Takeaway food masquerading as a restaurant. Everything came out at different times. One of the worst waiters I’ve ever seen, you’d think he was doing it for free or against his will. He did the absolute bare minimum throughout and was rude anytime he had to do something. I’m just sorry that my mum still tipped him. Definitely do not recommend.

Best burger in town. Pasta and pizza are also amazing. Loved the experience ♥️♥️

I HATE PIZZA. But this place made me LOVE pizza. But only from here. Authentic taste. When you reheat it in the oven next day, tastes exactly the same.

Service was good and place is lovely. Was very much looking forward to eating here but burger was a huge let down the cheese was not melted at all. Half of our party got their food way later than others. Then the pizza was slightly burnt and the cheese was the worst I’ve had. I love pizza and I couldn’t eat this. Way too much cheese made the thin base so soggy and didn’t taste great. I wouldn’t come here again. Would like to say the staff are lovely and it has a lovely atmosphere but the food just isn’t for me.

I pointed at the menu & said which pizza I wanted & the staff member still brought out pasta. Thereafter he brought the wrong pizza, by which time I was so fed up with the stupid idiot that I just ate it anyway, but only after having the pizza sent back for it to be sliced. The “pizza” itself is not a pizza. It was cheese and cream on naan. It was tasteless and was just like rolling chewy dough in my mouth. Pizza Quarter is just down the road - far better and cheaper. Their burger meal is £11 & it’s a deception. It appears sizeable because they fill it with salad, onions etc, but the patty in there, which is the main thing, is small. Daylight robbery.

Nice little gem in jewellery quarter. Pizza was lovely. More of a lunch place than a dinner so bare that in mind. All of the food is halal too.

Been here a few times for a coffee and dessert, and recently for a dinner. The Nutella pizza is incredible, for me, hands down the best dessert in Birmingham. The pizza is so cheesy, very tasty. The pasta was cooked perfectly and tasted really good. Definitely a hidden gem if you like your food. Good music and the service each time have been has been fantastic. The young kid is very respectful and helpful 👍

Preety restaurant in jewellery quarter (Birmingham). Ambiance was amazing with lemon green ceiling and humungus teddies and piano. The serving staff were Amazing and were soo accommodating. They swapped chicken with salmon on request. Food was served pretty quickly after the order was placed. Pasta, pizza was amazing. Focaccia sandwich was ok. This is Halal restaurant so there is no alcohol served or there is no alcohol used in food preperation. Also, the toilets were good looking and clean which is a plus. Would recommend this place.

Amazing and beautiful pizzeria! We all were impressed by how lovely and welcoming this restaurants was, as well as its extensive range of halal Italian options. The pizza was incredible, alongside the wide range of dessert options (the tiramisu was divine), alongside the coffee! The service was top notch too, thank you so much. We’ll definitely be returning here!

It is really an amazing restaurant especially their pizza not joking one of the best I have ever tried. Update: Since the restaurant reopened, I have visited it a number of times. Unfortunately, their food is not as good as it used to be, and I’m sure some of their ingredients changed, such as the cheese and meat, which are not close to what it was before. Sadly, a great tavern like this loses its touch.

It’s the third time we’ve been here and the pizza and Carbonara is so nice, perfect service and gorgeous environment, thanks to Mahroof’s warm and welcoming service. Definitely will come back soon.

The portions are really big and the food is amazing. It has a great atmosphere and the staff are very accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Overrated place. Food is bland. Tasted better pizzas at local takeaway. People are fooled by decor. They didn’t even cut the pizza in to edible slices. And you’re paying about £5 more for a pizza than you would anywhere else. I tried this place a second time. Man that pasta portion wouldn’t fill the gap in teeth, let alone my stomach. The pasta was as bland as you could get. Pay lot of money for a total debacle on several fronts. Reduced this 1 star for food. If 0 was an option, I would have chosen it. I’d advise nobody to go to this place. The place looking nice doesn’t miraculously make the food taste nice, nor does it fill your stomach. Daylight robbery. Should have the place shut down.

This place is an insult to Italian food. I visited today, purchased a Margherita pizza and Tagliatelle pasta, both were tasteless. The pasta had lumpy cream in and the pizza was a glorified chapati nan with tasteless toppings. I'm not surprised at this, I found out the place is owned by a south Asian chap, I would strongly recommend all to stay away from this place, spend your hard earned money elsewhere, a jar of Dolmio pasta sauce plus a 90p bag from tesco tastes more authentic.

A really nice pizza place in the Jewllery Quarter in Birmingham. The prices are good for the size of the meals and the food is great. The staff is also friendly and the ambient is beautiful. One thing tough, the restaurant is alchool free, there's wine but non alchoolic. Just a heads up with you like to drink while eating pizza or pasta.

This place has a mixture of Italian and North African vibe, the staff were very welcoming and the food laterally hit the spot 😋

What a lovely place, stumbled on this for lunch and food was fab! Bilal was lovely and told us what was coming up in the evenings with live music so will defo return for an evening with husband!🥰

Super restaurant, mais fermé depuis quelques jours pour travaux et aucune annonce, ni sur Google ni sur la devanture. Clients habituels, nous nous sommes déplacés deux fois avec mon mari mais pour rien ... déçus 😞

Nothing close to being an Italian kitchen.

The main pizzas's are delicious worth the fairly expensive £15. The gluten free version they make however is horrendous! Inedible, worse than cardboard needs to be taken off the menu. My partner had to ask the waitress to bin it and ordered something else

Came here after work with my work wife, we craved pasta! The tomato pasta was delicious, the sauce tasted so fresh and I asked for some mushrooms which were delicious. The fries tasted really good. The bruschetta was a bit too thick for my liking but the tomatoes on top were so fresh and juicy! Got a pot of tea after which were Perf. Amazing service, lovely sweet atmosphere, cute cute Christmas decor, really inviting place. 10/10 recommend.

Pizza Margarita is loaded with humungous amount of cheese. Service is so nice. Ambience is awesome. Neatly maintained and so calm. Good to host parties.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and they have a piano player which is nice although sometimes he plays too loud. The food was not good and the service was not good either. There is a lack of a management and I believe they could be better, if they had an experienced manager.

Pizza tasted as though it were made in Italy! Very authentic. Non alcoholic wine menu to pair with the food was nice. There were very few customers when we went so the service was timely and friendly. Very lovely interior decor. Would come again. Was lucky to get street parking outside (free after 6pm).

Came here for the first time today for brunch, the food is lovely, all halal and cooked how you like it We had a couple of drinks as well, the coffee was amazing and would definitely come back for that! Thanks to our server Sandra who was lovely and very helpful with her recommendations

Great pizza. Pollo and funghi is my favourite pizza.

I've come here twice now. Once with some friends and now with my family. The food is authentic Italian and so nice. My kids loved the spaghetti. The highlight has to be the staff though. They're so friendly and attentive, it's really refreshing to so. I'm sorry I didn't get their names but it was the young lady serving us and the man who also served too. I asked the lady of she wouldn't mind bringing a dessert out with a candle for my daughter and she obliged and was very sweet about it. So thank you very much! We hope to be back soon :) (Friday 6th Oct - 8pm)

The magarita was a little too oily and the fungi tagliatelle was bland. Lotus cheesecake was top and tiramisu was great. Lemon dessert is average. Would be great to serve with lemon sorbet. Above all we had a great time and Sandra and Sandi made it a wonderful experience for us. Thank you. We will definitely be coming again.

Lovely place, lovely atmosphere. Fast service, quality (and filling) food and very friendly and accomodating staff. The prices were more than reasonable and I also enjoyed the alcohol free selection of beers, wines and spirits. A great addition to the Jewellery Quarter.

Probably the worst Italian food I have ever had. Usually go to Ponte in Moseley but they were busy so ended up at this place. Food came out within 5 mins, ordered Penne Salmon and Carbonara both were horrible , there was barely as salmon, pasta was under cooked and the sauce was horrible. Learnt my lesson will stick with Ponte for future reference

Sabina is an absolute star, very polite and attentive. Definitely a place I would come back to . I would recommend this place for family and friends.

We have tried carbonara and tomato and prawn pasta and chefs have still a lot to learn. First of all, the plates that the food was served on were not clean as there were finger prints all over. Carbonara was more like a scrambled egg situation.

First time visiting this restaurant, being halal and Italian it was a dangerous combo if the food is done right, and with great pleasure it was spot on the food was on point and generous portions. I would recommend this restaurant to any one looking for a great meal and atmosphere. Ps the main food was that good I forgot to take photos of it just about remembered the dessert.

Authentic Italian restaurant. Everything on the menu halal. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the pollo picante pasta. Both were extremely impressive. Italian style pizza was served hot and fresh. Best pepperoni pizza I’ve had in the UK. Pasta was delicious. Extremely flavourful with the perfect amount of chilli. Service was excellent. Waiters were extremely polite and welcoming. Food was served very quickly. Looking forward to trying their brunch.

I have been to Paradiso a few times now. The pizza is absolutely perfect, and being Neapolitan I know a thing or two about pizza. We have finally also tried the brunch which is absolutely AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back and try more items from the menu. The service is brilliant. We’ve tried the Hall Green and Jewellery Quarter branches. Today we were served by Sandy and the service was spot on. They also catered for my wife’s dairy allergy. We asked to speak to Mo the chef who explained how he had sourced halal meats which all taste incredible. Well done everyone and we are officially regulars now! Grazie e continuate così!

What a gem of a place. We went for brunch to Paradiso on a wet and windy day. The service was second to none, they were very attentive and gave great advice when asked what they would recommend. The food was great. My friend had the English breakfast and said it was one of the top 3, that's saying something as they are all real foodies. The pasta dish was really good too. The dessert was impeccable. It was so good we demolished it. If you can get to a branch of Paradiso I would highly recommend it! Great atmosphere, great service and excellent food.

A lovely place I am so glad that I visited! The food was lovely, I had a margarita pizza and the truffle fries, a long with a beautiful bottle of the non alcoholic white wine. Haider was so friendly and kept making sure we were happy. A really beautiful restaurant with a great atmosphere!

Food is good not quite gourmet - my poached egg was overdone but the flavours were great and the presentation was impressive. Service was excellent. Earam was our waitress and she went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Decor is Mediterranean inspired - the tiles are beautiful but the faux lemons from the ceiling weren't to my personal taste.
