Joke! Ordered half pepperoni and half ‘The Works’ they made while pepproni and put vegetables on one side 😀🤦🏽‍♀️

Had a few issues in the past with item's being forgotten, however, they have replaced them. Food quality is always good though 👌🏻

Awful pizza. Was way undercooked and doughy. Worst bit is they refuse the refund for there mistake if you don’t return it. Surly use logic that pictures are enough.

Totally inedible. First pizza was missing half the toppings, replacement pizza they sent was just as bad, dough was raw and the toppings might as well not have been there for the small amount that was there. Went in the bin and in the process of trying to get a refund.

Great Pizza selection with some very tasty options. Service is very quick and very accurate. They can alter any pizza according to your specifications which is amazing. Located inside Woodley shopping centre.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We order quite often for family and events. It would be good if the pizzas were hotter on arrival but I suppose we are on the limit for area of delivery. Always on time. Great service.

Couldn’t go wrong with the good old cheese and tomato pizza. Well cooked and cheese evenly distributed. I personally find the taste of the dough better than dominos. 5 *****

Very friendly workers and quick

Ordered from Papa Johns this evening and on receiving 2 pizzas and a box of garlic sticks, I was unimpressed to see the garlic pizza sticks rather overcooked. (See picture) mum tried one and said it tasted of nothing but cardboard, and was obviously very crispy but not in a nice way. Luckily the pizza was fine.

Decided to have a pizza tonight after too long and thought I'd show the misses papa John's. Unfortunately our order arrived with a mistake, but after a short phone call to one of the most polite people I've ever spoken to our new pizza had been arranged and awnt out.. not only this but they also served us with an extra box of thier great garlic pizza sticks! Overall the service and the food was absolutely banging. Highly recommended 👌

Bland pizza absolutely tasteless very cheap all round pizza definitely one of the worst pizzas I’ve had really fast delivery polite delivery driver, other than that was terrible.

Wrong order sent and then lied to about replacement order. Waited two hours and didn’t receive my order. Refund requested but was hung up on by the server. Would not recommend.

Order a pizza for collection, requested to Eat there, promptly found one hair, the man admit that, they offered another pizza but, manager sounded very rude ,No apologies from his side on this, he was sitting on the left corner, he said it is one hair only in rude way but the chef said sorry in last when I said that is not Papa John standard.we waited again long for pizza replacement. They definitely improve Customer facing skills.

I’ve ordered from this Papa Johns a few times recently and the pizzas have been the best I’ve ordered from any Papa Johns. There are quite a few around the area but I rate the Woolley very highly. They’re great at getting your order ready on time if you pre-order. Staff are friendly too. The side orders are excellent too.

cold pizza, rude manager not worth the time and money spent

El pedido tardó 3 horas en ser entregado. Cuando le pregunté, el gerente dijo que estaba demasiado ocupado para hablar conmigo y que estaba “tratando de ser educado” y que, de manera pasiva, fue muy grosero. Finalmente dijo que el conductor de la entrega había perdido el pedido y que podía rehacerlo, pero se negó a descontar el pedido y me dijo que podía quejarme de él en la oficina central. Su nombre era Avi. Esta fue una atención al cliente espantosa y demostró que Papa John's no valora a sus clientes de ninguna manera ni se preocupa por los errores que comete la tienda.

Appalling. Food arrived after 1hr15 mins, cold. Base was old and stale - literally brittle. Driver did not follow any covid-safe guidelines - no contactless, no distancing, no mask. Will never be ordering here again.

Avoid this place specially order by phone so unhelpful and rude on the phone. Seems like they don’t like the job they doing must be employers or they guys earn the place i got no idea but they rude and getting angry when they talking in the phone no explanation what they offering

Ordered a vegan pizza and they sent us the non-vegan version (40 mins late) beyond a joke! Made my partner quite poorly! When we called to chase the order they didn't pick up the phone!

PAPA JOHN'S STOLE MY MONEY. I ordered a couple of pizzas from them that were never delivered. I then rang the local branch only for them to tell me that the delivery driver had knocked on my door multiple times. Which is strange as I was eagerly sat by my computer desk which is right by the doorway waiting for my pizza delivery. The guy on the phone then claimed that it was my fault and asked me if I'd still like the cold pizza delivered. I told him I didn't and asked him to cancel the order at which point he just hung up on me without replying. I tried to reverse the payment through Monzo unsuccessfully and have now paid for pizza I never got delivered. That's £24.99 they stole from me. I strongly advise against ordering from Papa John's Woodley the level of customer service is sickeningly shocking.

Yummy pizza, not too greasy and I love the garlic sauce!

Had a half and half, ordered it around 6pm for 8pm. Turned up bang on time and must say pizza was excellent. Cooked perfect and great toppings. Very very impressed and happy. Great work.

Ordered collection yesterday for first time. Absolutely no cheese on pizza all we could taste was tomato puree and dough. Staff in the shop were too busy discussing pakistani politics and need to pay more attention to making pizza.

This store is new addition to the Woodley town centre. Had a face to face competition with dominos which was the only choice in Woodley in fresh dough pizza slowly this started grabbing his attention by starting 7 inch pizza for lunch time and want give dough which is a very good marketing strategy. Most impressive thing is their swift delivery. Also tried vegan cheese which taste is great enjoyed good experience

Well well well.... Normally we have no issues with this store. Buy online. Get delivered from here. Not this time... Pizza took 84 years to come (exaggerated a bit. About an hour) Started noshing on our cheesy wedges... cold and crunchy... gutted was proper looking forward to them. Next stop... garlic bread yay... also cold... sad face. Okay pizza (they have to get this bit right being a pizza store) pizza was stuck to the lid I repeat stuck to the lid. And the garlic dip was open. And then to top it all off we was sent ginger Pepsi max instead of normal Pepsi max. I know what everyone’s thinking... third world problems and all that jazz. However... when we called (this is where it gets juicy) The guy that answered didn’t have a clue what we was saying.. we told him what happened and we actually heard his conversation with the manager as he forgot to mute his phone. So we was asked “what do you want” “Refund” we replied “You will have to call the store manager tomorrow” Tomorrow comes... (now today) Called head office. In a meeting Called the store “I can’t hear you, clear your voice” over and over (eye roll) said we have to process it online. We said “that’s not what we was told yesterday” “Well that’s our policy” “Well I suggest you train your staff” “Ok bye” *phone drop* (him not me) Called again... NO ONE I repeat NO ONE at any option answers. In conclusion. I don’t know what’s going on. I just wanted a nice pizza 😢 now I have a headache
