Seen the reviews on google full 5 stars, gave this place a try, honestly couldn’t recommend more, fab food quality beats any Indian in the area, the dine is casual (so don’t expect much as this restaurant isn’t posh like most), but honestly will return to try some takeaways, fab food keep up the work team

Ordered food, I am a regular curry eater, it was the worst curry I’ve had in 20 years , powder taste, no depth of flavour, don’t give these guys your money, cannot even leave a review on there website Awful, threw away the food

Amazing food can’t fault the team, had a meal between 2 people ordered a chicken korma, meat naga, 2 keema fried rice and a keema cheese naan, food was perfection, sadly didn’t take any pictures to show how good it was, due to the food looking scrumptious and eating it straight away, I do recommend the pasha to anyone in Newport

Such a filling and divine munch. A new highlight to Newport. Their specialty thali was amazing using a masala as a main dish. Additionally, the cream over the meat was absolutely immaculate oh my days. Gotta come here more often.

Got a takeaway and it was gross, whole thing had to go in the bin. You could make 10x better curry at home in half an hour. Never ordering again.

Just had a lovely meal here. All our food was really good but my garlic and coriander nan bread was exceptional.

Since moving to Newport I’ve eaten here 5 or 6 times. The first time I walked in I nearly did a U turn as it was empty, every time since except once it’s been empty, I just don’t get why. All my friends I’ve dragged down there love it as much as I do, the food is the star and the hostess is really lovely, she can’t do enough for you. You can instantly tell how much care and work has gone into the food it’s always a very high standard and exceptionally tasty. Having quizzed the hostess about how they are managing to keep the doors open she explained that since they decided not to sell alcohol they are being forgotten about, however they are very happy for people to bring their own booze and will supply glasses and bottle openers. I worry that one day I will walk past to find this place closed, if you’re in Newport and in the market for a curry give it a try if you don’t mind having the place to yourselves for the evening.

Following up on a recommendation we visited this curry house on a Saturday night for a sit down meal. We were not dissapointed. The very helpful staff helped us select a number of starters and mains from the chefs special dishes, all were excellent and were easily the best curry we had eaten for ages. The restaurant is also BYO so great value as well. What a find, highly recommend a visit.

Never visited the restaurant but have been ordering take away from here for over twenty years. Says it all really! Always loved their medium chicken curry and keema pilau rice. Ordered a take away tonight, thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family, ordered medium chicken curry, korma, chips, keema pilau rice and pakora. Received complimentary poppadums, and salad was fresh and tasty. Highly recommended.

Usamos la pasa una vez a la quincena y lo han hecho desde que abrió sus puertas hace muchos años. En todo este tiempo, sólo que he estado un poco decepcionado una vez que fue hace un par de meses cuando parecía tener problemas de dotación de personal. Su comida, en nuestra opinión, la mejor comida India Takaeay en la zona, gran cantidad de sabores y abundantes raciones. En particular nos gustó a Tarka Dall, que es muy buena, y que normalmente pide platos como bhuna hizo más caliente que siempre van a la derecha. Última cena noches era excelente.

I did not even receive my food, tried to call them back but they didn't answer I'm and it was paid for already. Won't be ordering again.

Called into pasha balti late one evening for takeaway after watching the rugby, I haven't used them for ages because of bad local reports but thought I would give them another try and it was closest to my return journey home, ordered my favourite curry, chicken madras, rice and a naan bread, the curry was totally tasteless and very watery with just 5 small pieces of chicken in there. I will never go there again Or recommend pasha balti.

Pedimos un curry fabulosa desde el Pasha anoche. El servicio era genial, ya que llegamos a tiempo o se atrasa y todavía estaba caliente. La comida era sencillamente impresionante. Sólo perdí una estrella como me he acostumbrado a recibir poppadoms gratuitas con mi pedido que venía a menos de £20 para 2 personas. Será usarlos como nos encantó!

Te wasn't amazing but was alright for the money. The only thing that put me off was all the cooks/chefs stood outside all puffing away and staring at every girl that walked past seemed a little creepy.

Nos fue recomendado para cenar en este restaurante hace 15 años por mi padre, que tiene un interés en cocina india y no me decepcionó. I had a night in as my wife and child were away , decided on a take away wow amazing food I had a chicken madras ,rice chips and popadoms . Top class .

Like previous reviewers we have had many meals from this restaurant, however based on our last meal I would say they have some serious problems. I ordered a chicken tikka dish which is normally chicken breast meat marinated in tikka spices, not this time the meat was stripped leg meat and contained some of the grissle from the joint on the leg, I know I used to be a butcher. The meat was dry and stringy, not nice at all.

Decent food but no atmosphere and pretty average service. The restaurant needs a refurb and take cash as they wouldn't / couldn't accept a credit card. Also was a struggle to get a receipt from there.

La calidad de llevar de este restaurante para mí generalmente ha sido excelente para los veintitantos años hemos estado yendo aquí. El pollo curry realizan tienen enormes trozos de carne de mama en ellos y un montón de. Hay también un montón de sabor en otros platos que la familia come demasiado. Se han convertido en bastante caro en el último par de años, extrañamente siguiente reforma para el restaurante.

Tras realizar un pedido por teléfono y estar indicado 50 minutos entrega esperé una hora antes de la hora llamando por teléfono no me había sido olvidado. me aseguró que no había sido la entrega había dejado. finalmente llegamos después de 1 1/2 horas, lo que me hace pensar que la orden no había dejado cuando llamé para el registro. ¡Qué pena!
