Its our first time here since its reopened with a new owner. The pizzas are lacking flavour and ingrediants. The service is ok but Papa Johns is really now nothing special.

Order: Garden Party pizza (minus sweetcorn, plus black olives) Papa John's in Broadstairs has been closed for a while. We'd been fingers and toes crossed hoping it would re-open. Easily our favourite takeaway pizza by miles. First time back since the re-opening and I'm gutted about the change in quality. Let me start by saying the staff were top-notch lovely. So friendly and efficient. Frankly, without them, the rating would have been even lower. However, is there new PJ guidance about skimping on ingredients? Tomato sauce base? None to be seen apart from a faint hint of red around the edges. Made the whole thing really dry. So it was a bit like melted cheese on bread with a few mushrooms, peppers and olives. And to make things worse, they sent garlic dip. No, not garlic and herb as clearly stated in the pizza description, but GARLIC - which everyone knows tastes like the bottom of a putrid fridge! Come on Papa John's. Don't make me go back to Dominos.

Two lovely pizzas from here last night. £11.99 each, so really good value. Beware though, their card machine wasnt working last night so it had to be cash. Which wasnt a problem to us but it might be for others.

Priced high for what it is. It's more like a kebab shop pizza than dominos. It's OK. It's tasty serviceable pizza. But the toppings and such are generic. You don't get the sense that someone has spent £m's engineering the pepperoni to be just right, like dominos does. Nice polite driver. Would eat again, but only because there is no better alternative locally.

Something is a miss here. The pricing is different to other Papa Johns and tonight it was cash only. The pizzas had far less toppings than our normal branch ( Chichester). In saying that the pizzas were nice but just not up to their normal quality and pricing is at best risque !!

It's a well-known pizza place that makes delicious pizza. My All the Meat pizza was mouth watering. The staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming.

Papa John's is always my choice when it is time for Pizza. I keep going to store every week and ask for any deal. They have more deals but most of the time accept is buy one get one free deal which I feel is the best value deal.

Acceptable waiting time for delivery. Food was still warm. Really delicious dough and topping distribution, both myself (vegan) and friend (meat eater) agreed. 10/10

We decided to pop in to Papa John's as they had a deal of £7.99 for a large pizza (collection only). We waited for about 10 minutes and was fascinated by the guy who was making the bases for the pizzas. He had a round ball of dough which he pummelled until it was rounder then threw it from hand to hand until it was thin and the right size for each pizza ordered. We got 'the works' which has virtually everthing on it, took it home and washed it down with a nice bottle of white wine. Absolutely delicious and for £7.99 for a large pizza (10 slices) you can't go wrong! We will be back!

Uncooked and awful pizza. These people have no idea how to cook a decent pizza. Try Posillipo down the road and you'll know what real pizza must taste!! I would be ashamed to work and serve food like this. Avoid, avoid...

Went there today and would definitely return- the pizza was so fresh and tasty- it was amazing! Also had a decaf oat latte which was great! The staff were friendly and the place was buggy friendly.

Nearly £17 for pappardelle pasta with almost invisible portion of sauce. No further comment needed. Italian waitress was good. Restaurant very noisy.

A lovely beautiful place facing Ramsgate harbour. Visited Sunday after, before closing. We were the only guests. It was calm and quiet. Very clean. The only chef and the only waitress, both in their 70ies at least. Both absolutely lovely and caring for their place.
