Prepared really quickly, chicken bites were nice but pizza was really greasy and completely tasteless.

ordered a vegan pizza, but also ordered normal cheese on the vegan pizza, they took the time to call me, and confirm incase this a mistake, top marks, will be coming back for more, 10/10 for service

It’s a takeaway so not there for the atmosphere. Staff friendly. Scored low on food as it cost over £20 for a gluten free pizza which is taking liberties and completely unnecessary.

Hi the ice cream wasn’t delivered I paid five pounds for it to be delivered and only cookies came the chap on motorbike said he would let someone know ?

Fantastic however i ordered a double chocolate brownie and they put in the box giant cookie instead

phoned the restaurant 3 times each time I was told it was out for delivery. each time the restaurant lied. it arrived over an hour late barely warm. the lady who delivered it said it had been under a warming lamp for over half hour and she'd only just been given it to deliver. won't be ordering again. it wasn't edible.

As well as being an hour late food was cold and had hardly any toppings. Very disappointing

Personally I think one pizza does not need that long to make and be delivered to terrington and I asked for thin crust and did not get that

Food was poor there was meant to be bacon on the tater tots and there wasn’t it was ham and there was 3 pieces

I had just finished work after a 10hr shift as a chef and i was on my way home when i stumbled on this place. I asked if they were open and i was greeted with a massive smile... I had a bangin med bbq meat feast which slaps pizza hut out of the park mate... Best pizza i ever had... 10/10

Pizza was good and still nice and hot. Delivery to the campsite was fine but the one side item on the order was not delivered. Have contacted Just Eat and they’ve said they will not refund and this is within their policy so beware. Also, no access to PapaJohns offers to the price was very high.

Pizza was awful. Not only did it taste like at least one ingredient was off, it was almost gritty texture and sloppy

They do not add sufficient topping for a £31 large pizza waste of money.

Said it was delivered at 8:50 and it wasn’t I then rang papa johns they said it was going to be 5-10 minutes away then took another 20 minutes for anyone to call me back then waited another 10 minutes for the driver to arrive after I had to direct him and I have to be up at 3 o’clock in the morning this is not right at all !!

Great pizzas and way cheaper than my local takeaways. Toppings are always fresh and tasty, staff are friendly and happy to start up a conversation or joke around. It takes 45mins round-trip to get to Papa Johns but it's still quicker than waiting for a local cheap & nasty pizza to be delivered.

I rang papa johnsto ask how long my delivery would be and he replied my driver is coming you have to wait, I explained it was 20 minutes late and he said you have to wait

Good tasting pizza at a reasonable price. Service is quick. Bit small restaurant if you are planning on dining in.

Potato Tots were lukewarm at least , as was the pizza, due to late delivery.

Asked for extra cheese and pepperoni wasn’t alot on the pizza at all,flavour was ok just needed more toppings, had the wings as well meat was little chewy

The prices are very high £26.19 for a XXL pizza which was the same size as the one from Pepperomi Pizza in Wisbech which is £10.50, however they wouldn't deliver and Papa Johns would and the pizza was delicious so the review is overall positive.

We are truck drivers from the EU but we know Papa John's well as we lived in the UK. 7 years ago when we ate Papa John's last time and because we stayed in King's Lynn at this weekend we thought that we order a nice pizza "to our truck". :) I can tell you, quality is same as before, fast delivery, delivery guy was nice. We would like to thank all the staffs's hard work there! Thank you!

Unfortunately it is the same problem with this driver. Never once have he been on time and with a warm pizza. Always late, and pizza is stone cold. I am very unhappy and have requested refund, because this is unacceptable.

I really need an "n/a" option for Quality and Service, because I have No doubt that it would be good - but being 25+ min.'s late - the order were stone cold! Had to send him back for a replacement order, but Not happy with the delay. Papa John have a couple of really good delivery drivers - but too many there over-booking their trips, so the food arrive cold. You need to look into that

perfect service, when ordering given a option for a pick up time or to wait roughly 20 minutes for it to cook, pizza toppings and options are on par with what you would expect.

We ordered the three for a crowd and one of them was a bbq chicken classic. The first pizza we received had tomato base instead of a bbq. We then received a replacement pizza that was absolutely caked in onions. When I call the shop the rude so called manager ‘Manny’ told me there was nothing he could do and wouldn’t refund me or give me another replacement. I even offered to return the pizza to the shop and pick up a new one he still refused . Throughout the call he hung up on me twice. The customer service is disgusting and it could have been such a simple fix. The amount of onions on this pizza was astounding, the pizza is meant to have them which I’m not disputing but the entire thing was smothered in them which completely ruined it. Wish it would let me post a picture of just one slice of this pizza 🤮

Pizza gave me a belly ache and the toppings and sauce was mainly on one side of the pizza and it was very greasy

Didn’t have the correct drink that I ordered, apart from that was good, Nice Pizza. Delivery took quite a while, App gave me a time but didn’t tell me when was leaving and unable to track.

Almost 10 min. late for the latest delivery. Box was ice cold - and so was the pizza. Besides that it was almost folded in half in the box, because of the way it had been thrown around! Send him back for a fresh pizza - and to have it delivered warm! Will see what happens

The order never actually turned up. Which is quite appalling to say the least. Yet to get a refund but aim to get one and then some. I'd rather have at least received something but they never actually delivered anything Update. The order eventually turned up but it a really cold
