Picasso's Pizza in Wirral

Was our favorite take away until tonight. Buy quite often from here. Tonight our burgers and chips were cold. My pepsi wasn't with the order. The driver went back to get it and brought me a coke. Sorry but will be looking for somewhere else. Tried to phone but constantly engaged. Shame but can't afford to waste money like that. Can't eat it

Usually phone them they are very pleasant and professional this week I went in they had 2 table and chairs where you can sit and wait or eat, all staff cheerfu.l very clean food is excellent Donner Kebabs where massive 1 would have done the 2 of us

Absolute scam artists took my money but didn’t deliver my food looks like a lot of people have the same issue with these avoid

Superb takeaway. Highly recommend. Pizza freshly cooked and delicious. Side orders of chips and onion rings freshly cooked and delicious. Very nice tasting food for a birthday party and much better than restaurant food !!

Paid £24 for food on their website and waited 3 hours. No food. Drove to the shop to find it’s closed. Contacted YOYO who run their website. Have to wait 5 days for a refund. Do not touch with a barge pole.

Our order was cancelled after they took payment called up to ask why and was told it was our problem and that we would have to contact the company they use to sell their food from then told us they had no information to give us and we should google the company they have the app with to find their contact details as it's not their problem.. you've just lost a family of long term customers.

Ordered from website as I have done in the past money was taken but no food turned up called shop and very rude man said it’s my problem as they don’t use website for orders anymore but yet it will still take your money but not give you food it clear the are running a scam beware they don’t care about customers just collecting money.

Food is always nice but today ordered the lamb and chicken kofte kebab with garlic sauce but it's arrived drenched in chilli sauce so I can't eat it. Gutted

Pizza was warm and delicious! Took about 50 mins from ordering to receiving, but that's about average for a independent restaurant. Our order came with free cheesy garlic bread, which was also excellent. Overall, will order here again!

Received shard of plastic in desert. I called for a refund because I didn’t want to change eating any more of the food for risk of finding more. I also gut my gum on the plastic. The person on the phone said that a refund won’t help my mouth. They also said they are not allowed to discuss refunds with customers. They then hung up on me.

Ordered a spicy Mexican pizza to take out. Sorry guys but disappointed. Was expecting lots of nice spicy meat, veggies and peppers as advertised but in reality the pizza had so little topping it was almost bald. Ok, there are few other places open late on a Sunday night but Ill be trying somewhere else next time.

Sorry but won't be ordering from here again - after a wait of over 2 hours the order arrived and it was wrong

Ordered food two hours ago. They decided to cut all lines to the phones so you can not contact them. Just a simple heads up would have been lovely considering we ordered at 6:15 and it is now 8:34.

Overall it took just over two hours to get 2 pizzas and chicken nuggets delivered after several phonecalls to be told it would be with us in a 2 minutes. We specifically requested that the nuggets NOT have any sauce on them. Obviously they came swimming in bbq sauce. I called stupidly to complain and was told I should have requested no sauce as they put sauce on as standard. Pizzas were OK but not worth a 2 hour wait. I'd avoid delivery from them unless you are ordering on the off chance you may be hungry later.

Food's very nice, generous sizes,friendly and helpful staff.

Fantastic little place. Originally got our order wrong because they sent a garlic bread instead of a meat feast pizza, however once I called, they had it sorted immediately. Very impressed. Will order again. Milkshakes are a must from here!

Excellent food, how it should be

Placed an order at 18:36pm. Eventually rang them at 20:30 to see if it was going to be much longer, advised it was on its way. Then at 21:40 it finally got delivered.. Freezing cold pizza, pizza was plain cheese when I ordered ham and pineapple. Didn't recieve the free items, no apology from dilevery guy who placed it on the Wheely bin instead of handing it to me. Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely fantastic tasty food we ordered two shish and chicken kebabs and the meat was so tender it melted in our mouths and the two guys who served us were so friendly even gave us a free garlic bread also plenty of cheese on the cheesy chips thanks we will be seeing you again soon x
