Delicious take away hot chocolate and a lovely, friendly lady serving. This was a marked contrast to the Station Buffet, also at Barter Books.

Bland ice cream - nothing special about it. Strawberry flavour was fairly tasteless and I left half of it. My daughter had a chocolate/rocky road which was also flavourless.

This is a review of the cafe, but the bookshop with the working train set are well worth the experience. Called in for lunch which starts at 12.00, breakfast sandwiches are served before this, we had the rarebit with chips, which was quite nice. Food is simple fare, but good for lunch, and staff were very friendly. Well worth a visit.

Nice funky little cafe. Clean. Friendly staff. Prices are astronomical though. Won't be heading back unless I win some money! £7 for a bacon sandwich. £14 for 3 pancakes and a little topping. Extremely pricey establishment? Which is a shame because its a nice little place.

4 Regent StreetProper cafe breakfast can’t fault it!! Since wrap and roll sold up we didn’t think we would get the same food anywhere else but have so happy days

Low Newton by the SeaFab pub right by the beach. Great choice of real ales, got it's own brewery, if you can grab a table outside in the sun we'll you've made it 😊☀️🌞

17 North Seaton RoadPopped in for lunch on a Sunday on a whim. Friendly service, lovely food with good portions. Lots of nice options on the menu, with something for everyone. They also welcome dogs, will definitely return:)
