Domino's Pizza in East Dorset

Over an hour an half wait for delivery. No notification of it taking this long. Took 20 minutes to get through on the phone to be told sorry it’s busy tonight. I understand busy but would be good to be told that with the confirmation email at least.

I ordered pizza today.The pizza had long hair in it, hygiene was really poor.

Had a great service by this dominos, placed an Order over the phone & spoke to the manager there. The store has definitely picked up since last few months. The driver was on time & very polite. Thank you guys!

Brilliant from beginning to end, the pizza and wings were well cooked and hot on arrival, a 5 star service. Many thanks would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great meal!!

I ordered on the app, money taken from my account, no pizza arrived, I popped into the branch and Mohammed Told me it’s not his problem, I need to talk to my bank. I asked him to honour the order and he Said no, despite seeing the debit on my account for the price of my order. Terrible service, leaving me to hope I get a refund as directed by Mohammed from Dominoes in Ferndown, who told me he is the manager.

The end of a long day of moving and we were starving. Something quick, not to pricey and tasty was needed by us all. Just our luck. A Domino's around the corner. A quick decision to choose. A quicker phone call. 20 minutes later and we were tucking into a lovely well deserved supper. Certainly filled an empty spot and much appreciated.

If you custom build your own pizza, it's the best. I'm talking BBQ meat feast with jalapenos, extra peppers, onions. Medium crust. Whatever you're into 👀❤️

Ordered from here a lot, recently got much worse. Food is here very fast but always cold for some reason. Rude management refused to do anything about it. Buy from Poole store instead.

As pizza's go, this Domino's sell them. Round and topped with toppings of your choice. I offered some ideas for future pizza's, but i don't think they were received well. The roast dinner topping for Sundays, the kabab topping for Saturday nights, and the Cod and chips topping for Fridays!!

Awful service, it took nearly an hour to have the food. Pizza was cold and not really enough toppings, the worst was after waiting for such a long time, the order missed nearly half of what we have ordered. We have called back though and they said they will make it again but it was really frustrating as had friends around. Still food came late again and when we called they never picked up.

Ordered 3 pizza's Sunday just gone over the Easter weekend. Service and food fantastic. Well done to them.

Delicious pizza every time round. Quick speedy service. Friendly staff. Great small waiting area with a scoreboard system which shows you what stage your pizza is on. Great experience.

The chocolate-covered cinamon rolls didn't come with the chocolate. They are too dry without it.

order 2pizzas and garlic bread chicken stripper looks like there still clucking and chips all under cooked pizza wasn't how I order it 2 slices didn't even have topping on no garlic and herbs dips who ever cuts the pizza should go to Specsavers and get eye test cheesy garlic bread only had cheese on 1quarter of it

Food is nice, bit pricey but a nice treat. Just very disappointed with delivery, food arrived late and well below room temperature, which totally spoiled the experience. This is the second time this has happened to us. Shame.

Speediest delivery last night ever! Put my order through at 18:33 and by 18:50 I had a knock at my door with my dinner. Driver was super friendly & wished me a good evening. Keep it up Dominos Ferndown! Much different to another branch I tried numerous times could never quite get it right.

Food has deteriorated since lock down

Visiting the area, and too late as it was to gain a restaurant table, we decided to check out the local Branch of our favourite Pizzaria and make a "collection order" Booking online direct with Dominos website, the clear and easy to operate booking system enabled me to place our requirements quickly and efficiently. And to pay with Google Pay on my smartphone I then moved to Google maps to establish the geographical location for our collection, only to discover the branch was scheduled to collect from, was due to close in 3 minutes. Concerned that having paid for the food, I would be unable to collect in under 15 minutes I telephoned the branch... I was politely greeted by Adam (I was very surprised that the phone was even answered, so close to closing time) Immediately I was put at ease by Adam who assurred me that despite the store closing at 10:45pm, the food would be prepared and a member of staff would be present to assist me upon arrival. Arriving shortly after 11pm I was welcomed by Callum who was enthusiastically cleaning the kitchen. He was clearly aware of my imminent arrival. As my order was ready to go, compiled correctly and the quality was better than any other branch I have visited. This is a textbook example of what Professional and Effective customer service should be. Well done to all the staff concerned. Absolute 5 stars 😎

Ordering online was easy, the delivery very quick but order was incorrect & almost cold. So disappointed shame as well as this was a takeaway treat that we can't always afford to do

Good fast food, like the pizza bases.

Love dominoes and regularly order but this stores constinecy is awefull. At least half the time the pizza is undercooked (visible from the anemic crust). Almost all the time the toppings and slice size are uneven. The cheesy garlic bread often has more crust than centre.

Whoever runs this place needs to be replaced, the lady could not give a single feck towards customers and running the business successfully.

There was a person working there who was making the dough bases, they were making them so fast, it was amazing. Kept my daughter glued to the window until our pizza was cooked.

Just ordered a large Pepperoni Pizza thin crust with cheesy garlic bread for delivery. The pizza arrived in good time however its the worst pizza we've ever had, no crust, limp and frankly tasteless. As for the cheesy garlic bread - NO - we got warm chocolate chip cookies! We phoned to complain, communication was not brilliant and no apology was forthcoming. Shan't use Domino's Pizza ever again!

Not up to its usual standards on this particular order, placed a phone order and told to collect in 10 minutes, arrived 15 after order placed to be told it wasn't ready and 1 pizza still in oven. Then was told they couldn't find the pizza all while customers that arrived after me were getting there orders. All in all had to wait nearly 40 minutes from time of order. Was given a box of wedges as & apology. Will still use domino's as I like they do the best pizza bar none but need to sort customer service out!

It's a takeaway pizza.....get a good deal by using the app and choosing pick up in store bogof ;)

Only a few miles away from my home an still after 8 + years they still don't deliver to verwood something wrong here three cross is right next to us and deliver there ???????

The counter service still has some place for improvement, to say the least. The person served me was really bored with his job, he did what he had to, but the extra mile this company was always famous for was seriously missing. I nearly had to force myself no to leave the whole store before placing my order. The waiting time was correct, and the food compensated me for the mishaps before. The taste and the texture of my pizza was champion, it was fresh and delicious, just as I imagined when decided to get into this store. Overall experience : the food is worth going in for it, and if you have a lucky day you might face another person behind the counter and that might be kinder than mine was tonight. Good luck.

Fast, good quality takeaway pizza and good customer service.

I was really looking forward to a pizza and franks hot chicken wings but upon being asked for money my £20 note was refused , It has the queens head on - It’s a current note in circulation - and I might add - It is illegal to refuse legal tender!! The government has plans to make rules to protect cash and, as part of this, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) could oversee that. Which? said it supports the proposal regarding the FCA and wants to see the regulator track levels of cash acceptance. "The government has already proposed giving the FCA responsibility for cash,"

When I went to to collect I was told pizzas were ready, just waiting for garlic bread, over 10minutes later I was handed a pile of cold pizzas

Used the on-line app to order the food, and was ready on time and the order was correct. Pizza was well made and hot upon collection.

Called a bit last minute, was really fancying a pizza, the lady was rushing me on the phone and I was trying to get money from my savings into my current account, she hung up on me multiple times, she was rude and told me in verbatim "everyone wants to go home now", tried to call back and no answer. Won't be spending my hard earnt cash at dominoes Ferndown ever again

Wait in car, get message saying its ready, can't get straight away as queue outside and only one in shop at a time. Not the best system...

Vegan pizza was awesome shame the delivery driver was lazy and rude and wasn't even wearing any PPE (no gloves or mask).

Poor. Placed an order on a Tuesday. I understand that this is a busy day as it's two for Tuesday. After over an hour wait (I have no problem waiting for food. When good food arrives.) Cold pizza arrived. Toppings where not evenly over pizza. Some sections covered others with nothing on at all. Even how the pizza had been cut showed no care. I understand this is fast food but I expect my food to be at least warm.

Gluten Free pizza is not gluten free. OK I know they don't absolutely guarantee it however the fact they advertise it means you assume they will do their very best. The scale of the allergic reaction means whoever made it couldn't have cared less. The pizza was even sliced which i have never seen with gluten free pizza before - not sure where they keep the gluten free pizza cutter?

Not one to complain usually but when you're waiting over 2 hours for a pizza to be delivered when told on the phone be 45 mins to an hour. Not good service. When called told that it was going to be another hour and a half toll it will be out due to the deliveries running behind. Not good enough at all poor service and no apology......

If I could give no stars I would. Worst "customer service" EVER! Rude and abusive! We ordered for lunch at work and provided our address twice over the phone. We booked for the pizza to be delivered at 12:45, nothing had arrived by 13:00. Called the shop and was told that it was booked for delivery THIS EVENING! Was then told it was on its way. Another 10 minutes of waiting (we are 3 minutes maximum from the shop) and no pizzas. Then a call from another building across the road saying the driver was with them - they confirmed our address to the driver AGAIN! Another 10 minutes passed, we watched the driver pull into the car park and then drive off again. Numerous phone calls to the shop. In the end the driver phoned and asked us to MEET HIM SOMEWHERE to deliver our pizzas. A colleague met the driver who was abusive and squared up to my colleague. Spoke to the manager who told us it was OUR fault that this had all happened, after a heated discussion, it was agreed to refund the full amount for our cold pizzas that FINALLY WE had to collect from the driver.

This is the third time its happened and if it happens again im gonna stop them before they can drive away with my money. Shocking got the order wrong and very rude on the phone making out it was the customers fault. Do not use worse customer service I have ever had to deal with. My son was in tears because he never got his pizza.

Got address wrong not drivers fault waited ages. Pizza was not hot as they stated it would be after phoning up querying where my pizzas were. The original lady I spoke to was going to cook fresh pizzas and throw in free garlic bread. Why not after waiting with hungry kids and being a regular twice a month customer. After speaking to the manager. The lady came back and said she will speak to driver. I got original pizzas that turned up to wrong address cold. Driven all over town and mashed about. What can you do send them back and wait another hour. With three hungry kids!! I will not use again I'll get from the Waterloo one. Disgusted. Hope your a franchise cos you've lost my custom.
