Fantastic takeaway. The staff are very nice. The food is outstanding. The chicken tikka Spicy Korma is my favourite thing they make. 10/10

Ordered dinner calzone came raw in middle they blamed it on ovan temp sent another one and it's came raw in middle again even under the cheese on top is raw pure utter joke won't be ordering from this place again I feel outraged and starving really a joke can't believe they actually sent one again with the same issue not even bothered to call again as they clearly don't care

The order was marked as on delivery 5 mins after placing and arrived 50 mins later - the pizza was that cold it has already started curling up from the middle where the slices were all cut - really bad service

By far the most tastiest tandoori mixed grill. Fluffy rice, hot sauces, the most tender pieces of chicken & lamb. Massive portion, enough easily for at least 4 servings. Garlic naan was delicious & salad I never order from any other than Papa Ali

Place is usually my go to place but recently it’s been a complete mess the 4 last times I’ve ordered there’s been problems from being over charged to now my orders being completely wrong 27 pound for 2 burger meals is a joke last time I’ll be using this place

Arrived hot and the diver was polite. Chips and cheese was excellent but the pizza didn't have much chicken tikka on it for one that I ordered triple chicken tikka on. It was tasty but was slightly disappointed by the topping portion size.

Dinner Kebab had no salad even though I asked for it, and I paid for seperate sauce I didn’t get either.

guys the kebab meat unfortunately was not good after 1 strip I had to throw the rest of the meat away. I'd like to point out that I asked for fresh kebab meat to be cut on my notes this was not looked at. the chicken pakora was perfect I did enjoy that but it's not the same because I like to wrap it up with the kebab meat so I'm disappointed yet again

Ordered pizza from Papa Ali and it was a disappointing experience. The pizza had a burnt base with only cheese, lacking any toppings, making it tasteless. The service was equally subpar, with a counter staff member displaying rudeness and arrogance, oblivious to customer service. Not recommended – a complete waste of money. Unfortunate to have such a negative encounter.

Food was alright but paid for separate salad and sauce but never got it.

Kebab wasn't that good, hard bits on it and I asked for salad and it didn't have it on it. There was the smallest amount of cheese too.

Food was delicious, very tasty and I enjoyed it. Considering I tend to avoid takeaways due to poor quality, I can’t fault this one.

We always go to papa Ali but weren’t impressed this time unfortunately. Chips reheated. Sauce missing. Usually is so so nice so will give benefit of the doubt and say it must be so busy tonight.

I've just returned from Papa Ali in Shieldhall Road Glasgow..I'm anaphylactic to Palm oil and the guy serving was INCREDIBLE reading everything,asking chef's etc what ingredients were in curries etc. Turns out it was in most of the curries but he made me an beautiful kebab..Palm oil free..was sooooo good to have a take away! Went over and above to help!! THANK YOU PAPA ALI!! And even suggested I bring my own oil in and he would get chefs to cook it if i wanted!! UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!

I'm anaphylactic to Palm oil and not had a take away for 5 yrs since diagnosis. I had a yearning for an Indian curry and explained to manager. He went over and above to help me,asking chef's for ingredients, checking packaging ingredients on oil etc...turns out I couldnt have a curry due to the dreaded Palm being in most stuff cooked with the oil!! He made me up a beautiful kebab with a palm free pitta bread and as much meat as a family of 4 could eat! Even suggested if I brought my own oil in He would make me a curry!! Now that's what u call service!! THANK YOU PAPA ALI!! I'LL BE BACK!!

I ordered the Tandoori Mix Main Meal, the chicken was so tasty, the lamb was delicious, the sauce had a gorgeous taste, I also ordered a korma sauce it was everythingggg… the naan bread was so soft and fresh, I asked for a garlic naan, they delivered with rice and salad which tasted of fresh lemon and lime with fresh herbs. It was totally worth the money and a large portion, enough easily for guests. Will definitely only be ordering from here from now on. Ps surname is Packer don’t know why it says McCullagh

Amazing service from this place. I ordered £28 worth of food (all lovely) and somehow my address showed as the wrong address. After calling to find out where my delivery was, I was told it had been sent to wrong address but 15mins later, I had another fresh order from them. Not a lot of places would do this, as it is an expense to them. Top class service. Will defo order again

Item missing from order again, happened twice now. Just spoils the meal waiting on someone to turn up with it halfway through eating

Food always pipes hot and tasty, any issues will be resolved right away, guy on the till is a credit to papa Ali he’s what makes the restaurant tick up most respect to the guy any time you go in he works like a mad man, always most welcoming too 10/10 for that man, keep up the good work lads

Used to be 5 star but the past 3 times I've had a chicken pakora pick up its been over cooked and solid chicken. Ots a shanecas I love tge guys but think they think I'm tgatvpussed I won't notice even when I'm not. Cones out too quick too. Sorry guys. Won't be doing business again.

Food was extremely disappointing.

Used to LOVE the chasni pizza from here but not sure if they have changed chefs or what because it is not the same :( even the pakora sauce has some sort of mint taste to it. It’s a no from me. So sad as used to be one of my fave takeaways! Go back to what you used to serve please!!!
