Bought two chicken burger meals last night, that were pretty average. The one saving grace was the fries as the chicken burger was pretty tough and overcooked.

i ordered a red bull and have been given a lucosade, which i don’t like, then tried to call the restaurant to sort out this issue and no one answered. the food also arrived cold and tasted very bland and to top it off there was a hair in it. never coming back here

The delivery drivers were so rude, I live in a 10th floor flat and have difficulty walking, I had to go down to the reception area after telling them they need to bring my food to my door, they said they pressed the buzzer so I can let me in but they didn't because my buzzer didn't go off, they walked away while I was still talking to them. I won't be ordering from here again.

I always go here. Staff are always friendly, all the food is good and they’re open late. Papa Pizza is the only thing holding birko together at this point, they are heroes.

Food didn’t arrive, didn’t answer the phone. Disgraceful. Shut them down.

Food is really tasty.they are doing some renovations.once they finish they will be the best in town.

I am never one to ever leave a bad review. However this whole food order was awful. Everything was freezing cold. Chips was cold crunchy We was looking for a new local as our usual now has a 1 star. So decided to give this place a try. Never again.

Amazing pizzas. Just amazing. Since they’ve been under new management, their pizzas have become the best in the Wirral. They’re very expensive on Just Eat so the best thing to do is to order through their website or phone it through. On Just Eat a pizza is like £15 and on the phone I got it around £10. Unfortunately, due to the fees, they have to charge extra to cover the extra costs. I’m going to have one again tonight!

The pizza was super soft, generous toppings and tasted amazing. The staff were really nice too. Best option would be to dine in or take away. All negative reviews here are about a delivery driver so best to avoid that.

Delicious pizza. Pizza is so soft and tasty. I tried Pappa special pizza. Staff was nice and friendly. Recommend this.

Ordered at 12.30 and didn’t come till 2 it was so cold we had one peace and didn’t eat it and it looked like it was mashed togetherness

I have ordered from here many times never had a problem, a slight mistake was made on our order tonight with I phoned up the shop about it I spoke to the owner who offered and delivered two fresh meals to us with was delivered in. 20 minutes as promised, five star rating, the food is always spot on well worth the money will definitely order here again ☺ ☺

Unable to give zero wouldn't know what food is like as they did not deliver order spoke to them on the phone and they said will be leaving now waited half a hour away know they are not answering the phone it's been over 2 hours since we ordered

Cold, sloppy and gross, 2 hours to turn up. Not for human consumption. Chips, kebab and 'free' garlic bread where ice cold. Avoid.

Order from here all the time normally get double cheese burgers this time went for the tikka and chicken kebab wow is all I can say absolutely banging 10/10 takeaway

Lovely meat feast pizza late at night after pubs shut. Not many in the area doing that late

Been in two days on the run for 1/2 cheese burgers both times absolutely 10/10 best burgers on the wirral friendly team and banging food definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes a good burger and chips Clean tidy and friendly service

We got our order after an hour and a half the chips wer cold the kebab was greasy and cold the pizza cold & soggy, I think they dropped ours off after being in the car for over an hour wont be ordering ever again it was vile we couldn't eat it.

The best food I've ever eat and the staff it's very polite, kind,I highly recommend this place!

Not even worth a star. the food arrived late and was missing a drink.i asked for extra base on the pizza and they never done this but charged extra absolutely awful.

My daughter ordered pizza early hours this morning. Its now 4.15am! We live in a block of flats. We were woken up at 3.15am by the delivery driver who ignored the comments about texting on arrival so to not wake up the parents. He clearly didn't read the notes and he buzzed twice! He didn't believe that our daughter lived here even though our address was on her school ID. I called them and all they said was sorry. Not good enough when my partner struggles getting any sleep!

I ordered from here a donner pizza on just eat with no salad or any extras with stuffed crust alongside the hawaiin burger the burger was fine however the pizza came with jalapeños and onions on and when I rang for help they refused to help me Definitely not going here agin

Funny never write these reviews but after specifically telling them my address as its a new build they still went the wrong address, food comes cold and missing garlic bread i ring the restaurnat if thats what you want to call it to tell them its missing and he says were sorry and were closing soon i can send a whole new order out tomorrow for you wasnt happy but said fine, so i ring the next day and there like we dont know anything about it cant do nothing hahaha absoulte joke of a place stay well away!

Doesn't even deserve a star. Long wait for food and then didn't get everything I ordered, which was supposed to be a pitta bread wrap but was just slopped in together.

They have lovely donner meat and the guy who served me was nice. Id recommend going there. Im gonna keep coming back. Thanks papa pizza😊

Food said itd be an hour, had to cancel over 2 hours later after being told 3 separate times when ringing that it had just left and was on the way, it's only a 2 minute walk away so blatantly lied to each time, poor service

HORRIFFFIC. waited over an hour and a half for a delivery. called to find out where it was to be given multiple excuses as to why it was late. never ended up even receiving because apparently they where 'chocca'. Left Starving And Angry. Time wasters. Would not recommend.

So I always thought this place was expensive until I went into the shop and got their meal deal 1 which is any Burger and Chips and can for a fiver. The food is cooked with passion and love and figgy the manager is amazing to talk too. It is a fine establishment that care about their customers whether it's through their phone app, phone, just eat or in the shop.

Love the spicy pizza here, have been many times, always great service, staff happy and chilled out, they go that extra mile. Nothing is too much trouble, well done keep up the great work.

Usually wonderful food but tonight the chips where awful. Too the extent that the dog who eats anything won't even entertain them.

Food is spot on here also they deliver promptly.The cost is slightly higher than other takeaways in this area but in my opinion, it's worth it.All staff from serving or taking your order right through to delivery staff are so polite and friendly.

Best food I've eaten in a long time but what spoilt my meal was rude delivery driver walking in and blasting his Arab music to the point it forced me our of the place so on that note I would say find another place to eat in

Ordered a ten inch thin base chicken pizza and chips cheese and gravy and received a 10 inch thick base chicken mushrrom and sweet corn pizza and cold chips cheese and gravy no customer service at all recomend anywhere else.

The service from this place is an absolute disgrace. Ordered food and the incompetency of their delivery driver was at its highest. When you make an order you would expect the driver ensures he delivers to the person on the order. £38 out of pocket and this establishment did not have the decency to correct the mistake and send more food. In fact the manager was down right ignorant and aggressive. The order was done through JustEat so they were just trying to shift the blame. Total incompetence and trying to send the driver back to intimidate us was disgusting. Only order from here if you're in dire straits and need the food to survive.

Spanish omelette was nice until I found 3 very long blonde hairs woven in between my tomatos, peppers, egg and onions. Couldn't eat my dinner then
