El personal era grosero y un conductor que dice que es un gerente vino a mi casa y discutir groseramente y toda la comida estaba fría y denunció que este comportamiento no es profesional y fue extremadamente grosero, por lo tanto informo esto por escrito.

Last night's Garden Party & Halloumi Cypriot Piizza's were the nicest, best pizza that I can ever remember. Compliments to the chef!!

Ordered and delivered on time and food was hot.

Pizza was delivered, NO cheese on the Pizza...tried to contact the restaurant but no reply...

My order was predicted to be delivered at 19:05 and as soon as placed order moved to 19:25. Although they posted they had delivered at 19:25 they didn’t arrive until 19:45. When I called at 19:30 and denied all knowledge blaming it on the app.

Ordered a pizza from here like I did many times. Food gave me food poisoning so I contacted them. The lady didn't even apologise and then said the manger would call back to discuss a refund, which they didn't. I called and my calls were ignored. I asked a family member to try on their phone which, was answered. They explained the situation and when asked to speak to manager was hung up on. If you want your head down the toilet for hours on end eat here. If not go elsewhere. Absolute shambles

He estado pidiendo el mexicano desde aquí durante años - y es bang en cada momento! Patatas tots y bocados de jalapeño al costado - me encanta. Siempre han sido amables, a tiempo y la pizza es genial. . así que 5 estrellas para mí!

El pedido en línea es muy bueno, puede ordenar para la recogida en tienda y entrega a domicilio. Abren a partir de las 11 am y nunca he tenido un problema. Recomendaría esta comida a cualquiera que quiera pizza, a los niños les encantan los palitos de ajo 🍕

Bueno, ¿por dónde empiezo lo que una absoluta mierda de una empresa en Holyhead rd Coventry. Pedí 4 pizzas lo antes posible, bueno, 1 hora después todavía nos fuimos esperando, así que llamamos y hablamos con una señora para averiguar qué estaba pasando con nuestro pedido y si es así, cd, obtenemos algún tipo de gesto de buena voluntad por todas las molestias, ella respondió “hablaré con mi gerente y llamaré a u bk” y lo hizo, cumplió con su promesa y llamó de nuevo, pero para mi sorpresa, dijo “su pedido ha sido cancelado, ya que nunca lo quería”. Ni una sola vez dijiste que nunca lo quise, la señora lo tomó en sí misma para cancelarlo, ya que estábamos muy decepcionados con los clientes. Después de que le suplicamos a la señora que ella tiene el final totalmente equivocado los enfermos a lo que estábamos pidiendo , ella gritó por teléfono y declaró “Usted recibirá su orden y repitió que recibirá su orden que nos colgó sin disculpas o nada. Una vez que conseguimos nuestro pedido los sellos se rompieron y la pizza estaba fría Holyhead rd papa johns debe avergonzarse del comportamiento de su personal hacia el cliente La comida era entrega a domicilio pedido el 13 de junio alrededor de las 6 ish y después de todo esto esperamos a al menos 8 . 30 pm para nuestra comida Atención al cliente atroz

Pizza come spot on apart from the clump of hair in the bottom of the pizza box… not sure wether boxes are being stored in correct professional areas or staff use hair nets but really ruined my experience for a expensive pizza Potato tots, microwave fodda… could of made better myself Underwhelming experience

Ordered from here numerous times as it's fairly close by. Rarely had any issues with the delivery. One instance years ago the food came quicker than expected and I feel it was rushed as my pizza seemed undercooked but besides that there have been no other problems. There's a good selection of vegan options and the cheese is delicious, I actually prefer it over regular cheese despite not being vegan or vegetarian. It's very creamy and gooey. The garlic dip is yummy too and the cinnamon scrolls they used to sell were to die for. Never had a delivery that never arrived, never had to phone, and every driver has been pleasant.

Piping hot, and delivered early

ordered at work for a treat. weren't able to pick up the phone as they were early. I called to apologise when I found out they just left the car park and to just come when they can but the person on the phone was very angry and rude. When the delivery come, first thing I did was apologise but was also told off for not being available when they came, and that they waited over 20mins before the time I asked for it to be delivered

As always, pizzas and snacks were delicious.

Ordered the all the meat pizza ,pathetic amount of meat May as well been none ,the cheese filled crust was again very minimal will definitely not order from papa John's again and will recommend all my friends and family against, value for money 2 out of 10 and I'm struggling with that,need to up your game

Took almost an hour and the pizza kept falling apart

Papa Johns always has the freshest ingredients for pizza now theirs is stories of sugar being added to their tomato sauce now me being Italian lots of Italians world wide and professional pizza places in Italy do that to get rid of the bitterness of the tomato sauce and others use wine to do that. Now as far as rudeness from staff I have never experienced that from papa johns on holy head road or any papa johns in uk all the other pizza places in the Uk lost me as a customer cause they serve negative pizza and customer service is really rude but never any negative experience at Papa Johns. I stick with papa johns cause its the best in the Uk top quality and the service and the people are professional and courteous This is my number one pizza place that I choose to eat from!!!!! 90 minute wait on a Friday evening for delivery which in itself wasn't a problem. The problem was when the food came it was cold and had obviously been sat waiting for a driver (the tracker had it checking and cutting fot 45 minutes!). Had to microwave. Tried phoning to complain however phone was not answered all evening

Only gave it a star dye not been able to review without any stars. In a nutshell., Manager very rude and aggressive. Lies or forgets what he's said 5mins prior. Don't bother if looking for normal service. Store manager NOT bothered atall with people's food allergys and food tolerances.

The prices are bonkers! Wanted nearly as much for an individual pizza as for a medium! The chap did offer me a deal for a reasonable price. Be careful folks

I ordered an Amercian Hottest Pizza which apperanly comes with Peperoni and Jalapenos on Amarillo chili sauce according to website/app !! I ended up with a bland cheese and tomato Pizza with no peperoni or Chilli sauce, but it did come with token amount of Jalapenos. What a waste of money and I certainly would take a chance on ordering from threre again, so back to Dominos !!

Always good when I go to pick up pizza for my son ahead of his weekly swimming. Great today when delivering a large evening order to feed those at my wife's birthday celebration. Will always be my preference for local pizza!

I ordered on the phone to pick up myself. Unfortunately it was a mistake on the order when I picked it up! I had to drive back to correct the order but the lady who served me tried to blame me instead and charged me £5 extra without taking the hassle to the account! However in the end I got the order correct and didn’t pay the extra £5. We all make mistakes but it would be nice to admit to it rather than pointing finger to someone else specifically customers! Food was nice though.

Tried Papa John's pizza for the first time and have to say I am very impressed! Great taste, very nice packaging and delivered on time. Credit to the staff for the hard work.

They made a mistake which meant I had to drive there twice. They also charged me when my missus had already paid. Not even a sorry from the girl who had served me. She tried to justify herself instead. This happened on 11 September 2020 at 8PM. We only got an apology from the man who processed the refund later! Really annoyed!! Please teach your staff to say sorry and not to justify themselves and blame the customer!!!

As a location, it was clean inside, everyone was wearing their masks and polite. As for the food, it was OK. Nothing special really, and it appears their overseas franchises maybe have a better selection of ingredients, as I've tried their pizzas and are much better. Due to the amount of pork in their products in the UK, the pizzas are generally very oily.

Stella (papa Johns mistress) took too long to call me

This branch (Holyhead Road) think it's ok to not use gloves during food preparation amidst a global pandemic, no headwear and scratching face and hair and using phone in the kitchen... YUK. Bye Bye Papa John's it was good while it lasted 20 years but let's face it only the special garlic sauce kept our relationship going in the end. All the best.

Swung by the branch on my way home to order a create your own medium pizza with no sauce. The lady pulled a funny face and muttered...its a problem - funny i've had it plenty of times from here beforr but not this time apparently. So I asked what sauces they do as I despise tomato based sauces, or bbq (eww). I asked for garlic and herb. 15 minutes later its ready and I happily go home. Arriving home I tease my brother with the pizza and happily take my first bite...cue disgust. They put some sort of tomato sauce on my pizza...its rank. My brother is very happy to have a nice warm pizza, i'll be having a sandwhich for dinner. Thanks a lot, we always use you but never again, disappointed to say the least.

Absolutely disgusting service from this branch, will never order from here again, first time they gave me food poisoning by not cooking the food correctly, 2nd time I ordered as no other papa Johns would deliver to my address and thought i would give them a second chance !!! they got the order wrong, 3rd time I ordered they wouldn't deliver to Zoe's place even though this was closer than my actual address they delivered to before, I even explained my daughter was terminally ill hence the reason I couldn't leave Zoe's place, Anni (THE MANAGER) then suggested he would deliver it to my home address .2 miles further away from Zoe's place, so this company will never get my business again, and feel people need to know this information before spending there money here, thanks.

Best pizza dough I've ever tasted

Was given the wrong order, gave them a call they said "I" had picked up the wrong order and had to bring it back. No apology, did not take responsibility for mistake. Went back only to have a long argument about how I took the wrong order when he clearly said my name and gave the wrong box. I would have thought taking orders and giving people the right order are the basics of the job. No communication skills, give them a call and see.

ordered twice in a week for collection. 1st order made online and the pizza had so less toppings that some of slices were just plain(cheese&tomato). 2nd time tried calling to discuss my order and explain my previous experience politely but no one answered the phone. ordered online again reluctantly thinking of my previous experience and luckily the pizza was much better but cold as it was made too early for my collection time. the staff was not friendly and i ordered an extra special garlic sauce but was forcefully sold 3 as the guy had already put the order through in the system and could not change it "apparently". i like Papa John's that is why i keep going back but i would request the owner or Papa John's head office to read reviews from people and make some improvements.

Absolutely awful - will never order from here again. Delivery took 1 hour 50 minutes - staff were very unhelpful when I phoned to see where my order was. When it arrived it was cold - didn't waste my time calling for a replacement as we'd already wasted 2 hours waiting.

Just placed an order received my order after 45 minutes pizzas arrived cold had to reheat them in the microwave paid over £50 I call back and find out that I received terrible service never ever order from this branch ever again and the staff are a joke

Overly priced cold, dry and almost cheeseless pizza. Be ready to disappoint yourself. My Horrible experience with Papa John Coventry: I ordered two pizzas one was XXL (£19.99) and medium (£15.99). Due to the offer on medium pizza, i got it for £5.99 instead of 15.99. I paid extra £1.40 for extra cheese on XXL pizza. In total, i gave £30 to the delivery man including the Tip for him. The pizzas were delivered within one hour. I was so looking forward to the hot, cheesy gooey pizza. My excitement was very short lived.. When i opened the box, my pizzas were almost cheeseless, you could see just the sauce on the bread without cheese... on top of that it was cold and dry.. That's not it, the tomato sauce was probably spoiled as it gave me stomachache half an hour into eating. So, I barely ate 2 slices and put my share in the fridge. Next day, I warmed up the pizza and ate just one slice and had the same horrible experience and stomachache. I would give it -5 star if it was possible.. I wasted my money and experienced food poisoning on top of that..

Ridiculously overpriced. Even the biggest pizza isn't enough for one person and I am a small 5'4" lady. I had cheaper (but very good) pizza back in London. However, if you aren't concerned about price, then go for it as taste wise it was fine.
