chicken inside the burgers was very small over priced for what I got.

The service was great. Got lots of dietary restrictions (medical reasons) and while the food (half chicken with rice meal) was too spicy for me, the guy offered to make it again without any seasoning after I explained that I had digestive issues. Was on a time crunch so decided to keep the food I already had but very kind service and the food was actually really good, I should have further emphasized my dietary restrictions at the start it was my fault not being clear enough.

Top tier scran, would recommend and will order again 🤌

Got the £14 new special offer 3 12" pizza's. I thought it was too good to be true lol. Very less topping had bones on the chicken still didn't separate them properly before putting in pizza. Not for me bad experience

Unfortunately food was cold. No fries with kids chicken burger meal. Did not use haloumi cheese in Peri burger (even though paid for and offered in extras), but instead some mushy cheese. As previously mentionned by the staff, Ramadan may affect their quality of food or service. Suggestion would be to close early if not mangeable.

HORRENDOUS!! STEER CLEAR!!!!!! Used to order from here all the time but the quality now is dreadful. Ordered a tower burger which looked like it was slapped together and shoved in a box, chips where cold and like cardboard. 10" pizza looked like a cheap shop brought one and was rock hard not worth £5:50!! Will not be coming here again. Rank food and certainly not worth the price. Save your money, and go elsewhere.

Food was nice and hot. Forgot milkshake from my order but was sorted straight away. Great customer service from the delivery driver and the gentleman on the phone.

I don’t know what has happened to this take away, food was always delicious always arrived piping hot wrapped in foil, last 2 times no foil food cold, the quality has definitely gone down hill. Not impressed with recent changes

I get food from here on a regular basis. Always fresh and flavoursome. Recommend the smash burgers, donner stir fry and pizzas. Good portion sizes and reasonable price. Excellent and efficient service. Highly recommend.

Best smash burgers in Rochdale, especially the NYC smash burger. Great service and brilliant food.

We were just new in town and it was difficult for us to pick a place for our first dinner. After googling for few minutes, found this place that had better reviews compared to other but it was only after we ate there when we realized why they had better reviews. Beside the hospitality of staff and warm greetings from owner Sufyan butt himself, the food was finger licking good. It's a place worth visiting frequently. Tip:- Don't miss their grilled chicken with rice (in peri peri sauce), it was amazingly juicy and delicious. P.S. Children told me that they loved pizzas as well and if you go through their other reviews, you'll find good feedback on their smash burger (that was the third item on our menu).

Very very happy with my experience from these guys, being a sunday night I thought they would be lazy with my order and try and rush it but it turned out spot on. The burger was nice and fresh the chips were awesome and the milkshake was perfect. Thanks again guys.

The most delicious Pizza in Rochdale, we ordered one more while eating the first one. The sauces were nice too. We ordered Asian style pizza and it was yummy 🤤 I would definitely recommend this place.

First time ordering. Requested a few of the meals plain, instructions followed and full order delivered correctly. Great value food 👌 pizza was excellent.

I have tried very first time and Glad to do so.full grill chicken with half rice and half chips was mouth watering and very delicious.everything was cooked to fantastic flavour and with perfection.chicken Tikka has very tasty flavour and owner deserves 5 star's for his hospitality and for the brilliant food.I will recommend to food lovers to try at least once, you would never be disappointed.

The only disappointment was the sheer quantity of plastic in the packaging - surprised that NY Chicken haven't yet migrated to paper/card packaging...

Pizza wasn't bad for a backstreet takeaway, not too cheesy or greasy and a fair price. Partner had no complaints about his burger so all good.

Milkshakes come with no straws

The pizza was nice but the chicken burger was like hard slime the meat must of been really cheap I couldn’t even give it my dog and definitely not worth the price. Chicken strips didn’t come with the order and they advised to make a comment on the next order so they come but I certainly won’t be ordering again. The fact they don’t offer a refund when they forget items of your order is poor customer service.

I'm a huge fan of fast food burgers, and I've tried them all. But New York Chicken is definitely my favorite. Their beef burgers are always juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The buns are soft and fluffy, and the toppings are fresh and generous.

Been ordering pizzas here for a while now I ordered a 16 inch but instead i got a 10 inch pizza in 16 inch box 🤦‍♂️rang the takeaway to tell them and first they tried fobbing us off like we’re stupid 💀 then he goes and says the basin for 16 inch pizza they don’t have that left but if we come down the takeaway we can see them make another one when how can they if you don’t have the basin?😂 I also ordered a few extras on the pizza but didn’t get that either🙄

Got pizza wasn't all that too chewy Burger was nasty it's like they ran out of mayo there was one dot on the side of the burger which would be "just a bite of mayo" rest of it was dry and the salad was so not fresh in the burger it just wasn't nice wouldn't go here again waste of money

Ordered food took it home the chicken was all dry tasted disgusting like I was eating plastic the man at the counter was so rude which is the owner would never order again please be aware it’s also filthy big mistake which I regret won’t be going there again

Received message that order is on its way and took another 36 minutes to arrive but the food was still warm, however the drinks were warm as they was in the same bag as the food.

Food was nice, although it appeas half a chicken was just a leg. Assume this was due to incorrect/missing items as no wings present either. Maybe check your order upon arrival.

I don't know how many times I leave a message to the restaurant that I don't want my burger to be spicy and every time I get it very spicy, I can't even eat it. Disappointing !

Honestly one of the tastiest in Rochdale. Lots of tastes that work perfectly together. This is across all the food range. Pizzas are perfect, not greasey just right. I recommend the NY Smash burger the sauce that is on it is really nice and complements the burger perfectly. Chicken burgers are nice too! They are actual chicken with seasoning and breaded not the rubbish patties that some take always do. This is now our go to take away. When we try others take always, we are disappointed as they aren’t as good as NY Chicken. The drivers are really nice too that drop the food off. Highly recommend them. Just do it. Just try them, you will like it.

Ordered at 4.30pm a small order mainly for my childrens tea however didn’t arrive til 5.50pm! Chips look disgusting like they’ve been sat under a heater for hours and the nuggets and onion rings are over done. We’ve enjoyed past orders but unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again after ringing up to see where my order was I got told 5 mins away without asking what address it was for.

Ordered 2 original wraps and we got sent the spicy wraps which was too hot for my son

Idk who made the food today but it was appalling. The food is usually good. They've changed the menu recently and also the quality of food. The chicken tenders were different to usual. There was barely any chicken in it and they weren't cooked properly, they had weird slimey gooey stuff inside. The chicken wraps only had 3 chicken strips in them and the bottom pf the wrap was basically just the tortilla, no filling. The peri wings were so bland. Incredibly disappointed with the quality of food today.

Every time I order from here they miss things off the order and then ring up with excuses why. The pizza was not even hot and they advertise chilli cheese bites but send you cream cheese bites which are completely different
