Greggs in Wokingham

Pat was extremely friendly and helpful, prompted me to download the Greggs app which I wasn’t aware of and their demeanour improved my day :)

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this stall on the day I am writing this review. The staff exhibited blatant racism and discrimination during my visit. Despite purchasing many items, I was denied a bag, a courtesy that was extended to white customers. This discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. I urge Greggs management to address this issue and take appropriate action against such staff to ensure all customers are treated with respect and fairness.

Usually plenty of items available and the staff are always happy to help

Only 3 items stocked in greggs, all veggie. Partner got a veggie roll and was ice cold and stale. Attitude on the serving staff and couldn't care less that customers were waiting. Prices in garages are usually horrendous but saw some shockers in here. Avoid

Outrageous behaviour from the shop manager Monika- been treated and talked with disrespect. I have sent a complaint form and email, hoping to get an answer soon!

It's busy at the same times of day yet the staff never seem prepared , and don't seem at all like they care very much

Friendly helpful staff 🐱 Sausage rolls on tapp,coffee ☕ and doughnuts 🍩, pizza 🍕 and steak 🥩 bake & don't forget the cheese and ham turnover 😋

Service here is great. Have had occassions where they have run out of the items which I went in to get. Not often though.

The only greggs that I have been to recently that managed fast service. That was not because they were less busy than others but because the staff were efficient

Just another Greg's inside a petrol station. Fuel is normally at a reasonable price though. Also has a Costa vending machine.

When in there recently and was served by the wonderful and ever so charming PHAEDRA, had a great mocha and steak slice, best greggs in the local area

Always a good experience and a good price

Asked for a chicken and bacon turn over. They gave me a chicken n mushroom slice also most of the time the food is cold. Not worth it at all
