Papa's Kebab House in Rochdale

Ordered large chips and beans, gave us large cheese and chips…my partner cannot eat this so we called them up to ask for our correct food to be sent over in exchange for what was wrongfully delivered. They stated that no driver will be coming down, disappointed with this service.

pizza was dry, and old. burger has no taste, chicken in burger was like a stone. never ever

The food was cold and the drinks were warm because they were sat on top of the food. They’ve made the food and let it sit on the counter while it took 40 minutes for a driver to get assigned

never had an issue ordering from here. great people, good food, good service. but the last two times I’ve ordered I’ve been sent the wrong thing twice. paid extra for the burger meal to be large/double & instead I’ve got one patty & a slice of cheese with almost no sauce. quite disappointed

NO ORDER RECEIVED..... original eta was for 19.50, then changed to 20.15, then 20.45 then finally to 21.05. now however, order says delivered but still not arrived.

food was soggy and cold, kids meal burger bun was clearly dropped on the floor as it had actual black dirt all over it. Rang the restaurant and told them about the burger to be told “i packaged it myself no dirt it’ll be off the packaging” which makes absolutely no sense. Would not recommend, and im honestly angry they’ve got my money and it won’t let me request a refund. Would never have paid for this if i saw it first.

Food. None existent. It didn’t turn up via Just eat. Service.liars said was on way until I phoned up. Atmosphere-Black hole Will be requesting a FULL refund from Just Eat as didn’t deliver. Was over an hour overdue 1st time I rang. 5 mins later, just eat said delivered 😂 total bull

We ordered through just eat. The estimated time came and went . We then phoned and was told it was on it way. The app then info me the food had been delivered. We didn't receive any food. Don't ordered from here if you want to receive any food

First time going here and chips were under cooked still saggy and hard got a mayo cheese chip and wasn't able to eat it. Food came on time but chips were not edible.

First time using. Definitely not last. Daughter said burger best ever and relative from Scotland blown away. Spicing perfect. Only downside, would have liked bit more salad on kebabs, what we had though was fresh. Recommend this place and will use again.

The food was the worst I have received on Just Eat. It was slop and throw the whole meal in the bin. Disgusting and waste of money!!

The burger. Was still pink and the kebab meat was rock hard stale like it’s been sat there for hours

Funny worker asked him for spicy burger man was lost he went in the kithchen and grinded chilly and there was a hole in the bun , the guy covered it with a cucumber nd there was the chilly sauce dripping from the hole

Poor quality of food couldn't eat it in the end the kebab meat was dry as anything and the chicken tasted like it wasn't cooked and was expecting a bigger kebab specially for what I paid for only good thing was the delivery was on time ..... Really unhappy and would like some sort of refund!!!

Absolutely horrid. Pizza was freezing cold. A pre-bought base was used and not a good one and it was tasteless. It went in the bin. Being it's the first time I'd ordered from here you would think they would make a bit of effort with the food. Would not recommend this place and will never order again.

the food was terrible. ordered a chocolate cake, was not available and failed to inform me and replaced with a cake I didn’t want. free coke was iron Bru 🤔 the pizza was dry, fired chicken had no skin. overall awful and will not be eating there again. wanted my money back but I doubt they would be very helpful after failing to inform me of the different products

absolutely rank customer service!!! always messing the order up so when you ring to check they’ve actually got it right they start charging you extra for things then changing prices!! also they only have a food hygiene rating of one or two which I only just found out!!!! stay away

Food was good as usual but my salad & sauce with papa prime special for 2 persons that should've been separate wasn't included so had just a meat kebab, other than that everything else was good and arrived half hour earlier than supposed to. A+ thank you

AVOID.Ordered a king prawn curry they delivered a small prawn curry but still charged me for king prawn.When they delivered the meal i had to pay £1.50 for delivery even though it says free delivery and the chicken was hard.

Food was cold and things was missing , called them and reported it , was told they would send the driver back and sort the problem out , order was done at 7.15 ish , now 9,15 and problem still not sorted would not recomend to anybody poor service and salad and sauce was not separate like requested would avoid this takeaway

Very disapointed to have my food request ignored, i asked for the salad and sauce to be seperate from the food. Not only that, when opening the bag, i found it was covered in grease! The mango chutney was like water, which went to waste. Canned drinks warm and chocolate frozen solid!!! Also, free bottle of coke wasnt recieved. Very unhappy. I highly recommend not to order from here.

Worst takeaway I've ever been to the pizza tasted like a microwaved pizza my kebab meat wasn't fresh meat and the chicken pakoras was microwaved waste of money!

Driver was very rude, went to the wrong address TWICE and then when he finally came to the right address demanded £3 because he had to drive extra. Food was cold and stale, not sure if this was due to the driver messing around in finding my house.

I ordered lamb tikka Masala which was nice. I also ordered a lamb medium curry but got something completely different. I wasn't impressed, but had to eat it being Ramadan.

Driver polite and that's as good as it got- Masala curry orange and tasted like cheap chippy curry. Kebab- I ordered Chicken donner with salad and no sauce (as I ordered sauce separate) so they sedn Chicken and donner meat which I hate with sauce on! it was freezing cold and disgusting I also paid extra for the kebab to be done on garlic nann but instead received it on plain and that was soggy with all wet salad and sauce and horrible donner lamb which I never ordered. The separate sauces that came were chilli and yoghurt sauce, the yoghurt one was fine box standard but the chilli one was the colour of a Bovril and tasted rotten! I order lots of takeaways and I can honestly say this is by far the worst I have ever had in 25 years! DISGUSTING

Delivery driver said we should be charged 1.50 for delivery per mile after we gave a £2 tip. He said it was OK this time though! Although on just eat it states free delivery. Food was below average

Awful experience. Will not order here again. Tikka masala tasted like plastic and chicken was awful!! Soggy starters as salad and sauce were not separate as requested. No free bottle of coke with our order over £15. Full lot in the bin, what a waste!! So disappointed

Pizza was lukewarm and hardly any toppings present.

Dreadful experience. Ordered four different pizzas and two of them appeared to be exactly the same. Also, another one was cheese and tomato which I definitely did not order. To top off the disappointment the pizzas were cold and burnt around the edges. Have ordered from here on several occasions in the past but don't think I will be doing again after this debacle.

The food was okay. The burger fell apart while it was being eaten and the chips didn't taste all that fresh, they also forgot to put barbeque sauce on the donner meat and forgot one of the cans of coke. The food was in a good enough quality to eat though and I would order from there again, just not for delivery. I'd personally walk in so I could resolve any discrepancies then and there.

I paid for my meal on card but as coming to deliver it to my house they requested £1.50 of me i told them i paid on card but they wasn't having none of it. Overall my meal was nice but they failed to put donna meat on one of the pizzas i ordered but no complains about it definitely ordering from here again 😊
