We have popped into Pasty Republic several times and always loved it. Even when we have no intention of eating here we have been drawn in by the enticing aroma which drifts from this eatery. On offer is a large enough variety of pasties to ensure you don't have to have the same thing every time.

I’ve been visiting Pasty Republic for several years now and they are consistently wonderful. I bring family and friends here for lunch regularly and it always goes down a treat. They have fantastic vegetarian options - the Mediterranean vegetable summer special is a personal favourite, and the vegetarian sausage roll is the best I’ve ever had. Staff are always friendly, and there’s a beautiful little seating area upstairs. A great local business to support!

Delicious pasties and pastries! Moreish pastry, with perfect texture and beautifully flavoured fillings, this is is my favourite place to eat in Lincoln. Reasonably priced and friendly staff, can’t recommend it enough!

We only wanted coffees . These came in paper cups and were weak and tasteless. They were so bad all 4 of us left them. The toilet was dirty and cramped. Only 1 toilet for male and female to share. The sanitiser had obviously been watered down as it ran out of the bottle so quickly I lost most of it onto the floor. Diluting it, obviously reduced its effectiveness!!! We even advised the next customers not to buy the coffee as we left. The table had not been wiped down after the previous customer we did that ourselves.

ignore the other comment clearly designed to destroy local business, this place is welcoming friendly and very very delicious with homemade pasties with some unique ingredient combinations forget cornish and Lincolnshire pasties as this place has over 20 to choose from and a large range of vegetarian-friendly options as well, the don't compromise on flavour and their huge place definitely to visit for a working man or woman or hungry tourist

I got Chicken Curry and Chips. The Curry was like jelly and tasteless. Luke warm when opened and that was only after a 2 minute drive home in the car! Chips were presumably refried! First time using h
