Quick service and friendly staff pizza nice, fresh and tasty as always.

Our pizza was delivered today & you would thouth the driver used it as a Frisbee on the way. I've never seen a pizza bashed into the corner losing all it's toppings! We called the restaurant for a new pizza after complaining to Uber the staff were so rude basically telling us it's Uber's problem. I'm pretty surw Papa John's got paid for the pizza. On a positive note the jalapeño poppers slapped!

Piping hot pizza collected. Stopped off on our way from Manchester to London. This place isn’t too far from J10 of the M6 and is so much better than being overcharged at a motorway services. Half and half…American Hot and Veggie Hot and it was delicious.

Its pizza is so good and its service is the best.

Hi , I order meat pizza instead of beef add chicken ( even I tell lady she’s always on front desk she said ok ) after she still add beef when open box tell her you make wrong pizza she said I’m busy this time you eat next time I’m careful . 👎👎👎👎👎

It’s nice pizza place around us . I am papa johns pizza lover since from more then 4 year I tried pizza everywhere but willenhall papa johs got gud food they served delicious food everytime . I love chicken fajita and piri piri popper its amazing 🥲 and dessert cooking dough and brownies I also like it and one more thing it’s clean place 👍👌😋😋😋

Just had pizza, it was awful I couldn't eat it. It was very greasy leaving a film of grease on my lips and in the box, it even soaked through the cardboard leaving grease on the table. Its a shame because previous pizza (exactly same order) have been lovely. Oh well waste of money and will have to think hard about whether to use again. This is genuine review.

Absolutely discusting service is shocking and one thing I hate is lying staff! Promise times and doesn’t arrive 1 & hour hours delivery and not even peak time, When it did come! FREEZING….Papa John’s are really going down hill locally! Currently getting no response from head office either

Says its delivered had to ring again as its not delivery. Told it will be with you shortly. Had this 3 times now. Still waiting

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 18:42 and didn’t receive it till 20:02! When it came it was COLD and hardly edible. On top of that, they forgot to send all the dips we paid EXTRA for and didn’t answer the phone when we called to tell them. Horrible experience, it was my first time ordering from here and I’m never ordering from Papa Johns again

Pleasant staff & quick service.

This is one of the best papa johns I’ve ever had the pleasure of ordering from. Food is always warm and they have great deals. I usually get the BBQ chicken classic and it’s always perfect. The staff are welcoming and don’t rush you when ordering and they will always give you recommendations of what you enjoy. Also can’t beat the value for size.

Ordered tonight, tracked it to see where the food is, and it’s telling me delivered when I have not received anything. Called the store to see what’s happening, to make a long story short, employee named SERJIT is one of the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have ever come across, I don’t know where you got your training from, but you do not shout down the phone, interrupting me the whole time. Called again to chase and got ignored, had to use a different phone to call.

I ordered a pizza via Deliveroo at 22:15 and the order was confirmed after more than two hours waiting my order was cancelled with the excuse of “the restaurant is closed” when the restaurant actually closes at 23. If you do not want to do you job do not accept orders.

Ordered pizzas & sides through their app. The app confirmed payment but then froze, rang the shop to be told that they didn’t have our order, went to the shop to show evidence that order had been paid for and the app had said that payment had been received but staff refused to help in anyway. So £31.98 spent and no food. Disgusting service! Be warned about using their app. To add to this review 4 days later Papa Johns actually drew the money from the bank card we had used so now have the hassle of claiming the money back through the bank for food that we had not received. DO NOT USE THE PAPA JOHN WILLENHALL APP.

Always loved papa John's pizza, but recently due to the staff change I think the flavour and toppings have changed. Don't like their papadia anymore.

I ordered pizzas online and bear in mind my whole order came to over £60 and the app didn’t update my medium pizza to large, I placed the order, got confirmation and saw it was medium. I literally rang the shop within 1 minute of placing my order, to be told my order was in the oven all 4 pizzas, even though I’d literally just placed the order. The lady who I spoke to was soooo rude! Shouting down the phone at me blaming me for this error, when I tried to explain she continuously interrupted me which is VERY rude then told me I have to buy another pizza for £7.99 to make up to a large after I just paid over £60, yet I am a regular customer always spend this amount, to be treated like that!! Absolute disgusting customer service, absolute disgusting!!!! No more orders coming from me, no need for rudeness at all, regardless of what error was made, absolutely shocking!!!

Ordered via website for collection at a specific time. They rang asking where I was, 45 minutes before the time specified and then blamed me for their error! They made it fresh again when I went to collect and once again blamed me. No sign of any apology

Absolutely terrible do not understand how this franchise is still running! Pizza not cooked through and most toppings missed. Made with absolutely no care. The worst was when I contacted the establishment they did nothing to rectify my order and hung up the phone. Not even a refund?! £30 out of pocket - won’t return

Ordered via Deliveroo- estimated delivery was 35 mins after I ordered , an hour and half later no update on my order , called the branch didn’t answer multiple times - was then told 72 hours for a refund via Deliveroo

I have given a 1 star although I do enjoy the pizzas I receive. My 1 star is due to when I called to. Place my order and told the man in my last pizza received there was a hairy in my meal I had no acknowledgement or apology. Im disappointed with the attitude. However the. People there could be slaves Labour please forward to Walsall Council to investigate

I've only recently tried Papa John's and now I'm a convert. The pizzas are great and with the deals are a good price. My favourite things are the tots and the cheesy breads. I've not had any issues with this branch, the pizzas were hot and food was ready when I arrived for collection. I'll definitely be returning.

would be 5 stars if they learnt to slice it properly, used here 2 3 times now... and for some reason the crust is always still attached, as if who ever cut it was to lazy to go through it. As I said the pizza its self is real decent, but ruins it when half of it falls apart as it hasn't been cut properly 2

I called up to say I wanted to change one of the deals to a different deal and don't mind paying the extra but the lady on the phone was saying its too late now and wasnt be reasonable or understandable. Anyway the pizza came on time and the delivery driver was very friendly but the pizza had no taste to it and just seemed like a standard frozen pizza as if the dough was last weeks. I'm very disappointed with the service received.

I will prefer Domino’s over Papa Johns. Papa Johns will charge you lots of money for an average taste pizza and they will take around 40 minutes for a delivery. Never gonna buy pizza of Papa Johns again!

We have you this papa johns since it opened and honestly it’s our go to for takeaway every time! We’ve never once had to complain about the service or the food it’s always been absolutely spot on! I use other papa johns when away with work and even though they are the same company they aren’t as good for some reason.

TO SAY THAT DELIVERY DRIVER WAS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY. MANAGER DONT KNOW TO SPEAK WITH PEOPLE AND JUST SHOUT AT YOU IF YOU DONT AGREE WITH AND SPEAK ALONE. PIZZA WITHOUT TASTE. IS MORE PIZZA WITH TOMATO SAUCE THAN MOZZARELLA. YOU ASKING FOR LOTS OF MONEY AND YOU DONT EVEN PUT CHEESE ON THE PIZZA. VEGAN PIZZA IS VERY BAD. WITH 20£ YOU CAN EAT MUCH BETTER AND A BETTER PIZZA.... I DONT KNOW IF ITS THE STORE OR NOT AS LAST TIME WE ORDERED FROM ANOTHER STORE WHERE WAS DELICIOUS FOR THIS I ORDERED AGAIN FROM PAPA JOHNS... Previously gave this place a bad review after a bad experience last year. Dont know if ownership has changed. But it's so much better now. Our go to pizza place now.

Good Pizza, tasty sides, delivery is reasonable. Tad expensive but I believe it reflects in its taste though there's offers to take advantage of also to grab a bargain sometimes. Not anything different for a pizza chain. Their accuracy in your order however is debatable. This is my 2nd time ordering from this branch and my sides have been substituted both times which is starting to feel like a lottery. The first instance I was told upon delivery that my dessert had been substituted, recieving Cookie Dough instead of the Brownies I ordered. Their excuse was they had none. 50p difference, decided to disregard and enjoy. The second time however was a surprise and a more expensive substitute at that. 3 lots of Pizza Sticks was recieved instead of Six Cheese Garlic Sticks. The difference is £1.50 each between the 2 products to which I spent approx £9.88 on thanks to the 40% off £40 to receive the wrong product. It is for this reason I'm writing this review. Rather disappointed as I know their food is good but accuracy and quality control frankly is lacking. Bluntly, the Pizza is excellent. The dough is fantastic and fresh, toppings are flavorful and positively bursting in your mouth, particularly the bacon and seasoned sausage (All the Meats). The crisp of a peperoni too is quite surprising compared to my other pizza chain experiences. And whilst the sides are tasty, (highly recommend the Six Cheese Pizza Sticks), I can't help but advocate you to avoid. Just beware of the sides menu from this branch if you dont want to be disappointed if you dont recieve what you want.

Disappointed ordered 2 extra large pizza's the was cold the delivery driver thrown them on the floor phoned back and they put the phone down on me 30 pund wasted

Ordered xxl pizza and large pizza, xxl pizza was a standard size large and large was a medium. Order 2 lots of wedges but only got one as order was mixed up which weren't even cooked properly, their was barely any meat pieces on the pizza and lastly asked for garlic and herb sauce but got garlic which tasted like butter. Overall it was too pricey and the service wasn't the best either will not be ordering from their again!

Couldn't taste the garlic on the garlic bread

This review is based on my order from today I order from here once every week for tea for me & kids and EVERYTIME the wedges are still frozen. We only have them as the part of meal deal we have . They need longer to cook because the not edible !

Seen the ads for Papa Johns wanted to see if it does what it says. Yes it does have tried various pizzas, sides and sweets Lives up to the statements in the ads.....Highly recomend as not had a bad meal

Ordered meat feast, when it came virtually no meat on it,two pieces of Peperami half a dozen pieces of crispy bacon and one piece of ham and some round meatballs. It was supposed to be crispy thin,more like no crispy, it was just like chewing old boot leather,my daughter only ate one piece of hers,she couldn't stomach the taste.
