosy restaurant. We had the wraps and onion rings, very tasty with great sauces. They took allergies very seriously and made us confident in ordering and eating there.

This place has really gone down hill - I have been coming here for over a year, then I discovered I could save potential wasted food at the end of the day with TooGoodToGo from this store. It’s clear they give the cheap croissants and pain au chocolate to TGTG customers and keep the Turkish pastry’s behind the counter for the Turkish customers or staff who are there inside. I last ordered 2 bags, that are meant equate to £10.50 each, and was given 2 croissants… have told everyone about this experience and shared via TGTG team who refunded me. It’s wrong that they are doing this and shouldn’t be allowed to continue.
