Wow. Wasn't expecting a meal to be this nice. The taste was out of this world. Keema nan to die for. And the onion bhjai were melt in the mouth , and full of flavour. Could it get any better. Yes. The curry was probably the best tasting curry I've ever had. Can't wait to return and try everything on the menu. Unfortunately I like them all so might take meva while to get through the menu. Thanks

Just ordered for collection. I've been a loyal customer to another takeaway for 10 years but I wanted to try somewhere else. I'll never go back to the old restaurant. I've never tasted so many individual and fresh elements in a curry before unless it was very high end and over priced. They even have great chips! I can't wait until next week when I'll be ordering again. I didn't bother attaching a photo because all I have left is an empty plate!

Ordered food last night, the onion bhaji was so fried it was chewy. The masala was the most spiciest thing I’ve ever had, not sweet or like any other one I’ve ever had before. The balti was actually alright. The korma, there was just no taste what so ever. Each sauce has so much oil in, it was sliding all over the plate.

Cant find a fault I'll never not buy from them they are amazing

A decent meal, a decent takeaway.

We have been getting takeaways from here for several years and the food has always been tasty with generous portions. Mothers Day takeaway was disappointing. Perhaps a new/different chef but the food was not up to its usual standard. My wife had her usual chicken biryani and spent the night back and forth to the toilet and feeling nauseous. My son had chicken tikka and pilau rice and he too had an upset stomach. Checking the food hygiene rating again, we find that at the last inspection, the restaurant was awarded a '1', which probably explains the after effects. We will not be ordering our Indian takeaways from here again.

Ordered This evening with family at a cost of just under £60 stuff missing and one meal was wrong. This was the easy bit. The food was dreadful we put it all in the bin it was so full of salt it made my tongue swell. When we left my mother was being sick and I’m now being sick we had prawns they were obviously bad. Will never ever use you again.

Was told by a friend to try the keema nan and chicken tikka biryani and I wasn't disappointed excellent service very tasty keema nan loved it.

Food arrived quick and hot, ordered a Balti and rogan, both tasted exactly the same no difference in the curry and no peppers in the balti? so looks like everything is just made with a base sauce and that’s it

Pretty terrible. No flavour to any of it. Maybe change the name to a pinch of spice but even that would be an exaggeration. Dal was tasteless and watery and fish curry tasted like the naff free curry you get on the side of a biriyani with a small but it fish plopped in it.

Food booked 2 hours in advance to estimated time of delivery and was hour and half over, curry quality is okie and not warm furthermore they missed parts of the order. However the meat in the curry was well done.

Clean, friendly and doing their best to protect the costumer

Ordered a family meal via ubereats app. One starter and three main dishes and chips and two nan bread which were ordered to be cooked well done . Delivery arrived, the whole order was cold .No salad or mint sauce with the starter.Two of the curry sauces were the wrong sauces and the the nan bread were totally under cooked never mind well done as ordered. Phoned touch of spice who offered to resend the order or a refund via uber eats, We selected the reorder to be told they were too busy and would have to have it the next day ? Explained this wasn't satisfactory so they told me to get refund from uber . I messaged them as there is no phone contact. The reply came that they would credit our account with £2 .we messaged back with our dissatisfaction to be told a full refund had been issued. 3 days later no refund, recontacted uber to be told the £2 was all that would be given but to write a review so that other customers could be aware of the standards. Awful food ,terrible service both by touch of spice and ubereats, my recommendation don't bother with either!!!!!!!!

Ordered a delivery takeaway from here for the first time and won’t be ordering again!! Phoned at 5:05 and was told the order would be 45mins-1 hour.... It took an hour and a half, but could cope with that. Things just got worse there was a meal missing so I called to tell them and the response indicated that it was my mistake and would have to pay again. I had already paid the driver (plus tip), continued to discuss until the phone was put down. I can deal with waiting longer (especially in current circumstances) but not bad customer service. An apology would have gone a long way...

If i could leave less of a star rating i would. Ordered for delivery. An hour late, food missing!! Even though they promised to resend the food 2 hours later i called the them and they havnt even cooked it....absolutley ridiculous!!! Do not order from these!!!

Take away. Quick service, piping hot food and absolutely delicious. Top quality meat and the most authentic mix of fresh vegetables and spices. Definitely recommend.

One star as that’s the lowest I could give. Food arrived over a hour and 15 min late. Food was cold. Bread was soggy and food lack of taste. Was expensive for what we had.

Ordered meal at 6pm was told delivery will be 1 hour called them 1 and half hours later to be told it would be another 15 mins called again 2-15 mins later and was told that I had received meal and paid for it whickh did not happen very poor service very disappointed with what WAS a good curry house

Goto to be the worst take away ever. Arrived over 80 minutes late having ordered three hours before. Cold and unpleasant put in bin as it was so bad....

Don’t answer the phone after ordering and don’t turn up with the food. Don’t bother....

We have just enjoyed a takeaway, it was delivered more or less when expected, piping hot and extremely delicious , would highly recommend.

We tried the delivery service tonight for the first time, and this restaurant gave us the best Indian takeaway meal we have ever tasted locally, generous portions, really hot, well cooked, plenty of meat, the right spices, can't praise the food enough, my husband will not be using anywhere else in the future, his favourite meal is a chicken biriyana, and the delivery lady was very friendly too. Top marks from the both of us.

Tried this out tonight at it did not disappoint! Delicious tikka masala, lamb bhuna and chicken saag! Friendly staff met upon collection! Will be coming back for more soon!

We order from Touch of Spice all the time and are never disappointed. Even my Dad who is the most difficult to please says it's hands down the best curry he has ever had. Well worth a go - you won't regret it! Gavin and Sam 😊

I have ordered from A Touch of Spice numerous times now, on each occasion the food, service and punctuality is excellent. There are a few parking spaces outside but can also park on the street very close. I drive past 2 Indian take aways to get to this one because the food is superior.

Didn't rate the keema naan. Biryani ok but only ok. Time for a change for us

Curry carton not secured properly. Curry sauce over every container i.e. chip packet etc.Nan bread was unreconiseable to what i have had in the past. Minced meat is red until cooked turns brown. This was just a piece of dough with some RED Muck spread on the inside.The outside was burnt in several places.I paid £2.80 for this which i could not eat.Thrown away, Why was i charged 50p for service charge. I will not be ordering from them again.

I'm sorry the prawns in the puri were small and few. The vegetable curry was tasty but with not much selection of vegetables, onions, potatoes, carrots mostly. The pickle tray - I couldn't eat

The rice was very over cooked! It’s was like mosh. The curry was described as being “in a spicy sauce”, but the tikka masala was spicier.

Food was delivered early which was great. Food was ok, my husband ordered a lamb curry and the meat was a bit chewy. I had a chicken shashlik which was ok. All in all an average take away.

Ordered a Vegetable Biryani, but instead we just got some sort of spicy sauce with nothing in it. When we called the restaurant we were laughed at and told there were vegetables in one of the rices we ordered so “that makes it a Vegetable Biryani if you mix them”. Extremely unhelpful, won’t be ordering again

My husband and I where very disappointed with the food from here the lamb was chewy and tasteless and the chicken pieces where processed chicken it was disgusting the tikka masala sauce was greasy and powdery and left a wired taste in your mouth the rice was hard and the chips where dry and stale the Peshwari naan was tasteless we couldn't taste any coconut just sultans the food was so bad we had to throw it away so a complete waste of £23. We will not be ordering from here again and would not recommend them
