wonderful meal .this is the best Chinese takeaway i have ever had .my daughter treated me to a Chinese for fathers day and she chose this one .the food was excellent .the sweet and sour sauce that came with the chicken balls was amazing .i will only order from here from now on.

Best Chinese in Haverhill. They are always accommodating for us with everything we want, and the food is delicious. Great vegan food, definitely recommended for a late week takeaway.

Feel sorry for the poor lad taking orders. Had a £40-50 order tonight. Missing an item. Lad was calm and professional whilst dealing with a ridiculous owner hurling abuse at him. An myself insisting that the dish was sent. If this lad sees this, get yourself another job mate. Worth more than being spoken too like that!

I have visited the place but didn’t had food . Despite of open it was not possible to sit down. Made a worn out and unclean impression.

Delivery is always fast and the food taste amazing every time!

Ordered from here as was told it was nice ordered the sweet and sour chicken hing Kong style with rice had to call the restaurant to ask them to send me another one as it was beyond disgusting hard and chewy asked them for another Boiled rice as I'm not going to pick out the chicken to re use the rice I have they tried to charge me for the new rice but after refusing to pay extra they gave it to me for free the one that come wasn't too bad but they never gave me anymore sweet and sour sauce so too dry to enjoy couldn't be bothered calling them again to wait ages for a sauce Won't be ordering from here again

Good food. Menu has a good choice. Good service when eating in restaurant. Take away menu has the same choice and a small delivery charge. You can order directly or through an app. Been using this restaurant for years now. **UPDATE** 6/12/22 Had a takeaway recently, and the food was of poor quality. The taste was not good, some overcooked, some undercooked? After eating some of the food my girlfriend was sick. I won't be using the restaurant again.

A lot of negative reviews but my order was delicious, a touch greasy hence only 4 stars but no complaints and arrived ahead of time. Good portion sizes too.

Absolutely disgusting!! Ordered from here just for a change…big mistake! The food was cold for a start, my son had chips …well that’s what they were meant to be!! They were inedible and we had to throw them away! There were rock hard and had no potato in the middle! Our meals were equally as disgusting! We called the restaurant and was told we could have a part refund or replacement, I said part refund as I didn’t want to eat from there! He said I will bring money round at 7.30pm…he arrived at 9pm and made my partner get the food out of the bin! Then gave a pathetic £3 refund from a £25 bill!! Avoid at all costs!!

My first time at this place yesterday, sadly for me I spent the whole night in the bathroom. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

Well where do I start! We have ordered from here nearly every week for well over a year and not once I’ve had a problem until tonight!! The delivery driver was absolutely a nasty man! Both me and partner live in a bungalow because disabled! My partner is half deaf and I can’t walk well! We ordered our food the usual 50 mins to deliver so 20 mins in we are both in kitchen getting the plates ready not looking out or listening as not long just put order in! and it must have been this point the delivery man although a man was not what he was tonight! knocked at door however we have not heard this you have to knock very hard we usually look out but it was quick delivery tonight and we missed the call totally our fault missing the call, it was the absolute nasty delivery driver that decided to argue with my partner outside the front of bungalow that we had missed his little knock! Baring In mind we NEVER had any problems in past! It’s the aggressive delivery driver I’m reviewing here will never order again whilst his delivering! Nasty man! KFC delivered 5 minutes later for my sons tea not a problem! Edit forgot to say delivery driver rang back to apologise but I’m not having it you knew you was wrong confronting my partner outside our home! Sort your angry out!

Phoned at 530 said hour and half wait still waiting 4 hours later impossible to get through I totally understand they are busy in this situation but 4 plus hours extreme

Awful place. Ordered food at 5pm. Still no delivery at 10:30pm. Tried numerous times to call but the phone was left off the hook so we couldn't get through. Finally spoke to someone at 10:30pm after tracking down a mobile number to be told that our food was delivered (obviously to the wrong house) waiting on a refund

Will never ever order from here again total bad service order over £50 on a meal only to be sent half of it phoned up said will get to you ASAP 15 mins later got it only to still have things missing phoned up told them said get to you ASAP 20 mins later still not turned up so phoned them up again said was on way bit pointless as the rest of meal cold now so they said wot you want us to do about it they said we will give you a discount next time but as if I would order again after this service and just to say they still have not delivered the rest of the meal and when I phoned again they hung up on really bad customer service

All you can drink plus 3course meal £25. Winner winner chicken (duck) dinner.

If I could give zero stars I would: I used to work at this dump and I can easily say it was the most traumatising 3 months of my life. •they take on more orders than they can handle. •shout at their staff and make them feel unsafe (FYI the majority of their staff is U18). • don’t clean things properly. •serve old food if it’s left behind. •wipe plates down with the same manky cloth. Tonight we ordered from this place (I have no idea what we were thinking) and now me and the rest of my family have food poising and have been throwing up for 3 hours straight. This establishment should be condemned it is a horrible place to work and eat it’s frankly unsafe from its produce to its working environments. I was sent home from work for having a severe panic attack because the sheer environment of it all was way too much and I was only 14 at the time. They may have changed their name but they haven’t changed their dangerous ways. Rice can carry dangerous bacteria and that’s all we have eaten today and now we are throwing our guts up and feeling like we’re about to pas out. Btw if your food gets dropped on the floor they’ll still serve it, trust me I’ve seen it and been ordered to send it out anyway.

Got my order wrong and had a belly ache after eating chow mein . Tastes okay though

Food is lovely. We often get a takeaway, this is the first time we ate in the restaurant. The lazy susan on the table makes sharing dishes in a group easy.

All jokes aside, ur noodles are thinner than my bludclart patience and to top it off it taste of my dads baccy, ur chicken was like wall plaster and u don’t even have chicken balls, very disappointed with my meal last night, and I am currently on the toilet for the 9th time!!!

they struggled to take order said they would ring me back in 10 mins but didn't. forgot vermicelli so I rang and he said will be there in 3 mins, 20 mins later still not there so I rang again and he hung up phone. I rang again and no answer I rang on my sons mobile they answered after 2 rings when I said we were still waiting for noodles he hung up on me again. tried to ring again for half hour would just ring. the food that did turn up was vile chips were so hard and crackers were stale and curry very watery. been going here for over 15 years but never again!!

Every time I've ordered from here the food has been delicious!! We have had delivery and collection .... obviously delivery can vary depending on how busy they are but the food is always hot when it does arrive, have never had any problems and have always had really good customer service .... which is why I keep going back!! :)

Ordered twice from them and once they forgot the curry sauce which ruins the whole meal. Said they'd add one on to our next order with them. When we next ordered they said they didn't know anything about a curry sauce. We collected the order and they called us whilst in the car on the way back and said we've forgot your chips in your order... I said well what are we going to do then? She said come back and we were practically home so I said no. I told her I want a refund cos we've paid for them and she said they can't do that and they'll add them on the next order. I wasn't happy and a man came on the phone and was SO rude, shouting at me. Will never order from them again and you shouldn't.

This place is a joke. Ordered my food and they said 45 minutes. An hours and half later still no food arrives when phone and ask why they say some rubbish about running out of chicken. Pmsl. Are you kidding me? Then tell me they are very busy and sorry for inconvenience. Bollacks.
