Amazing atmosphere, performances and music were absolutely great, nice food and service, 5/5

Excellent service, and genuine effort to make our dining experience really special. Recommendations were thoughtful and there was no signs of over selling… just an amazing service! Made my wife’s birthday very special, thank you to all the staff and to Kostas (excuse the spelling) who made such tremendous effort to be so attentive!

Fantastic venue with excellent service and top food. Slightly disappointed I could not have my usual Zero Alcohol Beer which for some reason was no longer available 🙃

Delicious food and great ambience. Excellent service and attention to detail right from reservations all through to dinner. Park Chinois even customised the printed menus to reflect our daughter's graduation. The manager, sommelier and staff were absolutely amazing in accommodating our requests and giving all our guests an awesome experience.

By far the best Vegan Chinese food I have had in London and in a beautiful setting with helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Such an awesome experience. The food was excellent but gave it 4 stars because of the price element relative to other Chinese fine dining restaurants. Service was fantastic and atmosphere quite unique. We had a jazz band playing several sets during the night Some advice. Don’t book before 8pm as that there are only a few tables and less atmosphere. The place fills out more after 8pm. For a couple, request a table around the outside as you can sit next to each other facing the stage

First time there and thought this place can’t possibly provide authentic dim sums due to western atmosphere, but it does! Really does!! The best in London I’d rate it but too bad only available on weekends. Even the washroom is so ornately decorated even if you don’t need to go you need to go.

Perfect, food music and kind staff

Horrible service it’s like we have to beg them for things not like they are serving us. But honestly asides from the horrible service their food is so bad, I’m Chinese and you can get all you can eat buffet in Chinatown and it would be better than this. Everything tastes the same like soy sauce and salt… Not to mention we were celebrating birthday and there’s nothing offered. Even tho we ordered desserts.

Great evening, with tasty food, service was swift and discreet. Atmosphere was laid back cool with exceptional lounge singer adding a little extra magic. I have been concerned about some of mixed reviews but we had an excellent evening.

Highly recommend Park Chinois for a special occasion. We love trying new restaurants together and this was booked for a birthday surprise which happened to be on the hottest day in 2019. Despite the uncomfortable weather the ambience and food was amazing. It’s a little pricey but it was worth the price for what you get.

Was excited to try this place but what a complete let down. The food quality is slightly better than what you’ll find in your local Chinese takeaway. £350 for 2 people and I was still hungry after. It’s a waste of time just go to hakkasan, it’s in a different stratosphere quality wise and similar if not cheaper.

We had a table along the side of Club Chinois; the entertainment acts were brilliant, really enjoyed them. The lights do go down at the time of performing so you can’t see what you are eating and it is very loud. The food was lovely though, yes expensive but we knew that.

The entertainment aspect was really nice but the service was really bad. Myself and my husband went to celebrate our anniversary and kindly asked if we could move to another table 3 different times as the large pillar was obstructing our view of the entertainment, and we were told that all the tables we requested was for 4 persons only. We then saw other couples being sat down at said tables.. We also had to keep reminding the staff multiple times to bring our drinks as they kept forgetting about them, And didn’t check up on us until we flagged them down after 20+ minutes of waiting. Food was was nice but will be sticking to our usual Hakkasan going forward.

The wasabi prawns truly made me gag and ruined my entire fetish for prawns. The noodles were bland. The deep fried prawns tasted of vegetable oil. And the chicken and mushroom was bland and lacked salt immensely. The live singer was just blaring and screaming. It was extremely overpriced. The environment was not classy rather uncomfortable at times from random men.

We loved the experience and could not believe the lower reviews and rating on Google. Make sure you know what you are signing up for here so that you accurately review! 1. Show: this is what you come here for! It’s proactive, sensual, entertaining, engaging, and more. Prepare yourself for dancing, acrobatics, gymnastics, and singing. We enjoyed every performance and respect the amount of talent required to do each act. 2. Food: Chinese - food was good but nothing special from a normal Chinese restaurant. There was reasonable time between entrees which we wanted so we could enjoy more of the show/acts 3. Drinks: delicious, we ordered a spritz, moulin rouge, and highland highball. They have sweet and dry drinks 4. Atmosphere: It’s loud with dance music, and dark lighting but everything you would expect with a “club”. 5. Service: we had an amazing server who even recommended against ordering two dishes that would collide in flavor. She checked up on us many times in our meal. There was also an entire team dropping off and picking up dishes. 6. Decor: the bathroom and furniture was elaborate and fit the vintage Cantonese club theme.

The lady who assisted us for the evening was welcoming, friendly, charming and taught us thank you in both mandarin AND cantonese! The singer and band were fabulous and the song choices too. Our favourites were the pak choi (which she recommended), the black cod with sha sha sauce, the chilli minted lamb and the wagyu beef fried rice! Everything was delicious, we will be returning and will try out the club next time!

An amazing dining experience, service was amazing. Food was delicious (especially the duck spring rolls) and the entertainment was refreshing, such talented individuals! Thank you for a fantastic evening celebrating my husband’s birthday.

Park Chinois is an excellent Chinese Restaurant. The food, service and atmosphere is just great. It's a wow factor when you enter Park Chinois. I would highly recommend it.

Divine dim sum and wonderful service in a beautiful restaurant. We were there for Father’s Day and thoroughly enjoyed it!

My best friend took me here for my birthday dinner as she knows I love experiences. I think it was a very well chosen gift. We’ve been placed in downstairs part of restaurant. We sat in the middle of preforming area which was amazing as I love recording videos. I didn’t have my record equipment but phone camera still done a good job. Food was very nice! Service very friendly and professional. Dj played good music 🎶 Singers and dancers done really great job with their preforming. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was cocktails that have been recommended to me. I’ve got a little cake for my birthday I don’t know if it was complementary, but I think it could be done equally for the people by the table. I just made mine in half and gave my best friend so she can try it too. Looking at the price she paid for us two and restaurant prices in menu this could be a bit better. My general opinion is excellent! 👌🏽

Absolutely amazing atmosphere, with outstanding staff. Easily some of the best service I have experienced, staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. Amazing singing and live music. The food had loads of flavour and came out quickly. The steak was cooked to perfection, it just melted in your mouth. My favourite cocktail is the moulin rouge.

Nice food with great atmosphere!

Impressed by our experience last night. The atmosphere is lovely, seating was comfortable and service was great. We were well looked after, didn’t even need to get anyone’s attention as staff checked in with us, made recommendations and were prompt. The dishes were great and we tried a whole selection. Cocktails were delicious. Live music was a great accompaniment and very fitting for the vibe. We will be returning!

Such a beautiful scenery experience very cosy and romantic love the vibes in there the Life entertainment upstairs was spectacular. I will definitely be returning here once a month.

Mia who was at the front desk helped me with a nice tour of both sitting area before the booking and I was very impressed of the venue. The meal was incredible and would highly recommend the blue crab sweetcorn soup. On arrival the staff were super kind and the service was quite good. Thank you to the team again .

Almost from the moment we arrived, we got the feeling from the staff, they didn’t want us there. The food was really underwhelming, and for the prices just not up to scratch. Most lacking in flavour and so what boring compared to high end Chinese competition in London which is a lot. We paid well over 500 pounds to be made feel unwelcome. No “thanks for coming” just scowls and zero warmth despite smiles and politeness from us. Go to Hakkasan round the corner for much much better food and professional friendly service.

Dinner with friends. We had a few dishes which were good However our seating was behind the band. That was the downside the rest was nice. The place has a nice feel to it.

My wife and I had a unforgettable experience for our anniversary! We started at the bar with incredible cocktails, the Moulin Rouge is the best one. Then we had dinner in the club downstairs with an amazing show. The food was delicious and the staff was super reactive to make sure we had all we need. We will be back for sure!

Starting with the positives, they offered a really delightful live performance. However, when it came to dinner, although the food was enjoyable, it took quite a while to arrive. Apart from this, the service was surprisingly slow despite the restaurant being empty, which was rather confusing

Made a reservation for myself and a friend who was coming in to town. Had to reserve with my credit card, which I totally get, £100. But found out my friend’s flight wasn’t going to get her in on time and cancelled the reservation with in a few hours, and was only refunded £90! That seems like a such a scam!! Will never book here again! They must be really struggling to steal £10 from people

Me and my friend came here to celebrate her birthday. We were served by Buka she was absolutely amazing and made the experience super special. Will be back just to see and be served by Buka. Give her a raise immediately!!! She was practically the only waiter on the floor however the service felt so personal and prompt like she knew everything that we needed, she also bring out a cake with a candle and wrote my friends name on it made the whole day special . I LOVE YOU BUKA

We had a beautiful dinner in the upstairs area with life music and amazing singer (unfortunately their show is only Wednesday to Saturday downstairs) and the food was spectacular with authentic yet delicious Chinese food. Loved their salt and paper squid, spring rolls, fried rice, and to top it off was the stir fried Chilean wagyu which was amazingly lean and delicious! Definitely worth the visit.

My friends were already at the bar, I arrived at 12:15am but one of the security did not allow me to get in because, "by policy", after 12:10am nobody could walk in. My friends had full cocktails to consume and in the midtime I have been left outside for 30mins. My friends were asking help to the bartender for letting me in. At this point the bartender kindly asked the security but the guy got very upset and rudely replied to him that he needed a manager for the permission. The bartender has been super nice but at the end my friends decided to leave because I was waiting for too long and this is definetly not a way to treat a guest. I advice to stay far away from this bar. Really horrible,

Waiter don't know how to Behave with people

Takes you back in time - great ambience and friendly staff. Staff - Friendly and attentive Food - the food was good - loved the truffle rice - must try. Portions were generally ok - though we couldn’t finish our mains and had to skip dessert. Live music - This was ok. Value - This is the real issue, very overpriced for what you get, just unsure how it can be justified. Would I go back again? No Would I recommend other to go? Sadly no, plenty of great restaurants in London. Overall we were left underwhelmed specially as it was our anniversary dinner.

Park Chinois as a venue is beautiful, however, we dined as a large group and I feel the cost per person for the group dining menu was very expensive for the amount of food we received. Dessert was quite comical...a few small squares of carrot cake at a Chinese restaurant. The a la carte portions are far more generous and whilst expensive, much better value for money. The entertainment in Club Chinois is fab - the acts are brilliant, however, on a Saturday night the venue was over half empty which seemed a shame. Once the show finished at around midnight the restaurant was exceptionally quiet and seemed to pretty much shut down. We moved to the bar for drinks but no-one came to serve us as was pretty evident they all wanted to go home, so we left after 20 minutes.

This was the best dinner we had in London. The food was extraordinary, the music enhanced our experience and the service was superb.

Absurdly overpriced, ambience of a turn of the last century bordello. Food helpings miniscule, after being told they were going to be generous. They even tried to rip me off more by not deducting the £100 reservation fee from the bill. Cheap trick from a restaurant with no class at all.

I visited a number of months ago, so perhaps their waiters have had some training since then. On my visit, all bar one waiter was abrupt and made me feel like an inconvenience. I understand that the menu options are going to be very limited given my sesame allergy, and I’m always fully prepared to only be able to eat bread and olive oil when I make a reservation at any restaurant. But when I informed our waiter of my allergy, he did very little to hide his irritation with me. I asked if he could simply point out the dishes I could eat. After some back and forth, he eventually took a pen and aggressively scribbled an asterisk next to the sesame free dishes on the menu. There happened to be a number of dishes I could eat. I had the duck and orange champagne. It was okay. The atmosphere should have been wonderful as the performances were fun, but it was really brought down by the miserable staff. One waiter was lovely

Park Chinois London is amazing ..the music, The sound system, the food, attention the services, great time overall. Great experience in London One of the most amazing places I've ever seen the cavalry show is just incredible. Even Marius and Miguel at the door, so accommodating highly recommended a unique experience in London.

Every venue experiences occasional glitches. I want to congratulate the team and leadership, Mr. Alberto, for a spectacular recovery. Impeccable service, delicious meals and, as always, magical ambiance. Most def a place to visit, at least once, whilst in London. Well done, we will be back!

Favourite dishes: Wasabi Prawns, Beef short ribs ( Halal) and Steamed Sea bass

Quite a juxtaposition of generally finely prepared Cantonese cuisine and disposable single use chopsticks… not quite the premium feel and my parents were quite taken aback by this. Environment concerns aside, should we bring our own? Food is good, service is mixed. At the start our attentive waiter took our order but a few errors made through the dinner. Pancakes for the duck were brought out 15 minutes before the duck itself although fresh pancakes were brought out with the duck. The duck however is excellent, and a highlight. It only comes in one serving (no second serving in broth / stir fry etc. after). In the ground floor restaurant, the recorded music choice didn’t quite match the interior, and the live music was ok - the singer struggled through a few songs out of her range, and settled in towards the end of her short set…. Also noted the some tables (not ours) are very dark (on the sides) and some customers (a fair few) spent a lot of time using their phones as torches looking at menus creating their own light shows as a result… perhaps something to consider when booking a table if you struggle in the dark. We shall return to check out the dim sum!

The whole experience was wonderful. The pork rib appetizer and Black Cod meal along with the homemade ice creams for dessert were standouts. The entertainment was phenomenal! Each performance was unique and everyone was so talented from singing, dancing, even to trapeze! Our table loved it and will be back!

Absolutely gorgeous dining experience. Went back and forth due to the negative reviews but a friend strongly recommended and this place did not disappoint. The live music was perfect. Our waiter was so kind… we will be back for another special occasion. The black cod was nice but I have had better at Nobu. The special fried rice didn’t have much flavour but it was light and delicate. It went well with the sweeter and saltier dishes.

As Californians, we know a bit about Asian cuisine. That is why we come to Park Chinois whenever we are in town and prefer if over the hype of Hakkasan. Not only is the food fabulous, but the service and atmosphere is lovely. The live music is a wonderful touch and our clients loved the entire experience.

Food is average and shows are oke. Despite the numerous empty tables and we had a reservation until 21:15, the waiter started asking at 20:50 if we were ready for the bill. Subsequently within a space of 10 minutes we were asked four times if we were ready to pay and leave. Service was terribly disappointing and quite frankly did not deserve any tip! Of course they probably are aware of that hence the 15% service fee!!!

(Dreams of the afternoon without air conditioning) This was our situation with the heat. They put heaters everywhere and the food was hot 🌶️ and the place was at 40 degrees. Frankly, we perished. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, but the heat slaughtered us and the music was so loud it made the headache go away.

Organised a birthday dinner for a close friend with the help of Kajal. We Opted for private dining in salon noir. From the beginning Kajal listened to my query and helped me through the entire process, even when I came back to make further edits to the booking. Was very patient and made the arrangement seamless and easy. I was arranging this night for 10+ guest, with 10 close friends starting at the dinner. On arriving the atmosphere was great, the staff were attentive and the food was great. It was a great experience for all of my friends, whether they are used to eating in mayfair or not. I have been to a few mayfair restaurants but this was my first time at park chinois and it is already at the top of my list because of the service and food. I Am surprised this is not a Michelin star (I looked it up after) I have been to Michelin stars that are subpar to park chinois. sim

Food was good, service very slow, there was no waiter at first, we kept calling until the supervisor came and took our orders by himself, and I really appreciate that, and I wish I knew his name. Another thing that the show is not my cup of tea at all

Had a beautiful time, with minimal waiting time for a table. The atmosphere was lovely with the live performance playing as well it was wonderful. Food was phenomenal as well, 10/10 would recommend.

Careful - charing credit card more than once. Staff saying “card machine has no signal” and will try payment multiple times. I have £87.40 from last weekend twice on my Amex bill now. Edit: the team was helpful and refunded the double payment. I would not be surprised if this issue happens more regularly, so would advise to train the staff and/or improve your payment terminals

Had an enjoyable dinner with my Japanese team. Appreciate the hospitality from the servers who accommodated everything we requested. Food was ok!

Service was very good at the start but later on was not impressed as I had to ask 3 staff members for the desserts menu and it took them over 15 mins to give it. Food and drinks were all very nice but heavily overpriced and I think it's unfair to charge for service charge and the extra entertainment cover charge as all the dishes are very expensive. Ambience is lovely and decorated nicely. The pianist playing was a nice touch.

We have been here before for both Lunch and Dinner and today was, as normal, perfect. We had great food and great service. Each person was attentive and polite, dealt very well with one of us who is vegetarian. We were also there for a birthday, we don’t usually tell restaurants about birthdays but one member of staff heard us do a toast and must have told the other members of staff as we received a small cake which was a nice surprise. As I said, we have been here before and will continue coming back, thank you for a perfect lunch!

The best way to describe this experience is much ado about nothing. The ambiance is great, cabare shows, music gigs. But that is where it ends. Service is beyond dismal, it is catastrophic. Food runners stand for several minutes waiting for a waiter to drop the food, no explanation, no interaction with guests. No management presence at all on the floor. Even after we complained, no one came to speak with us. Even our waiter admitted he was there on loan, as result of staff turn over. The quality of the food is average, certainly not commensurate with the price hikes. Overall, do not recommend.

The service is amazing and fast.. and the food is amazing.. I ordered the ribs in the starters and it was delicious.. I ordered the shrimp with salt and pepper and it was amazing.. The salad did not fault me ​​(Bang Bang Salad)... I shamed what came with it.. and the bread ( Fried Rice with vegetables.. It was amazing.. It was delicious.. The diya was delicious with peanut sauce on top and it was yummmmm.. Every little bit I thank the person who chose the restaurant for us.. But by God.. I advise you to try other things and tell us what you think.

The place looks cool and elegant. The show is nice and funny. Drinks are great. The food is good although quite a copy of Hakkasan menu. The very unpleasant thing is that after a bill of £662 (we paid food drinks show and service) the place took the unsolicited right to retain (steal) £25 from the credit card used for booking for no reason. That’s very disappointing and unpleasant. Never going back to a place where they treat customers like an ATM.

From the moment we entered it was very evident they let in underage girls whom appeared to be sent in purposely for a group of middle aged men. We discussed this with the bar staff who admitted these same girls were circulating between sexy fish, park chinois and other local establishments regularly. It was very distressing to see and we complained on our exit to those involved and also to the staff on reception and the door staff. They didn’t seem at all surprised about what we raised but insisted we just check ID what people do is of no interest to us. These girls looked 15! Total disgrace and I would never recomend for anyone to visit here. Its seedy and quite honestly very distressing atmosphere that we have reported it.

The ambiance is delightful, enhanced by live music and decor that authentically transports you to a Chinese restaurant. The food is enjoyable, and the service is commendable. However, the unexpected behavior of some patrons was quite unsettling, with an adjacent table featuring older men accompanied by young women who seemed to be escorts engaging in inappropriate behavior. On the other side, a couple attempted to leave without settling the bill. Unsure about the dress code, but it felt like we were more conservatively dressed than the average guest. These were not the only two strange occurrences I noticed, but I'll leave it at that. Considering these factors, I question whether it's worthwhile to spend a minimum of £150 per person in this venue.

I went into Park Chinois New Years Eve party with great expectations. The experience lived up to it but the food was a bit of a near miss. The service was also spotty especially, I thought, for the VIP area. The place is a spectacle in itself and there was great energy and music. The performers for the evening were also very good and kept the atmosphere upbeat. Service was not as attentive as I would have expected. As I say though it was a bit spotty and towards the end of the evening one of our servers seemed to pay more attention. Food for the evening was just ok Haute Chinese. Drinks and wine list were good. They were impressive prior to the night with email communications including asking about dietary restrictions yet when we arrived the server was not aware.

Attended Park Chinois and had a very shocking experience. The bill came for a cocktail £22 and a £8.60 water. The latter I never ordered so I raised a complaint. The waitress was forceful and shouted at me several times in a frightening manner that I must pay for the water for which I never ordered and therefore must be a mistake. I was totally shocked as it is supposed to be a fine dining experience known for its impeccable 5 star dining and customer experience. Usually in such a supposedly nice establishment, if the waiter gets the order wrong an apology is given immediately and the item taken off the bill without even asking. The waitress then preceded to push and wave the card machine in a threatening manner and at a close proximity to my face several times. I was totally scared. The security came and sat next to me and again forcibly asked me to pay for the water for which I never ordered. It was very scary as it felt like I was being ganged up by a mafia like gang that is only seen on Netflix. Then the restaurant called the police and arrested me all because I refused to pay for the water that I never ordered. I have been a client many times there, but I will never ever step foot into - in my opinion - the worst restaurant in Mayfair again. I was treated not like a deserving customer and was left shocked, shaken, scared and super anxious, with no apologies for what they brutally did. I was left in the police cells for a bottle of water I never ordered. Atrocious treatment and service .
