To get something that actually looks like what the picture suggests is an achievement but to get the flavour the picture suggests your meal should taste like is something else. I will be ordering off the menu again, just awesome.

It was really good. Only csveat bejng it could probably use some signage as it's a litle confusing as to where to collect the food.

food arrived late and some of the food was inedible, the smell immediately put me off but i still tasted it and had to spit it out, i don’t like to waste but it had the most awful taste to it

First and last order,, didn't even ate the food. quality was terrible, greasy and smelly meat

First-time customer and was really pleased. The food (hotdog and fries) was tasty, fresh, good quality ingredients. HUGE portions, I couldn't finish it, but it was delicious. Perhaps a little more ketchup than I'd have put on myself, but not so much that it spoiled the hotdog. Exceptional fries. Would definitely recommend and will be going back to try the BBQ sometime. Ordered because an American friend of mine was feeling homesick and wanted a 'authentic' Philly cheese steak sub. He and I were both dissatisfied at the use of steak mince rather than pulled steak, and low amount of cheese. It was edible, and tasted alright but the texture left a lot to be desired. Plenty of fries though. Loved that. :)

please do not give the fries to children, inedible, i did not ask for salt on the fries but could not eat the fries as they had a disgusting amount of salt on them. burger edible but quite dry flavourless. Bbq chicken wings were cooked ok but not very nice. Will not be ordering from her again.

I've never had ribs with so much meat on. A bit messy to eat but lovely none the less. I asked for no salad on the burger just meat and a lot of cheese and that's what I got. The bacon was so crispy too. Loved it.

Burger was spot on, delicous . Wish id asked for no salt on fries as unable to eat never mind my mistake .

the best burger I've had in a while. Generous toppings on the burger too. lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato. The bacon was nice and crispy too although the bun was a little over toasted but didn't detract from the overall flavour. the greens where lovely and well seasoned. the sweet potato fries was a massive portion and they were well cooked. my mum got the ribs and the size of the cut made me wish I had ordered some for myself. safe to say we will be ordering again. all the food was hot too

Food is great quality, however I ordered 2 sets of ribs and 3 sweet potato pies and only 1 of each was sent and only way to resolve this is the website I ordered on to force me to get a refund

Order arrived and was missing three very large and important things. Tried to contact the restaurant to ask for it to be sent and was taken through a refund path. I don't want a refund, I want the food I ordered and paid for.

Really good food, ordered from here at least a dozens times and food is always delicious

It was ok but nothing to write home about.

Bit disappointed with the filling. Burger was fine but just a tiny bit of lettuce and 2 bits of pickle. Nothing else. I expected a bit more for the price.

Great quality food, great value and very good portions especially for the price, fast delivery time. What more can be said, overall I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the Philly steak and cheese, it was awful. The bread was not toasted therefore went to mush, and the filling itself was flavourless. Definitely would not recommend

First time order and won’t be ordering again. Chucked most in the bin. An hour waiting for delivery (which I can deal with if the food is worth waiting for - we only ordered 2 x Philly steaks and chips). Luke warm chips that were soggy (a shame because if they were hot and crispy they would of been nice and were seasoned well). To be expected with deliveries sometimes that chips don’t keep but alongside that the Philly steak consisted of a piece of cheese, a few pieces of steak bulked up with mushrooms and onions. Bland and nothing special. Sorry guys, wanted to love it but this had reminded me why I stick to the takeaways I know. Food quality 1 star Restaurant service 3 star (can’t comment as takeaway order Delivery time 4 stars (the later end of delivery but only over by a couple of minutes)

I can't believe I can't tell anyone how I feel about the service, food. I am so disappointed I paid over £30. For 2 people. I am sooooo angry. No one wanted to know or help with my queries. I will never never recommend this service

Would 100% recommend this takeaway! It’s something unique in Lynn and is high quality. There is also very good portion sizes for the price. Also, the food was on time and was hot. What more could you ask for!

Our first time ordering from here and will definitely be ordering again! Food came in good time, was piping hot when it got here, really good portion sizes of the fries. The chicken burger was amazing, you can tell such good quality ingredients were used. I also asked for a pot of barbecue sauce that wasn’t on the menu which they did for me so thank you so much for that! It was really appreciated, can’t wait to order again best takeaway we’ve found in a while absolute 10/10 :)

Absolutely gorgeous!!! Finally I’ve found a decent burger and fries in KL. A homemade 1/2 pound beef Patti on a brioche bun with real tomato lettuce onions and pickles, mmmmmm!!! We also had a PROPER Hotdog with all the trimmings. I wish I could upload a photo for you to see. The orders came with REAL French fries, just perfect. This is now my go to, it’s only taken me 10 years to find a decent takeaway for a hotdog or burger in KL. I can’t wait to work my way through the rest of the menu. I must also mention the delivery driver this time 10/10. All round 10/10, I highly recommend this restaurant it really is that good, try it and see.

I ordered the chicken burger with fries, the loaded hotdog and the philly cheese steak sandwich as i wanted to sample a few things off the menu and see what all the fuss was about. The portion sizes were huge... amazing portion of crispy, salty, delicious fries with the burger and the hotdog really was loaded with toppings! I will say the steak sandwich didnt look all that appealing and in my opinion was lacking in seasoning on the steak, but it was big and tasty nonetheless. Overall a very pleasant meal and i will definitely be ordering from here again.

The chicken burger was amazing and the fries were pre salted which I love and the chicken burger was big and the fries loads in the box I will definitely order from here again.

Food was good and perfect portion size, only thing I would say is I think the burger is lacking a sauce maybe make a special homemade sauce, I think that would definitely finish the burger off perfectly

Cheesy chips stone cold and the hotdogs were the same as the ones in a tin. The chicken burger was tough and also cold. Don’t waste your money.

Food was insanely good! Was not expecting much. But the food blew us away. The chilly cheese fries were awesome and the bbq beans are super tasty! Mrs was very happy with her bbq chicken and sweet potato fries!

Lovely food made with love. However, Hot Dog bun couldn't contain the share amount of toppings and it just fell apart but still enjoyed every single bite of it. :)

Quick. Not quite authentic American but tasted good

Food was amazing, Ordered purely for the Ribs in honor of a lost family member, and I wasn't disappointed the sauce was amazing, and so was the cut of meat, some people wouldn't have liked how much fat was on the meat but for me, it was the perfect amount without taking away from the taste of meat, my only gripe would be that the pieces of meat that had no sauce on seemed to be lacking in the spices department.

I was nicely surprised by sweet potatoes portion. Everything would be really nice but i received my bean burger without cheese.

Unbelievable food at a really good price. You have to try the 'Big 'A' Burger' its quite possibly the best Burger I've ever had! Everything freshly cooked and the flavours are amazing. Highly recommended. Will be paying many a visit on my journeys.

Delivery was fine, only 4mins late. Food was awful. One of the worst meals we've ever had. They forgot the bacon on the burger & the cheese was of an out-of-a-jar spreadable kind. The burger had gristle in it & was pretty tasteless. The ribs looked quite a lot but it was the cheapest cut of ribs which is all large bones & cartilage. Barely 3 mouthfuls of meat, which was tough. The BBQ sauce was just put on at the end. Not exactly BBQ, which is what it was billed as. The fries were similar to McDonalds, only worse, which I didn't know was possible. The food was not cheap & it was appalling. We wouldn't eat it again even if it were free.

Considering the cheesy chips cost nearly 4 quid and they consisted of the driest chips with one yes one square of burger cheese on them I think they need to consider a price change or menu change

The Philly cheese and the beef burger I had are something to behold!! The textures of the beautifully soft bread and chewy juicy meat were on point! There should definitely be a superstar option for the Philly cheese! New favourite!

Such a disappointment, food was warm when delivered but a bun with a tinned hotdog I could not believe it, just a bun, nothing but the tinned hotdog! I don’t like to leave bad reviews as I know everyone is trying to make a living but a rip off for £5.70, the chips were warm but undercooked. If you want to succeed then up your game. I won’t be back unfortunately
