Yesterday ordered for pick up 2 pizza and was ready within 5 min after eating had food poisoning.

First time ordering pizza here very tasty and nice staff where helpful with my dietary needs would recommend

Just been delivered an undercooked stuffed crust base that's all gooey underneath and flat on top. (Pic 1 and 2) After them arguing with me on the phone, I get a replacement sent (pic 3)Pizza black as anything. Cant even tell its a meat meat, refused at the door. Discusting

They put spicy beef on instead of philly steak. The lady was then arguing with me over the phone calling me a liar and being rude and aggressive (i cant eat spicy beef). Finally got another pizza delivered 45 mins later. It was stone cold and They've put plain potato tots on it (which wasn't ordered at all) and theyve left off half the meat toppings, no sausage, no tandoori, no philly steak. Again, its not what I ordered or wanted. Rang up again, the lady was rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me when I requested they collect it and give me a refund. Phoned back again, the Man on the phone had a very thick foreign accent and was arguing with me this time, telling me that he didn't put the other ingredients on that I wanted because they are spicy. The only thing I told them was that I couldn't eat spicy beef *which is why I didn't order it! The team are Rude and incapable, they have no manners and cant follow a simple order. Then send you what ever they want and expect you to be ok with it. I have now contacted head office. Discusting service, avoid Elm Park Papa Johns

This place made us wait 1hr and 30 mins for them to just cancel our order this place is a disgrace I was here starving while they probably doing nothing because it’s a Sunday terrible place go get dominos

Absolute joke. Wouldnt ever order again- if i could give no stars i would. An HOUR and 50 MINUTES for one pizza ro be delivered. Over 50 mins trying to call and no answer to the calls ! Just rings and rings and rhen cuts off. Finally turna up and its STONE COLD

Cold food, waited over an hour for the pizza. Couldn't get through to the resturant for ages, when we did staff were rude. Don't waist your money!

BEWARE!! Use at your own risk!! I placed my order online via Papa Johns own website expecting their own drivers as usual, however a third party was organised to delivery my food!! (moped rider working for Stuart delivery firm) arrived with ZERO English and no courtesy to my property resulting in damage. PJ's area manager appears to of wiped his hands off this incident and now the Stuart delivery firm is ignoring me without resolving the issue two months on. Ironically PJ's did not even have the decency to offer me a new fresh delivery after my food went cold whilst I acted upon the incident. Such a shame!

Do not order from here. I have been blatantly lied to. Recently placed order. And was delivered with out standard garlic butter sauce to be told on the phone they no longer do it. But can order and pay for as many as you want.

Boxes of food were open and not sealed. The food was delivered luke warm, not in an insulated bag and covered in rain. I normally put on my comments to the restaurant, please deliver hot, but I forgot this time, shame on me!

Ordered a veg half and half pizza. Was delivered a half veg and a half non veg pizza. Called restaurant and they said they cannot do anything about it as it would be a system fault so we should call head office! Poor service and no customer consideration. On third call they agreed to send another pizza… very poor experience and no apology either.

This store is shocking they don’t answer the phone their deliver lady couldn’t give a toss she failed to delivery the kids ice cream and the food was stone cold coz she got lost for over 30 mins! Will be going in for a full refund later my poor kids was starving, grays is just as bad they got lost for an hour after this absolutely shocking stick with Pizza Hut!!!!

I had my first pizza in ages with my Mrs the other night and we thought we would treat ourselves. We ordered 2 large pizzas and a chocolate scrolls desert after finishing a no sugar diet for several weeks. Long story short, the pizzas were not cooked properly and were obviously just chucked in with no prep in advance and the desert was so disappointing that after weeks of no sugar we had one bite each and threw it away. Avoid this branch, papa John's in general is awesome but 100% not this one. You are genuinely better off buying a pizza from the supermarket. 0 stars if possible.

The guy that served me today is a hero. I ordered for collection by accident. When I picked it up, we checked to see if all the extra sauces were there. A few hadn’t been packed so the gentleman gave me a couple of extras for the near miss! 5* customer service

Came fast and was hot BUT so so stingy with the toppings! Hardly any cheese and I had 5 bits of pepperoni. Really disappointed as all I could taste was the bbq sauce which was quite strong! Would have praised them for having gluten free but for the money expected better

BEWARE!!! They never put the right amount of sauces that they are supposed to do. They put 1 with the pizza, but the sides come with the sauce too. Very rude drivers, none of them follow instructions that are given to them. When I called to complain about sauce, the guy already knew why I'm calling. This shop do this all the time. I have ordered many times, and always missing sauce, which I paid money for.

Pizzas always taste awesome and whenever I go in to collect the kitchen is kept very clean with all staff wearing masks.

Placed an order today (usually order once a week) service is always good so is the food. Today our order was a deal which included a drink the driver forgot the drink he told us and we said it’s fine it’s only a drink only for him to come back and deliver us the drink. He went out his way even though we said it’s ok. He didn’t fail in delivering good service especially in tough times like this.

Usually it's a very fast service but yesterday my pizza order took over an hour and 15mins! By that time the pizza arrived it was just warm and the cheese not soft enough but I accepted it because I was too hungry to wait for a fresh batch! Im only 2mins drive away aswell! Customer service was good though they did offer to replace it if it was not hot enough. (They apologies and said this was down to the new driver not having great english who should have delivered to us first but instead went further afield to deliver a order the furest away!)

Wonderful place to order from, I have ordered from there quite a few times. From the website, app or calling them up old school and the food arrives on time and hot like it fresh from my oven! I have had one mistake in the past, I had the wrong side delivered, like all things they can't be perfect every time. Even still one quick and painless phone call and my correct side was sent out and arrived in like 10 minutes! Special thanks to Shane who served my order masterfully and I'm pretty sure ended up dealing with my problem so professionally and quickly. Because of him, I doubt I'll ever go elsewhere.

After taking my payment on the website for Elm Park Papa John's the website kept saying I had to change my password but didn't recognise any of the keys they emailed me so I called the shop to see if they had my order. The response was pathetic, advised me to call Customer Services on the website and when I pointed out it was 6:30pm on a Friday and the Customer Services help line shuts at 5pm he had nothing to say. I'm not worried about giving a bad review and getting a little extra when I do future orders as I will never use this shower of idiots again. This is what you get when you put kids in charge of a business.

My family ordered food which never arrived we paid and got the Email conforming our purchase, we have called many times with no answer, terrible!

I have ordered takeaway pizza from this pizzeria on three occasions so far, and will continue. I've ordered both online and over the phone. On all occasions the staff and service have been excellent, with fast delivery - even on a Friday or Saturday evening it has been no more than around 20-30 mins. The quality has been excellent- vegan options are really tasty (especially the vegan works pizza). Great sides (vegan sheese potato tots and cauliflower wings) and the dessert cinnamon scrolls are good too. There are generally some great deals on which make Papa John's really good value.

Would rate 0 if possible. Entitled rude possibly racist staff. Ordered multiple pizzas for a birthday party, money out of account and everything then go to store to say they won't make it because address something something. First time going there. Extremely rude very unhelpful, trashy service.

I wish I had read the review before placing an order at the Elm Park branch - Horrible service and The Manager is even ruder and does not deserve to actually have a franchisee selling Papa John pizza. The pizza is hard and the ingredients seem to not have been cooked properly and the pineapple has just been put on top of the pizza. Asked to send a photo of the pizza and of course the manager says it looks ok! Then he said he will call people who ordered this morning the same vegan pizza if they were happy?! The vegan cheese isn’t even fully melted!! Abhorrent!! Had to state how many slices were eaten... 6 adults all grabbed a slice when it came, but if more than 2 that’s not ok... how does that make any sense?!! Shocking!!

Terrible experience. Order was wrong and they refused to rectify it. I was told that "problems with the website are not our problem". They felt it fair that the customer should be inconvenienced for a mistake with their website. The only way to resolve it from their perspective was for me to rebuy another pizza and claim my refund later directly from papa papa johns. Just hassle! And poor customer services
