B’s Bites in Hastings

I asked to have a Cornish pasty heated to take away. The member of staff said- that they didn't need to be heated, as they'd just come out of the oven. They didn't look warm, but she was most instant. The result is I had a take out of a barely warm pasty. It didn't feel hot even to touch. End result. They've lost a customer.

Brilliant staff and excellent food. We would have scored a 5 but could not pay on the phone for the order and had to collect as didnt have enough cash for collection.

Lovely, hot coffee. The pastries and cakes are great.

A little disappointed this time round, chips were warm not hot as they have been on previous occasions.

We live local to this branch as always pop in for a tea on our mornings off. Alex is always amazing and does his best to make us feel welcomed. Could not rate him high enough, he always goes above and beyond for us
