Papa Johns Pizza in Leicester

I had a wonderful experience at this Papa John’s on Sunday, thanks to Vishal, the manager. I made a little mistake with my online order, but even though the error was on my end, Vishal handled it with such professionalism and understanding. He quickly resolved the issue without any hassle, making sure we didn’t miss out on our meal. This meant so much, especially with my kids and my friend’s kids there, eagerly waiting for pizza. Vishal’s quick response and friendly attitude truly saved the day. I’m grateful for his exceptional customer service, and it’s clear he cares about his customers. Highly recommend this location!

Told us the pizza would take 45 mins. An hour and a half later we call and they say 10 mins. 20 mins later they say they haven't made our pizza yet. So stupid we cancelled the order, it is 8:30 on a Sunday so my kids need to sleep. My children go to sleep with no proper dinner except cereal. Stupid never ordering again papa johns

Food ok Service terrible 1.15 for delivery following confirmation sat in a hotel lobby. Called to be informed there was a mix up, however no contact attempted by papa johns and no apology offered

One of the person who put the toppings on the pizza don’t even wash the hand after completing the previous pizza..

Ordered food for a gig office ....delivery was OK.. but the pizza are so bland and not worth the money.....won't ever use again...there are so many more better alternatives who want my business...

I had a truly disappointing experience with Papa John's. I placed an order for delivery, eagerly anticipating a delicious pizza. However, to my shock, the pizza never arrived at my house. On my 3rd call to Papa John's they claimed to have delivered it, even claiming the delivery name and phone number were correct and confirmed by the recipient! This poor service left me frustrated and hungry. The fact that they managed to confirm the delivery details, yet still sent the pizza to the wrong place, is baffling. It's safe to say that this experience left a sour taste in my mouth, and I won't be ordering from Papa John's again anytime soon. I will be taking this up with your head office and demand a full proper refund. Strongly recommend you AVOID this place!!

Bought food from here two days ago and still have really bad stomach cramps and diarrhoea, not happy at all. Your prices are high so food standards should be kept high!

Bunch of crooks. Only sent one pizza when it clearly stated but one get one free. Paid over £30 for 1 Luke warm tasteless pizza. Rang them up but their customer service is worse than their cooking. Like talking to a brick wall. Wouldn't send me the other pizza or refund half the money. I'll never go there again. Plenty of pizza places about. Stay away from Pappa John's, that's my advice.

Highly recommended. It was the first time I ordered from Papa Pizza. Our local PuzzaHut have stopped delivering now. Firstly on ordering I loved the details telling me the pizza is being prepared, cooked,checking and boxed then delivery details. The pizza arrived taped up with a sealed sticker. That was great, shows no one can tamper with it. Pizza was hot, fresh and very nice. Good amount of cheese but not over loaded.. Will definitely order again and tell my family and friends about it.

Quite expensive unless they have deals on. Parking is difficult unfortunately. Food wasn't great, very bland tasting toppings.

I walked in after a long day driving a riding BMX Mr Mohamed was super energetic and friendly giving me advice on the size of the pizza and offers. He managed to sort out many orders by himself. Not easy but he did a great job. Keep it up Mo! 🙌🏽😊🍕

3 times the food has come late, cold and twice with incorrect toppings… I’m done with them!

Ordered today, tracked order and delivery was on way, waited 25 mins when shouldn't be no more than 15-20 min drive, tracked again and said pizza delivered, rang narborough Rd branch to be told driver is 2 mins away, rang again after waiting 8 mins to be told they will ring driver and call me back. Rang me back to say there's alot of driver and pizza will be there soon, it did finally turned up 40mins after it had left the store and when I asked the driver he told me he had alot of deliveries to do. Lesson learnt will stick to dominoes and pizza hut in the future, not one apology, pizza was jst warm.

I have had the phone ringing for 20 minutes just trying to get through to the store to chase the order which was ordered well over an hour ago now. The web tracker has not been updated and it seems like the food just won't arrive.

Went to collect the pizza fresh, got home and the pizza tasted stale, dry and sad and on top of that we didn't get any extra dips that we paid for

Good pizza, I can't say is the best as is not the real pizza! If you like American pizzas so this is for you!

Pizza and food were lovely but none of the drinks I ordered turned up! When I pointed this out to the driver he said he'd come back later with the drinks... then never showed. Eventually I rang the restaurant and they told me I couldn't have a refund for the drinks I never received. Feel a bit ripped off.

Terrible! Ordered pizza with extra cheese (with 2 ingredients taken off to compensate), no extra cheese put on the pizza. Worst part was it appeared no one wanted to take responsibility and put a mistake right. Complained via telephone, staff member was unable to help and was reluctant to put me through to manager. Will not buy from Papa Johns again.

First time ordering. Arrived 15 minutes early, their food quality, taste and professionalism blows Domino's and Pizza Hut out of the water. Honestly can't believe how much I've been missing over the years! They're a bit pricier, but they're worth it.

Ordered 1 gluten free garden party and 1 chicken with spicy beef! The garden party was shocking..base was stuck to the paper, couldn't even peel it of. Barely any cheese on the top either! Scraped of some of the toppings and gone in the bin! The chicken and beef pizza had next to no tomato sauce on it and the cheese was lacking again aswel! Will not be ordering from this takeout again!

Great service! Accidentally put in the wrong address for my delivery so was delivered to the wrong house. Rang up and they sent me another one for free! Very kind and made my day 🤩

The papajohns is good for the pizzas ive tried on collection but doesn't offer all the pizzas that can be ordered online for some reason which i didnt really find out. But the service is fast and the pizza tastes good, i wouldnt recommend the garlic sauce.

Had the vegan pizza and marmite bites from here. Cannot complain! It is made with sheese which is not the best but with all the veg on it, it is still pretty damn tasty. The marmite bites are actually delicious!! I do not like marmite but these are special, give them a try next time you come. I ordered online to pick up and my order was ready within 15 minutes which was great! My only issue was the price, it is much more expensive than most other pizza places and the deals are quite good but still not cheap.

Vegan pizza buy one get one free is a revolution for the Narborough road area. Shame the staff generally aren't too hot and there's usually quite a wait but for vegans...it's worth it!

I was keen to try the new Vegan pizza range. The prices felt a little high so I had fairly high expectations when I ordered. They delivered what looked to be spicey chicken. No apology given but I did get a refund through the Uber Eats app.

Extremely over priced, for a so called 'quality' pizza company I am left disappointed and underwhelmed with the sub standard late food. I was under the impression that I was paying for a quality product for a decent price and this was far from what I received, for the 4 people that the 2 medium pizzas, 10 popcorn chicken nuggets and 6 pots of non garlic, garlic sauce was for, we were left quite shocked and still hungry as they were so small. if we were eating this in a restaurant we all would have sent this back and gone to domino's where we could have at least got a quality pizza. Will not be coming back here or ordering from Papa John's again, wouldn't recommend, definitely go to domino's if you want a better quality pizza.

The staff are rude, the pizzas are dry and barely edible, the deliveries take over an hour and when they do arrive its cold and items are always missing. When you ring to get the items delivered the staff repeatedly lie when they claim to be sending the missing items. Go with dominoes or pizza hut. If you're going to insist on ordering with papa John's don't go anywhere near the Narborough Road branch.

Pizza was both cold and wrong when I received it. I ordered a half and half pizza and only got 1 toping. When I phoned up to complain I was called a liar, and they refused to fix their mistake. I will stick to dominoes in future.

At least the staff should be able to speak in English. The person had no clue of what I wanted. I managed to get an order. I was told 15-20 mins, but the communication was brilliant so had to wait 30 mins. Buy one Pizza get one pizza free, but one Pizza was £21! £21 for one pizza? I will not be giving this crowd my custom again! Their staff should know how to speak English for Pete's sake!

Dont even deserve a star .. poor customer service. Last time I ordered the delivery guy forgot to get me drinks so he told me next time when you you order you will get free drinks. I ordered today and I told them that you guys owe me free drinks they said sorry we cant help you.
