Food is great and service is too. Great portion sizes and prices are fairly standard for the meals which is notably good when you consider its on site at a holiday park. Alcohols a tad pricey but same price as the main bar so to be expected. Will visit again. Kids menu portions are really decent, more than enough for my 9 year old and they eat so very much!

As a manager for Starbucks I thought the coffee was absolutely disgusting and very milky. The food was very small portions for the price and the food tasted like it was microwaved the beans were cold the sausages were rubbery and the egg was very watery like it wasn’t fully cooked. Very disappointing

We used the scan and order service, which was convenient as it let us know right there and then what food was sold out. Sadly for me, the sausage and mash. The food was normal quality you would expect from a bar/food place. Nothing dazzling but well cooked and serviceable. The service was good, I'm not a fan of scampi, but why do I keep ordering it? Nobody knows. As you can see by the picture all the food was consumed which is a good a compliment you can expect. I kind of wanted the large drinks to be larger though

Was going to dine in another local restaurant, but luckily, they weren't open. Had their cod & chips, which was beautiful. Very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Gorgeous cream tea and the scones were slightly warmed. Best coffee of our holidays and courteous staff. We can’t fault anything we had. We even stayed for another cuppa. If only we lived locally as I’d come back again

Ordered the cream tea. It was delicious but it was a long wait.

We went in for a quiet drink, the decor is much better than it used to be. We did intend to stay for a while, but our conversation was repeatedly interrupted by one person who talked continuously. Although the staff tried to calm him, he wouldn’t stop annoying us. We finished our drinks and left. I would have given a better review, however, we had to leave or ‘put up’ with constant drivel. We will try again, and hopefully choose a better night/seat. We did visit again and we have become regulars over the past 3 to 4 years. The person who was annoying us seems to have moved on. It’s a great pub, and we have enjoyed the entertainment, including various themed nights (Christmas, new year Halloween etc). People are generally friendly and the staff are great! Like any good local pub, it’s got a great selection of drinks, at good prices and if you are into sports, you can watch a TV from almost everywhere in the bar! Phoebe the landlady, and the staff have managed to remove the problems and make it a welcoming place to have a drink, chat and evenings of entertainment on Saturday nights. I can’t rate the food, as they don’t really serve any other than snacks such as crisps etc.
