Said it was delivered at 8:50 and it wasn’t I then rang papa johns they said it was going to be 5-10 minutes away then took another 20 minutes for anyone to call me back then waited another 10 minutes for the driver to arrive after I had to direct him and I have to be up at 3 o’clock in the morning this is not right at all !!

Great pizzas and way cheaper than my local takeaways. Toppings are always fresh and tasty, staff are friendly and happy to start up a conversation or joke around. It takes 45mins round-trip to get to Papa Johns but it's still quicker than waiting for a local cheap & nasty pizza to be delivered.

I rang papa johnsto ask how long my delivery would be and he replied my driver is coming you have to wait, I explained it was 20 minutes late and he said you have to wait

Good tasting pizza at a reasonable price. Service is quick. Bit small restaurant if you are planning on dining in.

Asked for extra cheese and pepperoni wasn’t alot on the pizza at all,flavour was ok just needed more toppings, had the wings as well meat was little chewy

The prices are very high £26.19 for a XXL pizza which was the same size as the one from Pepperomi Pizza in Wisbech which is £10.50, however they wouldn't deliver and Papa Johns would and the pizza was delicious so the review is overall positive.

We are truck drivers from the EU but we know Papa John's well as we lived in the UK. 7 years ago when we ate Papa John's last time and because we stayed in King's Lynn at this weekend we thought that we order a nice pizza "to our truck". :) I can tell you, quality is same as before, fast delivery, delivery guy was nice. We would like to thank all the staffs's hard work there! Thank you!

Unfortunately it is the same problem with this driver. Never once have he been on time and with a warm pizza. Always late, and pizza is stone cold. I am very unhappy and have requested refund, because this is unacceptable.

I really need an "n/a" option for Quality and Service, because I have No doubt that it would be good - but being 25+ min.'s late - the order were stone cold! Had to send him back for a replacement order, but Not happy with the delay. Papa John have a couple of really good delivery drivers - but too many there over-booking their trips, so the food arrive cold. You need to look into that

perfect service, when ordering given a option for a pick up time or to wait roughly 20 minutes for it to cook, pizza toppings and options are on par with what you would expect.

We ordered the three for a crowd and one of them was a bbq chicken classic. The first pizza we received had tomato base instead of a bbq. We then received a replacement pizza that was absolutely caked in onions. When I call the shop the rude so called manager ‘Manny’ told me there was nothing he could do and wouldn’t refund me or give me another replacement. I even offered to return the pizza to the shop and pick up a new one he still refused . Throughout the call he hung up on me twice. The customer service is disgusting and it could have been such a simple fix. The amount of onions on this pizza was astounding, the pizza is meant to have them which I’m not disputing but the entire thing was smothered in them which completely ruined it. Wish it would let me post a picture of just one slice of this pizza 🤮

Tasty and hot food highly recommended

Pizza gave me a belly ache and the toppings and sauce was mainly on one side of the pizza and it was very greasy

Didn’t have the correct drink that I ordered, apart from that was good, Nice Pizza. Delivery took quite a while, App gave me a time but didn’t tell me when was leaving and unable to track.

Almost 10 min. late for the latest delivery. Box was ice cold - and so was the pizza. Besides that it was almost folded in half in the box, because of the way it had been thrown around! Send him back for a fresh pizza - and to have it delivered warm! Will see what happens

Was fairly cold upon delivery but arrived on time

It was that late my order still hasn't arrived 14 hours later and I was still fully charged, outrageous behaviour

The order never actually turned up. Which is quite appalling to say the least. Yet to get a refund but aim to get one and then some. I'd rather have at least received something but they never actually delivered anything Update. The order eventually turned up but it a really cold

The pizza base was nice and the taste was ok but the topping was a bit sparse especially for the price we paid. Overall I would say the food was ok but too expensive to order again.

Ordered a bbq pizza. Had a horrible tangy tomato sauce on it which was vile. Potato tots were not fully cooked . So disappointed tried to call the restaurant after receiving and no answer. What a waste of £24!

Far too much barbecue sauce on the flatbread. .was smothered in it. Didn't have ice cream I orderd and paid for. Offered another option from delivery driver

I’ve heard many good things about Papa Johns, I was definitely not disappointed. I usually get Hawaiian pizza with bbq base (most replace the tomato base for bbq sauce and that can sometimes be too much) but Papa Johns has the best tomato base I’ve ever tasted and they put a drizzle of sauce on top. So you get the best of both worlds. The base is like the marinara sauce from Subway and the bbq sauce is so lush and sweet. I will definitely be ordering again 😍

Wonderful service and Pizza! Had the munchies after watching celebrity masterchef, and put an order in just before 11 o clock. Ours was the last order of the night, yet still piping hot, great delivery service and amazing food. Thank you Papa Johns!

When my food come my ice cream was with my hot food and it melted the ice cream and not to mention it made my cookie dough soggier, I’m so disappointed with this and want a whole refund, and also I ordered cinnamon swirls which was missing

Ordered at 4pm for 7:30pm delivery. Its now 9:40 and its still not arrived. Been trying to call Papa Johns in King's Lynn for over an hour, my husband too, it just rings and rings and no one answers. Kids upset, tired and hungry. Don't like leaving bad reviews but this is an absolute joke!! My husband has now had to drive into town to get food from elsewhere. Really poor customer service, has ruined our evening, ordered from here to unwind after a hot and stressful day at work and school. Finally answered phones at 10:10pm. Guy apologised but the response of "sorry, I don't know what has happened to your order" really isn't good enough. It never did arrive 😐

Stick with domino's or pizza hut!!! Food was warm,delivery driver had no excuse for the food arriving late, all they gad to offer was a free pizza!!!! Why would I want another that's late and like warm!!!
