Papa John's Pizza in South Kesteven

Turns up late forget what i orderd then by time come back id ate me pizza not good at all and rude

Slowest pizza place ever. Ordered an hour and a half ago. Their app says it was delivered 46 minutes ago. I called and they just said its on its way, didn't even ask my address or anything... Ended up making something to eat. Definitely don't order if you're starving.

We placed a large order. Over £40. The only thing that was good and edible was the pizza and the drink. Our sides were horrible. The bacon and cheese tots were mushy and cold. No cheese and 3 tiny bits of bacon. The BBQ wings were fatty and barely any sauce. The garlic bread was over cooked and cold like trying to chew leather. We called to get a partial refund and the manager put us off saying to Oder next time and we would get a discount. When how is a customer supposed to know if that person on the phone is the actual manager and like they would even remember it. Will never order anything again from papa John’s. Terrible service and over priced!!!

We've been waiting for a hour an twenty minutes but still not received any food. The 'tracker' has been on 'checking and cutting' for 55 minutes. Genuinely think they've forgotten the order, I live 5 minutes drive away

Quick service and friendly, pizza tasted delicious and the small deal with side and drink great price

Food came very fresh and hot and chicken and cheese bites were so fresh and yummy very tasty

I requested no green peppers and it came covered in green peppers the worst of all the peppers and despite picking them off , it’s all I could taste, I didn’t even finish a slice, it was about 5 minutes late but it was cold, , the cheesy garlic bread was ok but again cold and not that flavourful , won’t be ordering again

i ordered this with ben and jerrys ice cream, and upon delivery i was not given it

Restaurant closed after stating on just eat it was open so no food and no refund

Actually put me off pizza recently when I discovered a single bite almost instantly made me run for a drink. Excessively salty to the point of ruining the taste, seriously, how much salt?

Even though it was late it was delicious

WHY CAN YOU NOT READ THE NOTES/INSTRUCTIONS???? Literally EVERY time I order they get it wrong!! If I ever meet Papa John he's getting a massive Chinese Burn to remind him to train his staff better!

I love the food but they NEVER EVER read the notes, no matter HOW BIG you put them on the order. Ordered 5+ times, every time stating NO JALEPENOS but no-one reads it :(

Over 40 quid on cold inadequate pizza . Papa John's ...if you do have better ingredients and better pizza ...you sure as hell are not sending it out with your deliveries! Won't be ordering again

Friendly staff. Very fast service. The papadias is really good. The young lady who I have spoken to who works here is lovely. Very helpful and always talks to customers.

Really friendly pretty young woman. Who gave me a free drink because it was around 30 degrees outside. which was nice of her. And the cheesesteak papadias was really good.

Pizza is good, the wings aren't as good as their competitors. Vegan and gluten free options are far easier to access here.

We ordered a pizza, it was near raw. The most discusting pizza, ever. When I ve called the store to complain, the guy on the phone was ironic and rude

Ordered online with Papa Johns, I thought let’s try something different from the usual Domino’s. Ordering was easy and the pizza tracker very handy, ordered at 618pm, by 638pm my pizza was out and being cut, the next step it’s in its way. The tracker showed that it wasn’t in the hands of a driver until 7.20pm that means it sat on the side for 40 mins. I tried calling to suggest I collect but they won’t answer their phone. The tracker then told me I had received the food at 7.43 , alas nothing, the driver finally arrived at 756pm and I rejected the food as it was stone cold, I mean really cold. Throughout the whole time I have been trying to call the restaurant now up to 14 calls and everyone of them has rung out without answer. Appalling customer service. I have eaten at other PJ’s and it’s been great it just seems to Grantham’s that’s bad, back to Dominos. I still don’t have my food not sure if any will arrive and the website says 7-10 days before they will consider a refund !!!!

Lovely delicious pizza, but unbearable to sit and wait not knowing if and when it is going to be delivered. Just-it shows status “Enjoy the food” when time window expired, when called the restaurant and been told that it will be delivered in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later pizzas arrived. Not sure will order again as this is not reliable. Probably pick up service wood be better and pizza is really good. Thanks

Delivered: NEVER….The delivery driver could not find my address. He said he was on my street but could not find me even though I was standing outside periodically. In the end I told him to cancel the order and arrange a refund. Nobody has struggled to find the address previously.

Even if I accidentally entered the wrong address due to Deliveroo's terrible interface they still were kind enough to re-deliver it to me on the spot as I said I mentioned the wrong address.

Quick and easy to order, great menu, delivery time always by time stated or early.

A technical glitch between Just Eat and Papa Johns meant my order had been received but not processed. Gave them a call and they were very helpful and got my delivery out to me as quick as they could. Threw in a bottle of coke for free as I forgot to add it into the order. All things considered I know these things can happen and they made it right. Good job guys.

Nice to receive great customer service following a missing side from our order. The delivery person was extremely apologetic and said he would return shortly with it. I phoned Papa Johns and told them that if it was easier they could leave the side and refund the money instead, however they insisted on bringing the item (which arrived 10 minutes later), and asked which dessert we would like to choose as a way of apology – we declined the offer of free dessert and stated that the genuine apology received from both delivery and phone staff was more than enough :-)

Arrived just 21 minutes after ordering!! 10 minutes before they said it would be. And it was delicious.. Full marks!!

Love their pepperoni pizza nice gooey Cheese. Was there Friday night only took ten minutes. Would recommend.

First the first time ever I decided to try a pizza. I called the store because I cannot eat cheese and my husband cannot have garlic. The lady who took our call was really pleasant and helpful, so I placed an order. This was delivered by a young man within half an hour. The food was excellent, we both had a chicken club pizza, mine without cheese, and some garlic bread. My husband said his was also lovely and he would order again. Many thanks for your excellent food and a really good experience of your services.

Nice pizza & cauli wings, but buffalo dip for wings as well as extra BBQ dip were missing, and no vegan hot dog sausage on pizza as advertised, just the jackfruit pepperoni slices, also pizza was already pretty cold

Ordered online, and chose a later more precise time and was still late, I'm sure they will claim it was busy but still had plenty of time, when dominos get to me within 20 minutes of ordering most times. Vegan pizza was shockingly bad, very tight with the pepperoni on pizzas too, and there was so much crust and hardly any actual cheese and toppings, wish I had took a picture now, and their XXL pizza is just a large really. Will definitely not order from there again.

Absolutely fantastic services! We placed a humongous order over the phone and it was dealt with so professionally and precisely. Abi was the phone operator who was very polite and open to our wild order. She recommended some fantastic options and we gobbled them up at a rapid rate. The pizzas and sides were bloody fantastic and we got the scrumptious food in our belly’s as soon as possible with their rapid delivery service. Nothing will ever beat the services Grantham Papa johns gave us that night. I’ll always been in their debt. I wish we was local to Grantham Papa johns because we’d have dinner there every night. 11/10. Get an order in ASAP.

These guys are the best. Friendly, fast and delicious. Any issues with the pizza (which has been only the once) they apologised and sent out a replacement ASAP. It might be a chain company, but the staff who work there really make it one of the best take outs we use.

First time in my Papa John's experience I had to wait double the time for collection when ordered online. Toppings very poorly spread out and anchovies are way too salty. Very disappointed in this branch.

Not open at 1200 as stated, bad news Papa John, you lost a sale! Shame because when I have used you before it was good!

Probably the best papa John pizza I have had.... Much better than dominoes any day of the week.

Awful service glad I got a discount online tryied calling nobody answered 3rd time finally got an answer and told 20 mins ago driver had just left can drive it in maximum 10 minutes so where is my order got told then driver had just left so where had the first driver gone. Best be fresh and warm or it will end up back at the shop with a very unhappy customer. Only waited 1 hour 20 minutes and still waiting.

Chose papa johns as i heard dominoes was going down hill only to be disappointed in papa John's grantham, 1hour 10minutes delivery for a nearly cold pizza that's doughy and chewy my jaw hurts! I bet papa John won't be happy in what's being dished out coz I certainly wasn't! Positive note tho the festive topping was ok
