Always great food and speedy delivery

Very bland, low quality and soggy kebab meat. Was also piled on top of the pitta bread which also ended up soggy and inedible. Came recommended so I gave it a try but my local chippy does a much better kebab, and they put the meat on the grille for a bit to give it a little crisp, this obviously came straight off the spit with out time to cook properly, the frozen kebab meat from home bargains taste better for a fraction of the cost. Won’t order again.

Heard the delivery driver swearing over the phone because he couldn't read a road sign and door numbers. Driver was extremely rude. Food took an hour and 20 mins to eventually turn up and was cold so refused to accept it

Said it had been delivered 15 mins before even arrived and arrived cold and the chips was stale, rang the restaurant and said was on the way but still took 10 mins after I rang

Ordered take away, delivered 45 minutes late. Food was cold absolutely disgusting service, will not use them again . Phoned twice both times were told it will be with us in a minute, what a shambles, it arrived on the back of a moped, could be why it took him 45 Minutes to come from Grantham!!!!!!!

Lady was rude to my partner when giving the food to us as she knocked on the door we didn't hear her and when she rang me on the phone she was very snappy in voice and rude

Food was delivered early. It was hot, tasty and everything was correct. Used Charcoal grill a few times and been pleased each time. Will continue to use as the food is great.

Order a large combination kebab end up with a standard chicken shish, this happened twice, put said information into the comments receive the correct size but all kofte 🤦‍♂️

Dissapointed, not what we expected, had this many times but this was the worst, cold food, small portion, the chicken kebab was tiny, not filling for a child, poor value for money...

We usually order two medium pizzas, one with barbecue base and one normal, they have seperated the menu for normal and barbecue base so you dont get the buy one get one free, not paying £35.00 quid for two pizzas, totally different thin crust base and less topping this time, why the change ????

Pizza base was slightly softer and under cooked than usual. Usually it's a superb pizza.

Was a loyal customer until today, when their site glitched out while I was ordering and was stuck on "pending" for 2 whole hours. Tried to ring up and every single time one of two things happened: Either the line was busy or not one person bothered to even pick up. They have nowhere else to contact and don't even bother informing anyone of any system difficulties, causing undue stress and irritation. Unacceptable.

Food only just warm, Driver was apologetic saying it was too dark.

I’ve noticed that restaurants are getting crafty with being late, they seem to be getting around the deliveries and not showing the progress so that if a meal is late it’s not showing on the app and then they don’t get penalised for late orders and Just eat having to issue discounts to customers for lateness. Anyway, pizza was nice, not had one here from ages and it’s gone a bit skimpy of the sauce and the toppings. Will have to try a different place going forward.

Have been ordering for 7 years and very rarely get a problem from these. They are always quick to rectify any issues with a quick phone call. Really great staff and food is great. Fairly priced in a highly competitive market.

Really quick delivery so the food was piping hot. They also gave me the sauces too which was great. But the food was poor, I asked no mushrooms but replace with extra meat in the calzone. There was very little filling in the in the pizza. Very poor value for a single £14 order.

Haven't been here in years however stopped by to get 7 meals for the work lot and it was brilliant 👌

Pizzas arrived with friendly driver, on time, and were piping hot. Our first time buying from here and will certainly consider again. 2 for 1 was a good offer. Plenty of cheese and a decent amount of topping.

Really great quality. So easy for this type of food to be far too greasy but this was fantastic and had a great flavour!

You put tuna on my pizza! What were you thinking?! Tuna! I ordered a chicken hot and I didn’t realise till I was eating it! The trauma is real! Oh and my jacket potato wasn’t cooked but mainly the tuna thing!

The lamb Shish is normally big chunks it was very thin and over cooked and the chicken donner was very dry. It’s not the best food I’ve had from them.
