Papa John's Pizza in Edinburgh, City of

Worst pizza I ever had in Edinburgh by far. Both of us got terrible gastric problems the next morning. Smelled awful, tasted like plastic, smelled rotten with spices. My colleague said had a similar experience accompanied by stomach cramps. Don't even dare to order from there. Oh yes, overpriced.

Ordered from this wonderful branch of Papa John's whilst staying overnight in Edinburgh. Food was delivered 22 minutes after ordering, the pizza's were superb, and piping hot. Fast and friendly service from start to finish, the 50% off code made it all the better. Highly recommended.

One off the worst pizza I have ever had

This is our go to store for delivery. Pizza is always fresh and tasty. Usually always super fast delivery as well. With the app deals it's goid value as well.

It is sort of the Mcdonalds of Pizza. The staff are friendly and if you get the 50% the price is ok. Full price it is not worth it. Tony Macaroni of Favorita are nicer and cheaper.

Got order wrong... added peppers instead of mushrooms. And just pure extortion. £60 for 2 pizzas. Was expecting world class pizzas. And an absolute joke. Never again.

Very disappointing Pizza. Even worse service. I ordered a Hawaiian Pizza (ham and pineapple) and was disappointed that there was only two pieces of ham on my 12 inch Pizza!! Seriously 2 pieces!! I called Papa John's expecting a replacement Pizza, a refund or an apology! What I didn't expect was rudeness and denial. Luckily there are plenty othBlvery good takeaways in and around Blackhall.

We had a good experience at the store. The man who took our orders was nice and pizza was ready within 15 minutes. I am not really a fan of Papa John's Pizza, but the customer service was great, hence the 5 stars.

Whole meal came stone cold!! It wasn't a problem as we put those into oven for heated up but once we started eating the meal we discovered it was totally wrong prizza they gave us!!! We specially asked NOT to put any bacon's and this is what they made the pizza with!! Shop was closed by that time! Ruined our night! Its rare thier food come hot and right!! Such a awful shop! Shame on the management and people working there have no control what customers are asking for!! DO NO ORDER THERE!! disgusted by their service!!

Me gusta la pizza. Quien no Esta franquicia es excelente y cuando una de sus sucursales se abrió cerca de mí no podía esperar para probarla. Después de un año o dos, siguen siendo una de las mejores pizzas de la ciudad. Caliente y fresco con auténticos ingredientes de degustación. Sabe recién hecho y con excelentes coberturas. Compartí una pizza caliente. Se entregó a tiempo y estaba muy caliente. Sabía muy bien. No estoy seguro de la salsa de ajo con mantequilla gratis, pero el resto de la pizza es excelente. Otros en mi grupo tenían el pepperoni doble que no escatima en el. . . bien. . . pepperoni.

Ordered a pizza and side to be sent to my boyfriend's house for his birthday during this strange time. Spoke to such a nice member of staff named Maks and he very kindly wrote a note in the pizza box for me. Highly recommend and pizza always great!

Dull ambience, there was no energy or buzz (this is in a resort so pretty stark contrast) Thank goodness the staff were helpful given the array of offers available! Mix up with order meant half of the party had to wait for food... First visit, disappointing.

I had a pizza this morning as you do I ate it and I believe that it has given me raw however the dough is soft and stretchable I asked for tomato sauce and got real tomatoes on the pizza.

Meat feast was disgusting, tasted like the lowest quality of meat and Dirty Fat was the prominent flavour. When the shop was called the staff didn't pass me onto the management until I explained the reason for asking to speak with management, leading me to repeat myself. The assistant manager then claimed that was just the way the pizza was, the meat is the same the world over, no offer to refund or compensate us. Not the freshest ingredients, Not getting my custom.

Okish staff, yu can't ask more for this kind of places I suppose. They took lots of good stuff out the menu like the Cinnamon Pull Apart which makes Papa Johns at the end list of pizza choices when it was at the top one. Real shame for the managers which decided to change the little good stuff about Papa Johns. Also, closing few branches here and there, are they cutting for any particular reason or just being greedy?

Good food and fast delivery quality!

I paid and collected a XXL garden party pizza and It was made cold pizza. I stay only 5 minutes from away from the papa johns Blackhall branch. The pizza provided was completely cold and upon complaining the store they were awful and manager was rude and never address the complaint. Just wasted my money. Don’t go guys strictly prohibited. Stay away ! Avoid the store! And not even a delivery! Absolutely ridiculous.
