Pap'z Chicken & Pizza in St. Helens

I.found it extremely rude that all the staff and what I assume to be a delivery driver spoke who came in, in front of me spoke in a foreign language for a least 15 minutes. The only English was to ask what I wanted and to send me in my way. Felt very uncomfortable.

Best takeaway in town had very nice pizza and milkshake last night! I really enjoyed ! Staff is lovely 🥰 had few time food from this place always niceee

I ordered off of just eat. Worst mistake I ever made. I ordered and noticed it had changed my order when looking at the delivery time so I cancelled my order and reordered food but made sure again it was the correct order. Then i had a delivery driver outside my door not long after so I thought it would be the order that I had changed again and made correct. No. I found it to be the order I cancelled and even before cancelling I had called the restaurant 10+ times to make sure they changed the order but no answer. So I decided to report to just eat and also leave a review so nobody orders again as I didn't eat the food because It looked disgusting as the reviews said as I only seen after I ordered. if I could have gave a 0 star rating I would but unfortunately doesn't give the option so just consider before ordering. So shut it down.

I ordered a medium pizza and i waited 1 hours and i called the restaurant manytimes-pick and hang on me after many tries one guy pick it and the way he responded to my questions was rude and disrespectful after all that happened guess what they sent me very cold pizza and dry . Never order anything from this place.

Last time I checked, half cooked raw in the middle chicken is illegal to sell and very dangerous to our health. It seems this place ignores these two fundamental points. Seriously, leave this place alone.
