I came here expecting a fastly/made burger, and i waited more than 20 minutes!!! Service looks like they are not doing anything 😡 Never coming here again 😡

Incredibly slow. Despite it being dinner time in a busy service station, every meal is cooked to order. Burgers sat on the shelf for 20 Minutes while food served in order of arrival not readiness

Honestly the food is cold. The price is ludicrous and not even accepting the app to get deals. There’s a cost of living crisis. So you’re charging £13 for a burger meal!

All of the burgers came cold with no sauce and no cheese only one burger was supposed to have no sauce but all came without all burgers are dry.

Waited 10 minutes to order and although it wasn't that busy, poor Alfie had obviously been train by the customer prevention officer....rude ignorant and something have to to expect from burger king.. especially when travelling...ah well no reads these anyways

Missed out an entire meal that was ordered and paid for. Tried calling the restaurant and the number supplied by just eat is not recognised

Food is very well prepared and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly! All food was fresh and hot. For a service station the prices are fair and I don’t mind paying that little bit more when I get excellent service and great tasting food

I waited over 2 hours, for a place that’s just down the road. My food is stone cold and isn’t even worth £25 all together. I don’t want a small refund, I want my whole £25 refunded please. I’m unhappy

Closing times are shocking!! Expect to get something hot to eat after a long drive and closed an hour and a half before closing time

Had a bacon double cheeseburger. The place was empty and there weren’t any burgers in the rack so I assumed mine was made fresh. But it was somehow almost cold, and looked nothing like the image. Would’ve taken it back but wasn’t in the mood. What a massive overpriced disappointment.

Extremely slow service, and when we did get our order, the milk shake was melted, and the chips were half filled really pathetic effort don't recommend what so ever.

Ordered 2 meals when they arrived, the fries were missing. Tried to call the restaurant to ask them to deliver what I ordered and was not able to speak to anyone. This is not the first complaint I've made about this BK branch. Every order I've made either has something missing or is stone cold when it arrives!!! Absolutely abysmly Branch, I will never use this branch of Burger King again!!!

Burger was great, really good and would definitely order again. Driver was lovely too !

Orders a California bbq king no cheese and it came with cheese and I ordered strawberry milkshake and got a vanilla one The workers are useless

We tried to use the touch screens but food and drink items like Coffees were missing. Our two bacon double cheeseburgers were fridge cold and the meat Luke warm. These were replaced for us no problems but we're found to be still not hot as expected?? Charging over £12 for rubbish like this is appalling. I have complained to Burger King but still No improvement. DONT BOTHER going here the Gregg's is much more like you would expect.

This a complaint to just eat NOT Burger King as I’ve spoke to the staff already. The staff explained that the just eat system did not instruct them to do the order and kept saying wait so they couldn’t make a start on the order. On my device, it also said waiting.

Don’t put cold drinks in the same bag making the food cold! This shouldn’t be that hard to work out!

Food was late which isn't normally a problem but stone cold and missing all the dips I ordered.

One of the meals had the wrong drink and side with it... Also did not receive sauces as requested so the kids were dissappointed... Not very good!

Ordered from this one by mistake, 2 drivers later the food was hot and tasty, really surprised and pleased

You've stopped doing the offers on the BK app and hiked your prices, pure greed and ripping off your customers.... Fine, I'll stop giving you my custom, and go to the Greggs instead. Hopefully many other customers won't be ripped of either and walk away. ZERO stars for customer service. And if its MOTO driven greed, how quickly they forgot all that cobblers about valuing KEY workers!

Only chicken, not one clean table whereas there is no customer.

Very bad attitude towards customers. I ask for napkins, ketchup and straws. We are in 5 .I spend £22.95 alone. Never again. Ridiculous. At Macdonald's one cheeseburger is £1.99. Onios rings they came from Marcos.....

Forgot the extra sauce, otherwise pretty good. Delivery was fast considering the distance.

Burger King is inside the service centre. They had touch screen order screens - but these weren’t working when we were there as all would fail/have error when trying to pay, so everyone had to order at the counter, taking a little more time. (Approx. 20 minutes from the time we walked up until we had two meals in hand.) The service was friendly and helpful (even though probably a little understaffed). Several vegan options (whopper, royale) available. Food was fine - exactly as expected as comparable to other Burger Kings. Parking at the service centre was ample.

Ordered a burger without pickles as I’m allergic and they sent burger with pickles on. Unable to eat.
