Papa John's Pizza in Three Rivers

Always great service. Speedy delivery. Never had a problem with the Ricky branch. All round splendid tasty pizza

The food was mid level but the customer service was shocking. The first time I ordered from them someone put garlic sauce on a cinnamon tart thing. He was apologetic and gave me a replacement and a £10 voucher next time i ordered. One problem you had to order over the phone. So on the day i decided to order again the person answering the phone was helpful at first but he made one error. He didn't take the money of when he had agreed to take it of. Then after I had paid I noticed on my bank statement and it was £10 more expensive than expected so I called him back annoyed because he assured me he had taken it of he offered me a extra free pizza I told him it would be too much food and then he tried to offer me a free large pizza next time I ordered and I told him I don't want to order from Papa John's again and he finally told me that his manager wasn't their so he would call me when he got back. That was nearly 2 weeks ago. Also I had ordered a deal that has 2 pizzas, 2 sides and a drink and they forgot the drink. But it was a easy fix when they sent it after. Overall, it was appualing do not order. I called the a total of 9 times that day. Still waiting for my refund Papa John's.

I am not too sure how this keeps happening but I have recieved wrong order ,after wrong....I wouldn't think much of it a decade ago when people rang up to place orders via phone call...but you recieve the order in writing on a screen via the app.... Below was supposed to be the "works" pizza with stuff crust..... so not only was it the most expensive pizza it was a complete joke to recieve your basic kids meal pizza!!! So 2 hours after ordering and speaking to a staff member who said they would re send my correct order , I have ordered chinease instead maybe my naighbours will enjoy my pizza for me....if it turns up. Sort your company out they clearly need re-training.

We were on holiday in the area and fancied a pizza. Of all the pizza shops in the area we liked the choice of deals on offer and the value for money. Delivery was quick and hot and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

Really bad! There was a problem last time I ordered 5 months ago and got 30 pounds credit for my next order. I phone this morning and the person says yes, you have 30 pounds credit. I phone to place my order and its no longer there apparently.. ridiculous. BAD STAFF! BAD COMMUNICATION! DONT GO!

really great opening deals to be had, the pizza is your average takeaway pizza - better than dominos but not quite pizza hut. Variety of sides is great and they are enjoyable.
