I wish I had read the reviews, but how hard it's it to mess up pizza delivery? Well ordered at 6pm and took 2 hours to deliver barely warm pizza. I don't mind reheating pizza the next day but on delivery is a joke. They did not answer the phone or respond to emails. Avoid Since the response from the store is there is no "proof" here are some screenshots of the 2 hrs for a pizza, the pizza was marked delivered, but still did not turn up till 8pm. Need more proof I have it! Back to dominos for us!

Great pizza and fast, efficient service

Waited an hour and half for our food to be delivered. Rang up after 50 minutes and they said 15 minutes, it wasn’t it was 40. Will not recommend or use again. Go to dominos if you want pizza or even the kebab shop. Only thing I could say is it was hot which was good.

Food turned up over an hour after ordering, it was freezing cold and the tandoori spice pizza was missing the mint yoghurt and had barely any chicken, more onion than anything. Very disappointed, won't be using again.

Terrible food. Honestly, my cat even turned his nose up at it. Avoid. Pizza lacks any discernible taste, hardly any cheese, turned up cold and now wish I’d had marmite on toast and saved some money! Feeling robbed of a meal, money and the time spent trying to eat it!

Intended two for one pizzas and two sides instead of two large pizzas they gave me a cookie and one large pizza promised to bring the other pizza back never heard from them rubbish and stupid

Avoid at all costs if you have food allergies! Ordered online, was contacted to be told that they didn't have the sides ordered, asked what else they could offer/amend that would be safe for mine and my child's cows milk allergy, was told garlic bread, manager hung up on me before I could confirm. I phoned again to double check it was safe for us, was told "yeah yeah yeah" then hung up on again. The Food arrived over 35 minutes after it was said to be out for delivery, (I'm less than 10 minutes away) it was stone cold and stale. Was also missing half our toppings, the drink and sauces that we'd ordered. Phoned to complain and was dismissively offered a refund, not told how much, then hung up on before I confirm once again. Daughter had already started eating when I found dairy cheese HIDDEN under the the vegan cheese and toppings. Phoned the store to raise this issue, was told it was impossible as their cheeses are in separate pots and I must be wrong, then hung up on after I said I'd be taking this further if we had reactions. Both had an allergic reaction last night and have had no luck with the rude and dismissive management at this store. Will be avoiding at all costs and have contacted customer service. Shame on you for putting a child's health at risk like that.

Took over 2 hours for delivery. I called after an hour and was told it was on the way. I called again 20 mins later, same story. Again 10 mins later, same story. Just lied constantly. Terrible service.

Long black hair in my pizza. Contacted the store to raise the issue and the gentleman on the phone was very rude. Offered me a refund for half the order which I was happy to accept, however when I received the receipt, he only offered a partial refund. Rang back up to query why he offered a refund for half the order when he’s refunded the wrong amount and he went onto say how he’s lost 2 hours wages. It’s not the customers fault the staff lose 2 hours wages if they deliver a pizza with hair in it. Poor service

Pizza is really good, and the guy working made my daughter some potato bites free of charge just for her birthday. We eat in which wasn't the best. I am guessing it's mainly meant for takeaway.

Ordered instore for collection. Speedily made pizzas ready in under 15 minutes. Great pizza, great taste. Will be back when hungry....

Cold Pizza, rubbish management and the dough tasted like it was made in the 1920's! I have tried this place twice now and both times it has let me down! You are better off trying out all the local places

Absolutely the worst pizza in Ferndown. Not even close to the local offering let alone dominoes. It was bland, very doughy and tomato sauce had a horrible after taste. Also it felt like I had to wait an absolute age for what turned out to be x2 sub par pizzas. Will not be going here again. Tried the champion Dorset kebab House opposite them and it was delicious!

New management is appalling. Pizzas arrived cold, no dips and quality guarantee seals were open. When asked for order to be redone, they said yes, then 2 hours later I called again to be told it was too big of an order so offered me 2 medium pizzas instead. Asked for a full refund as was too late now and their offer not good enough. To then be told I have to go through the website for refund. Was then only offered a voucher for 2 large pizzas that had to be used in 5 days. Not good enough at all. Won't be using again.

The only took an hour and half to come it was cold, tried to call the restaurant to complain but they wouldn't answer!!! honestly I should of paid the extra for Domino's.

Ordered pizza an hour and a half before, online for delivery driver never turnt up, called 15 Times no answer went to the shop to complain and collect pizza, pizza was cold. Sides not cooked and cold in the middle and squidgy chicken bites thank god I spat it out, the staff hanging up the phone on calling customers whilst I sat there my partner called. Watched them hang up asked for a refund not an ounce of customer service will never use again. Poor excuse for papa johns all other branches have been amazing but will never use ferndown again. Worst branch ever

Ordered 3 pizzas. After 90mins phoned to check where they were. I was offered a refund (not yet materialised but I'll update) and was told that they would come eventually. I am still waiting 2 days later. This was my second time trying this branch which was a disaster then too. I've learned my lesson and will not be using them again. I honestly felt sorry for the staff working as they sounded like they were dealing with a torrent of abuse. Seems more likely to be run by people who are not up to the job. EDIT: refund was paid in full a few weeks later.

If I could give no stars I would the biggest waste of space store. Food didn’t even arrive. If you want a pizza then call dominos. The staff don’t even pick the phone up and if you call more than once they keep hanging up. Disgusting service. DEF STICK TO DOMINOS. My gf went there in the end and not one person in there can speak English no wonder they never answer the phone.

Yet to have a good experience in dealing with the Ferndown branch, consistently rude on the phone every time I’ve had to call, missing items and late on delivery. Use the Broadstone branch, it’s far better.

I have always rated Papa Johns pizzas above all other takeaway options. Not any longer. The pizza from Ferndown’s branch was drenched in grease, with barely enough topping to cover it and tasted very bland, soggy and doughy - certainly below the standard of a £5 shop bought frozen pizza. Definitely not worth the £21.50 we paid for it. Never again.

Frankly one of the best pizza places around, I've placed a few large orders over the space of 5 or so months (I enjoy pizza but I don't live off it) and have arrived quickly and presented well, though the slicing of the pizza is a bit inconsistent, some large, some small but hey, if I wanted class, I'd cook my own pizza, anyway, good service upon delivery, so I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about, maybe try somewhere closer? I hope the ferndown team keeps up the good standard.

Waited 1.5 hours for the pizza. Finally rang and was told it's out for delivery but potentially another 15 minutes to wait. Ordered at 7.50pm so outside of rush time. Will not be ordering again.

We waited 1 1/2 hours for our delivery. It then arrived cold. The online tracking service showed our pizza as being ready and for delivery 30 minutes into our wait. Such a shame and such a waste .

Your typical PJ’s, good pizza, meh sides. This restaurant however seems to be the worst managed business. How can you open a new location, spend all that money and never be open!! So many times i’ve tried ordering and “not taking orders”. Of course “covid”, yet just down the road the competition remain as reliable and prompt as ever! Not even going to bother with them in future, i expect im not the only one judging by the poor reviews! Good luck with future business LOLs.

This branch of papa johns lies to its customers over the phone, claiming orders that are 2hrs late are “just around the corner now” when in reality they haven’t even been cooked yet. Either understaffed or have systems issues frequently, avoid.

Waited an hour and no pizza, the app just kept saying it was in the oven! Spent 15 minutes on the phone to finally get things sorted out. 1st member of staff didn't know what was going on. 2nd member of staff was helpful, but kept having to go to a manager to clarify things. Why the manager couldn't have just spoken to me directly, they're paid more to deal with disgruntled customers. Also what part of 'middle staircase, 1st floor' did the delivery driver not understand! From now I'll be ordering from Domino's

So we put an early order in and selected a time for delivery, when it was 45 minutes late we telephoned the store to find out if it was coming. It took 20 minutes to actually get through at which point we were told that the delivery driver was on his way and was just making a delivery two roads away. Well, when we got to the point that the delivery was 1.5 hours late we tried calling again but couldn't get an answer despite trying for 20 minutes. It is now the next morning and it never arrived. We had no communication from the store either. Very, very poor. I'll be on the phone as soon as they open to get my refund. Back to dominoes next time.

Ordered 2 pizza’s, 2 hours ago and still waiting and no one answering the phone or email, now after reading comments from other people it was a really bad idea to order food from there, going to bed on a empty stomach as I have been told to self isolate

Dominos have been in Ferndown for some time and I've ordered from them many times. Thought I'd try something different - pleasantly surprised! Turned up hot, and the XXL really is XXL in size! I've ordered several times since and haven't had any problems. Haven't talked with the shop staff much but the drivers are polite.

Really disappointing. Clearly low quality ingredients and turned up almost cold. Thought I would try it out but big waste of money. Not inclined to eat it at all past trying it. Pretty sure this company used to pride itself on fresh ingredients. Wont buy again.

Ordered 3 XXL pizzas, took about an hour and 40 mins to deliver, were cold when they arrived, called 7 times and they wouldn’t answer the phone, terrible customer service, won’t be using them again.

I ordered 3 XXl pizzas for delivery and I was told it would be about 50 mins, after an hour and 20 mins I tried ringing 7times, the first 4 times the phone was answered and then put straight down, the remaining 3 times they just didn't even bother picking it up, they finally turned up after about an hour and 40 mins and were cold and still no one to answer the phone. I won't be using them again and they obviously have zero customer service.

Google says they’re open until 11pm. Wanted to order food at 6pm but it said the store is closed for delivery and collection. Tried phoning the store and had no answer. Going to have to go with Ferndown Dominos instead.

Ordered a "The Works" pizza along with Cheesy Jalapeño Bites last evening and also the Cinnamon Bites as well. Little bit of confusion over our address but OMG well worth the wait. Everything was absolutely delicious. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

We were happy to see a papa johns opening near to us as papa johns is a favorite of ours, unfortunately we have been left disappointed. The pizza was badly sliced and so we had tiny slices and enormous ones. We ordered garlic pizza bread and instead received garlic bread which is very dry and not up to normal papa johns standards. To be fair the pizza tastes really good though.
