Brilliant staff and excellent food. We would have scored a 5 but could not pay on the phone for the order and had to collect as didnt have enough cash for collection.

Waited 35 minutes went to ask for my order was told it was sent out with delivery. Waited another 10 minutes when told he would be 5 minutes. And then got abuse for asking for my money back. Attitude stinks

Really friendly staff! Offered us a deal. I’d eat pizza every day from them if I could! No gluten free option, they suggested visiting another place at the other end of the site for gluten free. The place looks clean and tidy. Really pricey! £35 for 2 pizzas but it’s located on a caravan park, I guess the price is based on location. The taste is great and worth the spend!

The pizza itself was delicious, however due to staff shortages the delivery service wasn't running. Could you call, order and collect?. No, because they needed a payment before they start your order. So had to go there, pay, wait.. then walk back to the caravan effectively doing the very job they advertise they can do for free. So I'm afraid 3 stars for the taste, zero for service.

Manager Mark helped out a VERY hungry coeliac. Staff at haven didn't understand but Mark listened and after chatting he was fantastic and I had a yummy pizza! Very knowledgeable. Impressed with his support regarding the situation! X

Picked up a takeaway and once again we are given the wrong food still charged full price and not interested when you call them it’s our fault.

The DOVE Cafe is on Bexhill Road itself. The Dugout Cafe is at the back of shops on Bexhill Road. I added this review as when I search for The Dove Cafe, it brings up The Dugout Cafe. THEY ARE DIFFERENT ESTABLISHMENTS.

The Coffee Pod is one of several coffee stops on Hastings seafront open from 8am (see also “Goat Ledge Café” and “Starsky and Hatch”) but has the disadvantage that it is exposed to the elements (wind, rain etc). After seeing a lot of good reviews online decided I must try and visit. In the end we visited twice: once of an early morning coffee, then again for an ice-cream one afternoon. The Coffee Pod seems to be part of Goodmans Barbers and Coffee Spot which is situated in The Courtyard nearby and also on St Leonard’s seafront.
