Very good service we went in after six so only had coffee cakes really nice calm place

After being let down by another lounge last minute that I had booked for a birthday gathering for my son. Paroma lounge went above and beyond to accommodate my 25+ guests. The food was fabulous. Doing exactly what I asked to make it a great spread. Chris the area manager was great too. His customer service was outstanding. Thank you so much Chris, Donna and all of your lovely staff.

Wasn't sure when we went in that we'd made the best choice,we are shown to a table an immediately hands and arms stuck to the table. Not a great start. The paintings and decorations seem to be quite a mess of different things and not to my liking. But things changed as soon as the draught pint arrived ice cold and beautiful flavour. When the food arrived all my concerns disappeared and I enjoyed a fantastic meal.

Came here for a works Christmas meal. Enjoyed my meal, others enjoyed theirs... Would visit again if in the vicinity...👌

Although having to wait for an hour for food the staff were attentive and offered a round of drinks for our larger party

Ok so having eaten and had drinks here a number of times in the past I've been really happy with everything they've provided and done here. The staff are amazing and the food is consistently fab. Tonight we were out with some of my old neighbours but since leaving I have spent the whole night on the toilet, if you get what I mean. So having had the bang bang chicken which is just noodles, vedge and jalapenos, which I consider normal, the only outside variable is the Birra Moroetti Beer. So either the taps haven't been cleaned or the beer is really bad. Either way there is no way I am taking friends here again or drinking the beer here again. Thanks for cutting my night short and making me ill Paramo Lounge. Your disgruntled and in pain customer Paul!

Starters were super tasty, Korean burgers a bit dry but well seasoned, cocktails were delicious. We couldn't order any more cocktails later, apparently the bartender went home even though it was still open, which we didn't like.

Cosy and quirky vibe, and the food is shocking good for the price

Came here for the first time with my dad tonight absolutely loved it , the burgers and fries was so fresh and tasty, drinks amazing. The atmosphere and staff fantastic. We shall return soon. 👍🏻👍🏻.

The Vegan menu here (and at the other lounges) is MEGA! x ngl ive worked my way through each item and everyone is bangin! Ty for this.... 💯

We waited ages only to be given the wrong food. They sent it back . When the almost correct good arrived, the person I was with had finished their food I ordered gf muffin, when it finally arrived the muffin was toasted bread. I questioned it . I was told they can out of muffins. The food was tasty but very long wait. I personally would rather travel 10 mins into shirley and attend the desco lounge

Come here quite often with friends in the afternoon just wanted a light bite and it’s a convenient location. Straight forward ordering, not too busy so didn’t wait too long for first drink or food. Helpful server brought the food really friendly. There was a huge loud table pretty much next to us, not sure if this was staff doing tasting or something similar. Ordered an iced matcha latte, I’ve had this here before as well as in a dozen other coffee shops, you don’t blend it as a frappe, this was not made correctly but, I didn’t see a member of staff to tell for a while so just drank it. Ordered more drinks after eating and waited 14 minutes just for a lemonade because the staff were all talking to the one large table of people. Honestly we were just wanting to go at this point! No toilet paper in one of the toilets, fairly clean though. Really nice food though and large choice on the menu.

the atmosphere is great, we loved how the place looked. however the milkshakes are pathetic😂they are so watery and don’t taste like much but the food was good and the honeycomb latte was amazing!

We just went in really hungry...the waitress up the steps ignored us waiting 10 mins no drinks not busy at all walked out after waiting another 10 mins...all the waitress wanted was to clear some empty tables she told us to wait...v v bad service with a bad attitide...ihad even called to her after 15 mins whilst she ignored us she😀 said 'ypu will have to wait' in her own slow time clearing tables

Way to loud & I have a 5 year old!!! Couldn't hear myself think, very unpleasant noise level - also very dark, however lovely food & value for money (staff always super friendly too)

Nice place to eat and very friendly staff too who were quite helpful. As a wheelchair user the restaurant is very accessible.

I love this chain but when I went to this location half the tables were empty and dirty. Our table was not cleared from the previous party until our food came (dirty dishes left even after our drinks were brought), table was never wiped down. The food took much longer than usual for this chain, was completely cold, and was missing the fritter from one dish.

Service was fairly quick, food and drinks were good and the staff were friendly.

Paramo Lounge is the perfect place to get some work done in a place with a comfortable and relaxed environment! The tables are nicely spaced, so even when it is busy you can get into the zone, and the low lights stop your brain from turning into mush while you're concentrating. All of the staff are really friendly and attentive; today Sophie was looking after my table today and she was really kind and helpful! I've visited before with my friends, and it is a great place for a nice brunch/breakfast with a group, and there are loads of veggie options and the portions and recipes are great. I'll definitely be back-- especially for that watermelon iced tea!

Had a lovely time here. 2 for 1 cocktails mix and match and we had the tapas which was lovely and surprisingly filling.

Beer was very acceptable and atmosphere was good. We did not here so cannot comment about food, but will be sure to return for drinks

It was quiet on bank Holiday Monday, we were expecting it to be busier. Staff were great, food was tasty but expensive for what you got. A vegan burger with a few chips was £15, the three tapas dishes for £15 were again tasty but very small, left my partner feeling he'd been served a stater not a main meal.

We had a great breakfast here today. Sophie, our waitress was very attentive, very smiley and chatty, she was a pleasure! Great atmosphere here, relaxed and chilled vibe, just what we needed! Thank you! 😊

Popped in on a Saturday for a quick snack and drink. Had walked past a number of times but hadn't gone in. Was much bigger inside than expected, plenty of seating. We visited around 4pm so found a table easily. Great decor inside and nice atmosphere. We used the QR code at the table without any issues. Service was prompt and pleasent Food was nice, we had 3 tapas dishes, the fritters would recommend. Overall a nice experience and will return

Paramo Lounge is a lovely, cosy cafe at the heart of Solihull. It serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch, and the menu caters to various dietary requirements. The food portions are generous and always taste delicious. The inside of the Paramo Lounge is also absolutely beautiful 😍 There are paintings and artworks displayed throughout the Lounge, music is always playing, and it has a lovely, chilled out atmosphere. Near some of the tables are collections of children's toys and colouring pencils so young children can have fun and play whilst waiting for food. It's also a dog friendly place, as people bring their dogs inside too. The staff are always so friendly, smiling, and welcoming. I recommend having food at Paramo Lounge - great food, great service, great atmosphere!

Stylish venue with good selection of beverages

I visited for the first time recently after passing the place for a very long time. I had lounge eggs with smoked samon,sweet potatoe chips with cheese,amazing food,friendly welcoming staff with amazing decor,will definately be making more visits in the future.

Nice comfortable place to pop in on a Saturday afternoon whatever age group. Dogs are also welcome. Food menu is extensive and I can recommend the tapas.

I like the Lounges brand. This one is pretty average for a Sunday afternoon. Very nice Brixton ale and and okay chicken souvlaki. Service could have been better

Unfortunately food is often disappointing - sweet potato fries were lukewarm bordering on cold and soft. We sat at a dirty table for some time and even when drinks were delivered, the old plates and cups weren't collected - we had to ask for these to be removed when our food arrived. Wasn't welcomed on arrival like in most lounges. Staff friendly, but perhaps too busy on this occasion.

As always excellent food & service, fab range of food, nice & busy, staff friendly and regular which is nice to see, chefs hardworking, we love coming here excellent place to eat.

Interesting place, would be called a 'family restaurant ' in Canada. Food's fine, comfortable place....good for 'casual adequate luch'...diverse menu. Says serves 'gluten free'....good variety

I eat at Paramo regularly and the food is always delicious. However, I was disappointed on a recent visit. I ordered a chicken, bacon and avocado salad and there was hardly any chicken on it .. mainly just salad. £13 was, in my opinion, too much for what I received. I did mention it, but was told the chef had put a chicken breast on it. I can only say it must have been a small chicken!

We are a group of retired Nurses,meeting for a pre Christmas lunch, eventually we enjoyed the meal, but on ordering, we were told that the Xmas menu wasn't available until 2nd December, but the menus were on the table stating from the 24thNovember! I'd phoned the week before to double check, to be told, Yes, it is available! On querying it, a very helpful member of staff went to double check and we had our Xmas lunch, but it put a dampner on the day! She did give two of us a complimentary dessert, which could have been for all!

Stunning place with a great menu selection. I've been here a few times before, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious and reasonably priced 😋. We ordered mocktails, shakshuka and veggie burger meal. I highly recommended this place.

Great chilled atmosphere and Adams Nasi Goreng is the second best version we’ve had. Only bested by a swanky restaurant in Dubai. Amazing.

Service was excellent. Greeted at the door, by Andy, who took us to our table and helped with serving our meals. The restaurant has great nostalgic pictures and lampshades.

Paramo was extremely busy today, and we were told it would be a long wait for food due to this. We ordered large English and Miami Brunch V via the app, and it wasn't long at all before our food arrived as perfect as usual..👌 #recommended

Not a great experience at all. I had vegetable soup that was cold so sent it back. Another came nice and hot but tasted so bland. I’ve cooked better myself. Even adding seasoning didn’t improve it. It was very busy but screaming kids is not the way I want to spend Sunday lunchtime. I’ve been to Paramo many times and loved the whole experience because it’s dog friendly too, but after today we won’t be back. Very disappointed x

A spur of the moment decision to to try Paramo lounge tonight. So pleased we did! What a wonderful relaxed place with some quirky stuff if you look around. We were made very welcome on arrival and throughout our time there. Staff were excellent and we felt well looked after. There’s an extensive menu that didn’t disappoint. The Tapas was brilliant! Great choice of drinks and cocktails in great surroundings… Thoroughly recommend this little gem in Solihull. We will be back soon!

Visited today just for a take out coffee. It was warm, relaxed, nice environment and fast. Lovely lady served me immediately behind the bar. Quicker than a coffee shop.

Excellent service and food, i had the large breakfast as pictured, her indoors had the smaller breakfast, which was very tasty and just what we wanted, and two pots of tea, we definitely recommend a visit.

Huge shout out to Nick, who when met by 3 disgruntled Vegans as they had no soya/oat milk . Went out to the shop to get some . Great service.. Food is always good for Vegans, though I don't really get the peppers/falafel on a breakfast. Would rather have scrambled tofu. We sat outside so difficult to comment on the atmosphere.. Thanks again Nick 🙂

One of my favorite places in Solihull

Paromo Lounge - proper old fashioned service, where the staff are genuinely interested in all aspects of your visit, combined with their extensive knowledge of allergies and intolerance makes a trip to Paromo Lounge an extremely attractive choice to spend your hard earned cash. We had the tapas, which was delicious. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, with some customers opting for a coffee, others snacks and then some sampling cocktails. I got chating to the very helpful barman about the wide range of food and drink on offer and we agreed that very few places can do everything well. Paromo Lounge is the exception and is miles ahead of anywhere else I've been. Thanks to one and all.

An unexpected find on the Solihull high street. I had the avocado, chicken and bacon salad, which could be one of the best salads I've had, proportions and flavours were perfect. My flat what wasnt bad either.

Great brunch place for coeliacs! Extensive gluten free menu & affordable too. Chorizo baked eggs with Gf bread was delish.

The Lounges are always a reliable place to go with kids but Paramo lounge is even better than the norm. The staff were friendly and helpful, accomodating dietary requirements and special requests. The food was particularly good: freshly cooked, good portions and well presented. Would definitely recommend.

Some of the food took quite a while to arrive and some of it didn't taste so fresh. Some of the raw vegetables were soggy and some food was clearly microwaved. Some food was quite tasty but overcooked. The staff were lovely and kind. The children's play area is a great idea for mums to be able to meet up with their kids.

First time at this one in Solihull. Lovely staff, good service, food was excellent. I love it that there is so much choice, usually with my Vegan daughter, so suits us both. I only marked the atmosphere down as it's very dark in there, I had to go to the door to read the menu! But a small point!

Could not have been more accommodating. The manager Harley made sure we were served and looked after even when I rang up looking for a table for 12 on short notice (thanks to our hotel being horrified at the idea we'd want food with our stay) and then made sure our visit the next night was equally as smooth. We'll certainly be back whenever we're working at the NEC.

Been here a few times now and never leave unsatisfied. The food, service and overall atmosphere is just excellent. Will 100% return and recommend!
