This is our go to curry House when looking for a takeaway but this time was really disappointing. Not sure if it's changed hands again ? I ordered a dupiazi which came in the most bland light brown sauce I'm assuming it was the base sauce they use for all curry's, which didn't have as much taste as chip shop curry sauce. The keema nan my partner ordered had 1 peice of keema in it and only 4 pieces of meet in his lamb tikka massala. Very disappointing 😞

Food absolutely stunning, but time slot stated between 10 past 7 and 25 past 7 but it actually arrived at 6.40 ,good job we were in the house otherwise we would have missed them

Delivery time was ok although 10 minutes later than that originally stated. My wife loved the chicken biryani. My chicken koorma sauce was fine but the chicken meat was the preformed type and the chips were frozen. This was as expected and of the quality you would expect from a take away.

First class service and a great curry

The rice was watery , naan bread was hard, some chips was hard or no potato, chicken karma was OK but some off the chicken was chewy.

Ordered a veggie madras for my vegetarian partner. Plated it up... no vegetables in the curry at all. There was however a lot of chicken in it. Not happy at all.

Absolutley awful . Korma had hard tiny burnt tasting chicken balls and sauce waslike water i binned it and just ate chips ! Never again !!

Excellent meal plenty of it and the flavours were wonderful will definitely use this restaurant again. Plenty of choice on the menu and very reasonable price.

Good food although £2.90 for X2 tiny samosas that were out of a freezer bag was excessively priced.

South Indian garlic chilli chicken and chicken naga were both amazing. Chicken tikka masssala very good too. Very nice keema rice . Only minor criticism is portion of chips and naans were smaller than some other takeaways but both very nice. Salad and mint sauce included but no poppadoms. Delivered in about 30 minutes. Definitely order again.

Great meal and excellent service

A nice meal,arrived on time and hot. Optional meal request was applied to the food and we enjoyed our very spicy curry! Good value compared to some competitors also. Only criticism would be that the chicken in the curry could have been more generous (bigger pieces of tikka) but overall I'm happy,would recommend and will use again thank you.

Gave them another chance and there's ben no improvement in food quality and taste, £43 for what was worth half that. Such a shame they used to be good.

Had 2 portions of onion bhajis but there was only one portion of salad. Used to have one portion of chips between 2 of us, now there's on enough for 1 person. The tikka didn't have a lot of taste, I wouldn't have it again. The nams are not as big as they used to be. Bit disappointed as the meals used to be really nice and filling.

We ordered the madhu murg which was in a thin bland sauce and did not have chicken fillet. It states on the menu that it was a rich dish with cream! Anything but! Also the byriani did not have an egg or omelette and the naan was about the dize of a chapatti. Wont order again

Ordered from Pride of Balti for the first time. Rang and asked about allergens due to a severe peanut allergy. Staff member was very knowledgeable about ingredients of all dishes. Felt very safe ordering from here. Food arrived early and all the dishes were so tasty with decent portions too. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you

Very slow delivery tonight and cold food on arrival.

Not happy. We placed our order at 6:00pm for it to be here by 8:50pm. I rang the restaurant at 8:30pm to ask where food was as it takes 15 mins for it to be on time and it only had order confirmed.. only to receive a text off just eat saying there was a delay. When the app reload it was a 35 minute delay. Making it 50 Minutes late. Not only was it delayed I had to change from delivery to collection so everyone could eat before it was to late. Upon collection I stated my name and order No. and it was still being cooked!!! WE PLACED AN ORDER AT 6:00pm. I then waited a further 15 minutes in the restaurant whilst waiting for food. Really not happy about the service at all. Such a shame because the food was decent.. not happy by any means considering the order was placed 6:00pm.

Order was a little late but communication was very good and the woman on the phone and delivery driver were apologetic Food was amazing, piping hot even with the delay and it tasted so good!

Food tasted good, good portions and price. Our disappointment came from a slightly late delivery and our food was basically cold. Called the restaurant when waiting for delivery they were friendly and gave me an answer quick.

The Ceylon lamb tikka was not at all hot as advertised, just a bland mild dish no fiery sauce lacking in meat, and the other 3 curries were disappointingly very lacking in meat. Rice was fine, poppadoms at 65p are far too high in price. All in all, for just under £40 including discount, very disappointing and based on that, I probably will not order again from here.

Amazing service, was ordered and on our plates within half hour! Delivered piping hot. Good delivery guy 👍 The curries are so authentic tasting from here,reminds me of the nineties which is how it should be! The pathia is lush! Only quibble would be the portions are smaller than average but for the amazing price they're bound to have to cut some corners! Chicken could be larger pieces and more of it. Chip portion far smaller than your average Indian restaurant/takeaway. All fresh and tasty. Rice was amazing as was the naan bread. Best Indian around,we love really hot curries and these guys have far outdone our expected heat level...a huge spice kick and absolutely no need to ask the restaurant to ' spice it up' as we have had to do so many times with previous curry houses. Ask for a madras...you get it...ask for a phall..you get it! Trust me weve had the nuclear phall and it did not disappoint!! 💥🤣 I recommend 100% for an authentic curry taste,knocks spots off the Indians in a 100 yard radius 😉 If you're after a cheap and honest takeaway this is your go to...for a more refined and expensive meal try the one opposite. I'm a massive foodie and I can't rave about this place highly enough. And we've tried every local Indian restaurant going. Thank you Pride of balti!! Hi. My first order today. Was really disappointed. Onion bhajis were burnt. The sheek kebab wasn't the great. Keema naan didn't have much meat. Paid for two extra mint sauce. Ended with foil container with mint sauce in. Which wasnt sealed. Mint sauce everywhere

This meal was appalling and expensive. It consisted of 2 tiny samosas that were tasteless and obviously not homemade with a small portion of salad and mint sauce. The chicken passanda was the worst I’ve ever sampled. It consisted of 6 slices of chicken and a watery sauce. The keema naan that accompanied it was dry and no bigger than a tea plate! My son’s meal was no better. Chicken curry was once again a few slices of chicken in a runny sauce which was accompanied by a keema naan that was dry and tiny . What a complete waste of £23. Never again! Avoid like the plague!

Very watery curries , barely any chicken in the curry and was very bland , no flavour to the madras at all. Naan bread felt microwaved and only had half a bag of chips. Very disappointing.

Disappointed. Not much meat in the currys. Pathia didn’t taste like any pathia I’ve had before, very bland. Pakoras very dry. Portions were small for the chips, naan and samosas. Delivery was quick and the food was hot.
