Anchor Brook Cafe in Walsall

• Great breakfast • a no nonsense cafe in Aldridge. Staff were very kind and friendly, I wanted to customise my breakfast and was advised to create my own with 8 items for £7.50. all items were made as requested (extra crispy bacon) this price also included my coffee . The cafe is great value for money and the food hit the spot. It's not the prettiest of cafe's out there and it is based in an industrial estate. But if you wake up craving a full English, this is one place I'd seriously consider.

A hidden gem, if you love good simple food and friendly staff, this is perfect. Always very busy & has a large regular customer base. No matter how busy the staff are, they always have a friendly smile and welcome. Situated in the middle of an industrial estate, well worth a visit. Brilliant breakfasts & lunches. Go early as they usually close right after the lunchtime rush.

We always get food delivered from here. Always delicious and hot food. No complaints.

Been waiting 3 hours now for a delivery of them shocking service after we phoned they said they were waiting for there delivery driver to come back and still waiting an hour later

Don't bother ordering unless you want breakfast for lunch waited 4 hours for food just unacceptable

A true diamond in the rough! 1st time I walked in here I didn't expect a lot but it is now the only cafe I will use. Its a lot bigger inside than it looks and the staff here are wonderful. So welcoming and friendly. The food is out of this world. Ive never even had a burnt corner of toast, everything is always cooked perfectly. My only negative is that it is pretty cold inside, though this will be a blessing in the summer. You won't be sorry for coming here I promise!

Ordered bacon and sausage sandwich,it came with no butter on the bread. Basically it was so dry I had to through it away.i won't be going back

Love this place! Round the corner from me and the food is delicious! Proper breakfasts and the burgers are divine! Also, lovely ladies behind the counter who are friendly and helpful and it's cooled quickly too! Top notch all round!

Ordered online through Uber eats sent wrong order when I called to rectify this they called me a liar and said the chef knew they had sent the right food told them I was happy to send back wrong order as proof so I did no Thankyou no apology and an 2 hour wait for a sandwich

Food is great and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that let's it down a little in my opinion is how cold it is in there. 1 heater in a large room. Could do with more

Spot on Bacon Sausage and Beans Bap...

Everything seemed nice however if your thinking sausage or bacon, pick bacon as the sausage isn't that good, not undercooked or overcooked just poor. Glad I had both

After 1 hour and 15 minutes i called the restaurant to see if i will get my food ofcourse they had an excuse when i called. That the machine automatically send the message to me that the order is on the way when it was not. So ordering a breakfast at 9.45 deliveroo saying order will arive at 10.55 when in reality was 11.30 what a perfect system. Probably better off going for your food personally then to have expectations that the systems in place will function accordingly.

Went in this cafe , first impressions not good , needs painting , ordered sausage & egg sandwich , when opened bag the sandwich wasn't wrapped that good , sausage was just warm , had 2bites & all I could taste was grease/fat needless to say it went straight in bin , wont be visiting again.

Visited here a few times for lunch and breakfasts. I've got to say the food is delicious and the service is quick with friendly staff. The home made curry is to die for will definitely return.

This is a nice cafe the service is quick and friendly. They offer a good choose in the menu and the food we had was cooked ok and we all enjoyed it. There is also or side seating for when the weather is good and dry but there is no cover our there. Inside it is clean and plenty of seats.
