generally the worst food i’ve ever eaten there was hair in our food and has made us all be extremely ill and can’t get off the toilet

What can I say? The best cafe in Braintree town. Reasonable price, VERY quick service and delicious fast food. My favourite is the omelettes. Stunning. The staff here are very friendly and the smiles from the young girl who works there just makes it all a better visit. I revived a loyalty card so looks like I’ll be back again and again to fill this up. Lovely. Can I also add the coffee here is AMAZING!

I decided to visit pasha with my 3 year old the other day for lunch as we had to time to spare. I always remember visiting here when my now 12 year old daughter was little with my mum also, we loved the food and the owner was soo friendly we loved to catch up. So thought i knew what i was getting….. Unfortunately i was really disappointed. I ordered a jacket potato with chicken and bacon. I received a large potato with cremated bits of bacon and cubed chicken again that was burnt. The cubed chicken was like out of a frozen bag that even my dog probably wouldnt have enjoyed. Even my son tasted it and said it was not nice! The lady who served us was nice enough…. But the lady who was cooking did not come across as wanting to be there at all and couldnt not even muster up a smile. So i did not want to complain. I came out of there feeling soo let down knowing we use to love visiting and eating there. I will not be in a rush to be going back. Soo sad to know that it has gone this way.

I visited pasha on Wednesday and the food here is amazing! It didn’t take long at all so need quick service pasha is the place! Let me not forget about the staff they are so welcoming and very big smiles on the young girl working there. Considering there was only 2 people working our food came out fast and delicious and the service was amazing so friendly! Will differently be coming back.

No wonder this place is empty. Compared to Memhas it's awful. The coffee I had was terrible. The food quality was so poor , I had a sausage sarnie and it was nearly inedible..Horrible taste and cheap cheaper ingredients Stay well clear..such a shame its gone down hill so badly

Never fail to amaze me at Pasha Cafe, Hazel and her staff are all wonderful. Food is always fantastic and great value for money. Fabulous friendly atmosphere that makes me keep coming back for more.

We popped in for brunch I had the breakfast 2 bacon ,2 sausage , egg beans chips toast and black pudding it was hot eggs runny yolk , and was enjoyable, my son had sausage baguette good service friendly young lady and the service was good if we were in the area again defo return .

We’ve been using this cafe for 9 years and have never had a complaint the menu is excellent to say the least my favourite is Hazel’s Dbl Pie & Mash with Liquor it is beautiful they even have the Chilli Vinegar, it’s an all round cafe clean, excellent food fab choice plus plenty of specials ..... if you can’t see it just ask the staff and they will try their best.....

We decided to try it out as it was recommended by several people. The meal we had we couldn’t fault, it was piping hot and the staff are friendly

We’ve been coming here since we moved to Essex 12 years back and it’s amazing. The range of menu, the quality of food, the welcome you get and the fact that you see the same faces over years, all adds up to a brilliant cafe. The owner, Hazel, is a wonderful person and she really does care for her customers. Her team are great, polite, friendly and helpful. The food is great and breakfasts, snacks, lunches and dinners are all served with the same care and attention. You soon feel part of a family at Pasha’s and, while we don’t now live in Braintree, when we visit we head straight there. Oh and the Turkish Coffee is a life- saver. I’d travel miles just for that, never mind any of the delicious meals. Nothing seems too much trouble at Pasha’s, food is delicious, prices are very good and you feel like they want you there. Perhaps that’s why while other places open and close with regularity. Pasha’s remains. Come on Hazel, do Witham a favour and open a cafe here

Mi marido esta cafetería precio como el mejor de Braintree y estoy de acuerdo. Sirve comida desde el desayuno hasta el té. Me presentó a Heather que es muy acogedor y feliz y tiene un interés genuino en todos los clientes. Yo tenía un café con leche y tarta de limón encantador que era tan buena llovizna como la mía!

Visited Pasha Cafe with my 12 year old stepdaughter on a busy Saturday. Quick service, nice tea, lots of choice on menu. Would visit again.

We visited for the first time today. As I do not live in Braintree, I looked on Trip Advisor to find a place to meet with friends and have breakfast. As Pasha's had good reviews I and 3 friends decided to go there. We were not disappointed,in fact, it turned out to be a brilliant choice. A small and in some ways quite a basic little cafe. It was fairly busy but we got a table straight away and had our order taken very soon after. We didn't have to wait long for our food and all had different choices but everyone's food was superb. Great staff really friendly, yet professional and efficient. Just wish it were nearer so we could go more often.Would thoroughly recommend it.

My family and often go here a few times a week. The food is always cooked to perfection and with great attention to detail. Hazel and her team of well trained and well mannered staff are always on hand and give excellent service always. I can honestly say best and friendliest cafe in Braintree town by a country mile.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat on Sunday, it was quite busy but friendly staff made us feel very welcome. Surprised at the quality & presentation of our coffees (very nice), the food was usual cafe type and standard exactly what we wanted. Had a nice time will return again and recommend to anyone looking for a nice breakfast / lunch.

Pasha Café is a Café where customer service and quality meals are clearly at the forefront of the owners business plans. Every member of staff is friendly, informative and responsive. We tried exactly the same meal as provided by Pasha but at another well known and national chain of light eating establishments. The food did not even come close to the quality of that provided by Pasha and it is great value. We have no hesitation is recommending this establishment and hope they are around for a long time to come. We now eat regularly at Pasha Café.

Such lovely home cooked food and the portions are very generous. The food is beautifully presented. We live in Norfolk and travel up 2 times per year and from the moment we met Hazel the Manager she has greeted us with the upmost respect and remembers us each time we go. And a visit to Braintree would not be the same without eating at the Lovely Pasha Café. The Lasagne I had today was second to none I would highly recommend the Café to any one who visits Braintree.

Pasha is a great little gem in the middle of Braintree. You are greeted, and served amazingly, and the food and portions are amazing! I can't fault this place!! Unlike many other establishments in Braintree!

I work not far from this restaurant, and I usually meet my grandchildren for lunch on Wednesday's. As it is market day the restaurant is always full. (Good sign of being good food)My grandsons' love the Breakfasts that are done here, Really good, and if you want to alter one of the things that come with the breakfast it is not any trouble at all. Really good value for money as well. If you go in a couple of times, they know what you like, and will have a drink waiting for you, after you sit down. This is knowing your customer, making them feel valued, and so friendly. Thank you!!!, carry on the good service, and making people want to come and see you for good food, good service, and good value... Most of all so friendly. .

It is not often in the UK that you can go to a small Café/ Restaurant and be welcomed in such a friendly way by the staff. The Pasha Café is the exception to the rule and no matter how busy they are you are always welcomed and found a table and made to feel really special. I had just been discharged from hospital following a major illness and was feeling very down in the mouth when we visited. Within minutes I felt so special that my mood had lifted and I enjoyed the best breakfast I have eaten in a long while. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Lovely, welcoming staff. Great cafe grub piping hot and fast service, restaurant was immaculate, nice flow of regulars popping in, sometimes just for a chat which we thought was lovely! Will definitely come back next time we're in Braintree!

Having eaten here several times, I thought I ought to give a review. The service is always friendly, the menu and breakfast portions are large. I have yet to finish one. The café is clean throughout, even the bathroom. A good way to start the day, will definitely be going back.

My wife , daughter and myself had breakfast at Pasha this morning before tackling the Christmas shopping . The staff were extremely friendly and the food was great . Pasha cafe is clean , inviting and the atmosphere is fantastic . Will definitely be going back .

Every time I have been there I have had great service! Also freshly made food what ever time of day! Such a good value for money! And the milkshake there are unique and un beatable! The only cafe I'm braintree I would visit all together a lovely experience!

Everything well done. Even the loos were lovely, No complaints at all and the staff couldn't have been better.

Unannounced, I returned to Pasha Cafe a few Saturdays ago and ordered a variety of dishes for my wife and two sons. The entire staff was extremely friendly and the food was prepared to perfection and on time. Whilst waiting on our meals, we were offered hot chocolate, tea and coffee. Throughout our time there we were well taken care of. The waitress always displayed very high levels of courtesy and always smiled and checked on us throughout our meal to be sure that we were happy with the quantity and quality of food. She regularly checked to see if there was any thing else we needed. The chefs were fantastic and sought feedback on whether we were pleased with the omelettes and other dishes prepared as well. They truly showed that they cared about every aspect of our visit to their cafe. They treated everyone at the cafe equally special and their warmth contributed to a very high level of hospitality almost never experienced at any other cafe in my dining career. Well done Pasha Cafe. You truly deserve a special award for outstanding customer service and value for money. We will definitely return again sometime soon as your high standards and service are second to none. Well done!

We go here for breakfast quite often. Food is cooked to perfection. All food is very reasonably priced. Service is always 2nd to none. Look forward to eating here again very soon.

3 of us had lunch today. Very tasty and at a good price. Staff were friendly and patient. I will definitely go to this cafe again for lunch and maybe breakfast if I am in town early enough.

An absolute fantastic cafe right in the middle of Braintree. The ambiance was second to none as all patrons seemed to be at home in such a family type atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and quite knowledgeable of the wide variety of meals available from the carefully planned menu. The food was indeed very tasty and my sons indeed claimed that the chicken burgers were the very best they have ever had. Thanks for a wonderful meal and congratulations on your recent award for having one of the very best cafes in Braintree. See you again soon and keep up the excellent customer service. Travelled to Braintree for breakfast as Witham cafes have gone downhill. We did plan to go in Yumy across from Pasha but they didn't have black pudding or hash browns on the menu.My other half had a bacon and cheese omelette with chips which she enjoyed and she couldn't finish.I had the #3 breakfast with extra black pudding and hash browns. On the menu it implys one hash brown with #3, I ended up with four! The breakfast was huge, 2 eggs, 2 bacon, a large sausage, 3 black pudding, mushrooms, beans, 4 hash browns and two slices of toast. The breakfast was very good, the hash browns where excellent as they where nice and crunchy!It all come to £16 which included two teas and coffees each. We both left feeling full and definitely would eat here again.
