It was deserted at half four and we were the only ones in! Friendly, helpful staff and good coffees. Good for relaxing whilst shopping

This is one of our favourite cafes of all time. Lovely, friendly and welcoming staff and Harry the Manager is so cute. (Apologies because Phil and Nat are also so cute) We started coming here in 2016 and always sat outside as we brought our dog with us but for several years now dogs have been allowed in and are given treats. Pastries are wonderful our son particularly likes the Devon (Cornish) Pudding. Give it a go you won't be disappointed.

Tried the highly recommended "Cornish Pudding" Absolutely delicious, lovely staff, felt like a better human after such a delicious munch and good company. Highly recommend a quick stop here while shopping. ✌️☀️

The coffee is excellent. The pastries are absolutely delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

I took my grandson for lunch, he thoroughly enjoyed his sausage roll and loved the ketchup. I had a ham hock brioche roll which was lovely. The coffee was the best, I had an americano with hot milk as advised by the lovely lady at the counter, she also suggested an organic smoothie for my grandson and he loved it. Really nice decor, sunny and clean.

Great coffee. Such a rarity to see such quality. Staff friendly. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend if you know your stuff.

Went to the center to do some shopping so popped in to the bakery for a tall white coffee which was great and staff are always friendly and welcoming

My partner and I visited here twice whilst staying nearby as she couldn’t believe how good the Pastéis de nata was. She would definitely recommend those! I chose the cinnamon bun to eat which was tasty too but I’d probably give it an 8/10 as opposed to the 10/10 rating given for the custard tart! Just to be aware the price differs if you choose to eat-in or takeaway.

Absolutely lovely to return to this gorgeous cornish bakery in Bideford. Phil Linda and the lovely Danielle are fabulous staff with lovely chatter and all smiles. Coffee was absolutely fantastic. Dog treats were appreciated to. Thank you all.

We have a delightful stop at the Cornish bakery today. Danny served us and she was superb, she took special care with entertaining and cleaning up around my daughter who’s a messy one year old. We will definitely visit again.

We visited this cafe on our last holiday to Westward Ho! Once again, the cafe was very warm and inviting even on a freezing cold day. The cakes were delicious, and the drinks warming. Staff were very friendly. We will definitely visit again on our next holiday

A lovely hot chocolate paired with a beautifully made spinach omelette croissant. Staff are fab, we were served by Nathan and Dani, who certainly brightened our day. Service was a 10/10, always greeted with smiles and would always pick here over costa!

Service was super quick and the staff were super kind. Although it was busy, the staff were really efficient. I will definitely be coming back.

Visiting with friends, it was really confusing to order, 2 queues, 1 for drinks, 1 for food, after queuing 15mins for food, we then had to join queue for drinks for another 5 mins. Charged approx 45p extra, on top of each single item price to eat in, we bought approx 8 items, so in total it cost us extra £5 just to eat in, then we had to clear our own table, and ask for a cloth to clean it. What was the extra charge for eating in for as it wasn't for a clean table. Shocking....

Beautiful coffee, lovely choice of pasties, pastries and enormous scones etc. The place is always clean but some of the chairs are showing signs of wear and tear now and need renovating or replacing.

This is our regular coffee shop and its always lovely to have great coffee and tea (with range of plant milks). Food is nice. Surroundings are clean and hygienic. Staff are very friendly especially Dani!
